NiS as an electrode material for electrochemical capacitors has been synthesized by chemical and hydrothermal methods. The results show that the synthesized NiS is in amorphous form, increasing the reaction temperature or hydrothermal time tends to reduce the porosity of the materials. NiS synthesized by hydrothermal method exhibits better electrochemical properties than those synthesized by chemical method. NiS synthesized at the optimal condition of a hydrothermal temperature of 140 oC in 5h has a specific capacitance of 1592 Fg (265 mAhg) and 1567 Fg (261 mAhg) at a scan rate of 5 mVs and a current density of 5 Ag, respectively. This value is about 88% of the theoretical value of NiS and is maintained after 25 continuous charge-discharge cycles at different current densities ranging from 5 to 40 Ag.

This paper proposes and states a novel problem called TDOS-RCPSP, a general case of the classical RCPSP problem. TDOS-RCPSP problem has many applications in science, especially in industrial production lines such as car assembly and textiles. In this study, the TDOS-RCPSP problem is proved to be NP-Hard. Besides, like other scheduling problems, TDOS-RCPSP will be classified and represented by Graham notation. Since the TDOS-RCPSP is NP-hard, a new evolutionary algorithm based on the Cuckoo Search strategy is proposed to find near-optimal schedules in a reasonable computation time. To evaluate the proposed algorithm, we perform an evaluation study using two datasets containing the iMOPSE dataset, the datasets of previous algorithms, and the TNG industrial sewing dataset. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has better performance than previous algorithms.

Cao Bang is a province with favorable natural conditions for the development of passion fruit trees (Passiflora edulis). Passion fruit is rich in nutritional values, such as protein, sugar, vitamins, minerals, phenolic acids, and flavonoids. The addition of pectinase enzyme preparation has the effect of breaking down the cell wall of passion fruit flesh, contributing to increasing the yield of fruit juice. The objective of this study is the application of pectinase enzyme preparations to exploit and recover passion fruit juice from Cao Bang province. The study has determined extraction and recovery of passion fruit juice was developed, with the technological parameters being the concentration of pectinase enzyme preparation used as 0.5%, the hydrolysis temperature of 39 oC, the hydrolysis time as 300 minutes, in this condition the recovery efficiency of passion fruit juice was 89.04%. Passion fruit juice has a dark orange yellow color, a very characteristic aroma, a sweet taste mixed with a slightly sour taste, a homogeneous state, a soluble solids content of 12.75 ± 0.25 oBx, and a pH of 2.81 ± 0.02.

In this paper, we study a class of parabolic hemivariational inequalities in infinite dimensional spaces. We prove the solvability and the continuous dependence on initial conditions for this problem based on surjective lemma, monotone theory and estimates.

The increasing prevalence of high blood pressure in adolescents is an alarming global health problem, coupled with the rise in obesity and sedentary lifestyles. The aim of this study was to examine the associations between overweight, obesity, and pre-hypertension, and hypertension among adolescents aged 15 - 17 years in Hai Phong city. The case-control study was conducted on 1,000 students at Dong Hoa High School, Hai Phong city. The control group consisted of 730 students with normal systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The case group included 270 students with pre-hypertension and hypertension according to the diagnostic criteria of the American Academy of Pediatrics. The study results showed that the proportion of students with pre-hypertension and hypertension was quite high, 12.2% and 14.8%, respectively. The prevalence of pre-hypertension and hypertension in male students was significantly higher than in female students (P < 0.001). After adjusting for age and sex, overweight and obesity were statistically significantly associated with the risk of pre-hypertension, and hypertension with OR values of 2.2 (95%CI: 1.4-3.4) and 7.1 (95%CI: 3.0 - 16.5), respectively. Thus, overweight and obesity increases the risk of pre-hypertension and hypertension in adolescents aged 15 - 17 at Dong Hoa High School, Hai Phong city.

Molecular dynamic simulation has been used to study the microstructural change of Cu0.6Ni0.2Fe0.2 consisting of 8788 atoms (5272 Cu, 1758 Ni, and 1758 Fe atoms) during the cooling process. The influence of temperature on the microstructural properties is studied in detail through the atomic potential energy, the radial distribution function, the number of types of atoms present in the sample, the distribution of coordination number, and simplex distribution. Simulation results indicate that a crystalline phase transition occurs when the sample was cooled. The range of transition temperature is the range at which the atomic potential energy changes dramatically. This sample consists of facecentered cubic (fcc) and hexagonal closed packed crystals alternated with amorphous structures. The number of the simplex with radii larger than 1.9 Å decreased rapidly as the sample changed to a crystalline state.

We build the model and the theory of Young modulus for FCC metal’s and binary interstitial alloy’s thin films on the basis of the statistical moment method and perform numerical calculations for Au and AuSi. Some SMM calculations for bulk Au are compared with experiments and other calculations. Other SMM calculations are new and predictive, experimentally oriented.

During the rice production process, the rice straw - one of the residual products becomes an environmental pollutant due to the open burning giving rise to greenhouse gases emission. That’s why the identification of gas emissions needs to estimate the amount of rice biomass. Remote sensing data has been exploited to determine the area of rice cultivation and to estimate the dry rice biomass in Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city. On the one hand, the Sentinel-2 image was used to classify the land cover categories, thereby identifying the spatial distribution of the rice to delimit the extent of rice biomass, which was obtained from regression analysis. On the other hand, the Sentinel-1 radar image was used to calculate the rice biomass during the summer season when Sentinel-2 images have constraints due to clouds, fog, and mist. The validation of image classification has provided an overall accuracy of 86.31% with a Kappa index of 0.81. Meanwhile, the regression analysis shows a high correlation between the backscattering values of VV and VH in the radar image and the dry rice biomass measured on the ground (R = 0.923 and R2 = 0.852), with a relatively low average error (RMSE = 6.58 kg100 m2). By linear regression method, the study has found the total dry rice biomass of 28728.5 tons, which was revealed after the Summer-Autumn rice crop 2021 for the whole Quoc Oai district. The results from this study have proved the effectiveness of the method and they have contributed to supporting managers in proposing the appropriate policies to monitor and protect the environment in the future.

Six derivatives containing benzoxazole were synthesized from phydroxybenzaldehyde via four step-route in high yields. The benzoxazole cyclization step was promoted with microwave irradiation for 10 to 30 min. Free oaminophenol derivative A3 reacted with aldehydes to form benzoxazole A4a-f, but A3.HCl couldn’t due to the presence of iron (II). Their structures were elucidated with spectroscopic methods: IR, 1D, 2D NMR, and MS.
