This study aims to investigate the relationship between students’ satisfaction criteria with a hybrid model, conducting both DEMATEL and Canonical Correlation Analysis. The dataset is obtained from Turkey University Satisfaction Survey (TUSS) 2020, consisting of a total of 192 universities and 39,386 students. TUSS has six factors, namely, "campus and the fulfilment of campus life”, “academic support and interest”, “richness of learning opportunities and resources”, “personal development and career support”, “satisfaction with the learning experience”, and “ satisfaction with the institution’s management and operation”. DEMATEL is conducted to understand the cause and effect relationship and group these factors into two categories as dependent and independent sets. To investigate the relationship between these sets more deeply, Canonical Correlation Analysis is (CCA) carried out. The results of CCA are interpreted through canonical weights, canonical loadings, canonical cross-loadings, the proportion of explained variance, and redundancy index. The findings of the study suggest that to increase the overall satisfaction towards the institution, academic support and interest, as well as personal development and career support, should be delved into very carefully.

In today's world of competition on a global scale, businesses have realized that achieving sustainable success cannot be achieved with short-term company strategies. For this reason, businesses that are in a different search have realized that social responsibility activities provide businesses with a long-term, sustainable competitive advantage. In addition, the impact of social responsibility activities on the welfare of society is accepted by all segments of the society. There is serious competition in the airline industry as well. Firms want to differentiate and increase their market share and ensure continuity. From the customer perspective, consumers expect companies to participate more in CSR activities and allocate more budgets for these activities, which in recent years has a serious impact on consumers' consumption and purchasing behavior. Customer loyalty is one of the most fundamental consumer behaviors that companies try to influence using Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a marketing tool. Companies in the airline industry wonder how current and potential consumers will evaluate their CSR activities and, more importantly, whether these activities will lead to more loyal customers. In the airline industry, firms are increasingly formulating and implementing CSR policy initiatives. The main objective of this study is to analyze customer information and their views on Turkey airline market, and examine the relationship between CSR and customer loyalty. It will also be analyzed whether CSR has an impact on customer satisfaction and trust. In order to collect data for the study, the Turkish survey was prepared and conducted online. Frequent flyers are the target audience of the study. Within the scope of the research, a survey was conducted with 405 people. Answers of 332 participants were deemed appropriate for the study. Structural equation model was used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, the model established has been found to be meaningful. Social responsibility activities of airline companies have a positive effect on trust and customer satisfaction, but it has not been found to have a positive effect on customer loyalty. When airline companies increase their social responsibility activities, customers' trust in the company and customer satisfaction will increase, which will benefit the company.

The study’s purpose was to investigate the role service quality (SQ) play in achieving patient satisfaction (PS), examine the nature of hospital staff/patience relationship and to explore the challenges faced by healthcare workers in Greater Accra Regional Hospital [GARH], a prime provider of secondary public healthcare in Ghana. The study was based on questionnaires/in-depth interviews completed by 200 respondents selected via convenient sampling. A modified version of the "SERVQUAL” model was used for measuring SQ and consequently PS. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, principal component analyses, exploratory factor analyses with varimax rotation, reliability/validity analyses, and multiple regression analyses. Data elaboration and processing identify main factors affecting the patients’ overall preferences where the findings in particular reveal positive results towards SQ and PS. Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods are used to select the most suitable alternatives in line with the determined criteria. Since the criteria have different measurement units, normalization methods are used to make the measurement units of the criteria dimensionless. However, there is no consensus on which normalization technique should be used in which MCDM method. The aim of this study is to investigate how 7 different normalization techniques affect the results of the WASPAS method, which is one of the MCDM methods. In practice, the performance of 7 vacuum cleaners belonging to different companies, which are small household appliances and whose names are kept confidential, was evaluated under 6 criteria. Shapiro Wilk test was used to analyze the conformity of WASPAS results to normal distribution. Pearson correlation test was applied to normally distributed results and the relationship between normalization techniques was examined. When the results obtained were examined, it was seen that Linear Normalization (Sum) and Vector Normalization techniques could be used as an alternative to the normalization technique used in the original for the WASPAS method. It was concluded that Linear Normalization (Max-Min) technique gave the worst results compared to other normalization techniques and was not suitable for the WASPAS method.

The discipline of public administration left the field of politics and emerged as a separate discipline. The administration-politics distinction is among the basic elements that shape the public administration discipline. According to the administration-politics distinction; administration is a business-based, profit-oriented technical field that excludes values. Moreover, it separates the policy making and implementation processes. On the other hand, administration and politics were discussed together in the texts of Siyasetname. According to the management tradition in the texts of Siyasetname; the administation operates in accordance with the purpose of serving the public. In the texts of Siyasetname; social, historical and cultural values are taken into consideration for the survival of the social order and the state. In addition, state administration; It is based on a justice-based, moral and virtuous management-politics relationship. In this framework, as a criticism of the distinction between administration and politics, the texts of Siyasetname have adopted a holistic administration-politics relationship that takes moral and values into consideration.

The furniture industry is a large sector that designs materials such as wood, metal and plastic according to the wishes / needs of consumers and produces products to meet their various needs. The tools and equipment used for companies to achieve their goals and increase their performance have an important role in this sector. Choosing the right tools and equipment in the production process is important in terms of reducing costs, increasing efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction with the right product design. In this study, the problem of choosing a drill for a company that operating in the furniture industry is discussed. It is aimed to choose the most suitable drill for the business by using the Simple Additive Weighting and Weighted Product Method. As a result of literature review and interviews with experts, 6 main criteria were determined for this drill selection. Simple scoring technique was used to determine the criterion weights, and alternatives were listed using two different MCDM methods. As a result of the study, the most suitable drill (A5) was selected for the company.

Mankind has started to produce rapidly and continuously with industrialization. This increase in production has led to the intensive use of natural resources, technologies and chemicals. As a result of increasing environmental problems every day, the fact that environmental protection and careful use of natural resources, which no longer seem to be unlimited, have been raised. Currently, it is important for institutions to include environmental measures to be taken at every stage of the production processes of goods and services in the code of ethics. This research has been prepared to reveal the relationship of organizational ethical climate environment with environmental management systems. It has been noticed that while environmental management systems are generally an important issue in the industrial sector, it remains in the background in the service sector. In this study, environmental management systems in the banking sector, which is an important area of the service sector, will be discussed in terms of the relationship between organizational ethical climate. Survey method was used in the research. A positive and meaningful relationship was found between the perception of the organizational ethical climate of bank employees and the dimensions of environmental management systems; individual system determination, corporate system adoption, environmental knowledge, environmental behavior and sensitivity dimensions. As a result, as ethical climate environments increase in institutions, it can be stated that environmentally sensitive behavior will also increase.

Market liberalization is often regarded as a process of freeing the market from all types of monopolies, which should eventually increase the competition and provide better offer followed by lowers prices. In terms of oil economics, regulated oil retail prices are often regarded as contra productive for sustainable economic growth. Market liberalization contributes for countries not to depend on a single company in the import and sales of oil products and thus guarantees energy stability. Liberalization and oil retail prices are often interrelated and the effect of its interaction is usually the one affecting the prospects of the entire economy. This paper emphasizes the importance of market liberalization and its influence on oil retail prices. This paper is explicitly focused on the leading oil companies in North Macedonia and the Ex Yu region. The aim of this paper is to present the market liberalization process in the oil industry by analyzing the effect of market liberalization on oil retail prices. The research is concentrated on six leading oil companies, with particular focus on the oil retail prices. The research outcome revealed that full market liberalization is not always beneficial and might have different effect on country’s business economy and energy infrastructure.
