Noninvasive detection of magnetic particles in biological objects 生物物体磁性颗粒的无创检测

The possibility of noninvasive detection of magnetic particles in biological objects has been investigated. It has been found that magnetic particles, including magnetite, hematite, and catalytic iron particles in carbon nanotubes, can be detected by ultrasensitive magnetic field sensors with resolutions of 10−8-10−14 T. This research direction is shown to be promising for noninvasive monitoring of organs, implants, prosthesis, and other elements of biological systems.

The non-linear scale building for two-frequency phase method of distance determination 两频相位测距法的非线性尺度建立

In this article, features of the algorithm implementation of the program for design of nonlinear distance scale for a two-frequency phase method of range determination are considered. A refined algorithm for applying a multi-scale method of distance determination is presented. The technique is used for the ship positioning system developed at the Sevastopol State University.

Investigation of microstrip band-pass filters based on 2D electromagnetic crystal 基于二维电磁晶体的微带带通滤波器研究

Electrodynamic numerical analysis of 3D models was used in order to study microstrip filters of 4-th and 6-th order. When constructing 2D microwave structures, irregular resonators with Π-shaped slit in a grounded strip conductor were used. The band-pass filters tuned by manual parametric synthesis have high frequency-selective properties, including extended high frequency stopband.

The article offers tools description for automated vein puncture control system. The analysis of control methods and their comparison with the developed hardware-software complex. Estimation of features informativeness of the EMG signal in the problem of forearm prosthesis controlling 前臂假体控制问题中肌电信号特征信息量的估计

In this study estimation of features informativeness of the EMG signal in the problem of forearm prosthesis controlling is considered. Logistic regression is used to classify six hand movements: grasping, opening, flexion, pronation and supination using fourteen time domain features. To evaluate the importance of features linear regression coefficients are used. Most informative features are shown.

Construction of a maximum lifetime route tree in wireless sensor networks for nodes with a two-level transmission power 具有两级传输功率节点的无线传感器网络最大生存期路由树的构建

In wireless sensor networks, an aggregation of information to the one recipient node is the common technic. Modern hardware platforms for sensor nodes have transmitters with a two-level transmission power (normal and burst). In this article, we consider route structure construction in such platforms for maximization network lifetime. At recent time several algorithms for optimal route structure construction have been developed. We adopt one of such routing algorithms for two-level transmitters and formulate the analytical criterion of efficiency for this type of sensor nodes. Proposed solution consist of replacing each burst edge in network graph by two normal edges with equivalent energetical parameters, after that optimal route tree has been constructed in this modified graph. Simulation of this approach shows that it gives an advantage in maximum network lifetime for selected network configuration.

The model for computation of electroaerosol flows for burn injuries treatment 烧伤治疗中电气溶胶流的计算模型

The actuality of development of the device for local electroaerosol therapy of skin burns is grounded in this work. The device provides directed electroaerosol flow to wound surface and allows to adjust the velocity of this flow. The influence of diameter of electroaerosol particles and gravity force was studied to increase the efficiency of electroaerosol therapy. Solving this task, the geometrical and mathematical models of working chamber of the device were designed and computational experiment was conducted. The research determined the parameters of the charged aerosol particles, which allow the maximum flow of charged aerosol particles.

A method and algorithm for remote monitoring of patients in asthma 一种哮喘患者远程监护的方法与算法

A method and algorithm for remote monitoring of patients in asthma is discussed. The method includes a comprehensive evaluation of the results of standardized questionnaire about disease symptoms, changes in the bronchodilator intake regimen and data of functional test of respiratory systems state. The proposed functional test is based on the assessment of the duration of tracheal sounds in the frequency band of 200–2000 Hz registered during forced expiratory maneuver. To record tracheal sounds a lapel microphone placed at the mouth outside the exhaled airflow is used. The algorithm of processing and analysis of diagnostic data is described. The developed diagnostic algorithm proved its effectiveness in the long-term monitoring of a group of healthy individuals and patients in asthma.

Convolutional neural network application for cells segmentation in immunocytochemical study 卷积神经网络在免疫细胞化学研究中的应用

HER2/neu status of breast cancer is important for treatment strategy choice, but nowadays it is evaluated manually by pathologist. The automation of this procedure is an urgent task, because it will allow to free a pathologist from routine work. But the problem of cells segmentation is difficult for classical methods of computer vision due to the frequent presence of erythrocytic background and non-cellular elements at specimen' image. In this work we propose segmentation algorithm, based on deep convolutional neural networks. Is it has been shown that using this approach, it's possible to get better results, than using classical computer vision algorithms.
