The actuality of development of the device for local electroaerosol therapy of skin burns is grounded in this work. The device provides directed electroaerosol flow to wound surface and allows to adjust the velocity of this flow. The influence of diameter of electroaerosol particles and gravity force was studied to increase the efficiency of electroaerosol therapy. Solving this task, the geometrical and mathematical models of working chamber of the device were designed and computational experiment was conducted. The research determined the parameters of the charged aerosol particles, which allow the maximum flow of charged aerosol particles.

Electrodynamic numerical analysis of 3D models was used in order to study microstrip filters of 4-th and 6-th order. When constructing 2D microwave structures, irregular resonators with Π-shaped slit in a grounded strip conductor were used. The band-pass filters tuned by manual parametric synthesis have high frequency-selective properties, including extended high frequency stopband.

The dependency is found between the value of the course line offset relative to the runway axis direction and the errors in the amplitude-phase distribution (APD) of the difference channel signal currents in ILS localizer antenna. The results of a flight test of the course line position are given for the specific realization of the APD in an antenna array.

The values of Brillouin frequency shifts for various types of optical fibers at room temperature and without longitudinal tensile force are analyzed in this work. The results of experimental examinations of optical fiber characteristics which were exposed to external influences are shown. The program for automatic determination of fiber type by re-flectogram is presented. The database of profiles of the Mandelstam — Brillouin backscatter spectrums for fibers of different kinds and manufacturers allow to classify the optical fibers in the optical cables and detect damaged sections of fiber optical communication line. The work was performed with the financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation within the scope of the base part of a State Assignment within the sphere of scientific activity (Project No. 8.9334.2017/8.9).

The paper deal with a new measurement method for rotation speed and movements of shafts using non-contact eddy current sensors. The main advantages and shortcomings of this method are considered. The prospects of use of this method for various practical applications are analyzed. Special attention in the work is paid to errors of measurements that arise during the using of this technique and resistance of this method to impact of noise. Possible paths for improvement of characteristics of this method are presented. Now proposed method assumes determination of rotation speed with inaccuracy about 0.1 RPM and the space provision of a shaft with inaccuracy of 0.1 mm when using only one sensor.

The paper deal with a problem of the effective frequency estimator of signals development, particularly, beat signals of FMCW radar systems. The described problem is actual in many short range radar applications such as the level or distance measurement. The proposed estimator is based on the approximation of the correlation function argument in time domain by the generalized least square method with the weighting that takes into account the influence of additive and multiplicative interferences in the case of high signal to noise (SNR) and signal to interferences (SIR) ratios. The obtained estimator has the properties that are near to the properties of the Maximum likelihood method and has much less computation complexity then traditionally used techniques, such as periodogram based estimators.

Zirconia nanotubular layer with an outer tube diameter « 25 nm was synthesized by potentiostatic anodization. The Zr/ZrO2-NT/Au memristive structure is fabricated using stencil mask and magnetron sputtering techniques. Current-voltage characteristics are measured in full cycles of resistive switching with varying parameters of the applied harmonic voltage. An equivalent circuit with unidirectional electrical conductivity for the studied structure is proposed. Estimates of the electrical resistance of memristors in high- and intermediate resistivity states are performed. The high synaptic plasticity of memristors based on the Zr/ZrO2-NT/Au structure is shown.

The electrical bio-impedance signal obtained from brachial artery can be used to determine the arterial blood pressure. This paper proposed a novel approach of brachial artery projection on skin surface. The method based on electrical impedance measurement in relation to the change of blood flow during cardiac cycle. Appropriate parameters of multichannel electrode system have been designed to achieve the sensitivity to brachial artery pulsation. The results of multichannel upper arm mapping had shown the possibility of brachial artery projection. The obtained signal which corresponds to brachial artery can allow the measurement of diameter waveform.

The paper presents an analysis of the main problems and methods of primary processing and data filtering in the tasks of automating the forecasting of electrical generation for renewable energy sources. The comparative analysis on the design factor of the wind generator power used was performed in case of different distribution functions (power and logarithmic) and in the absence of reducing to altitude as the calculation example. In each of the cases analyzed, a comparative analysis was performed based on the calculation of the Weibull distribution function.
