The present paper considers the usage of deep learning and transfers learning techniques in fall detection by means of surveillance camera data processing. As a dataset, an open dataset gathered by the Laboratory of Electronics and Imaging of the National Center for Scientific Research in Chalon-sur-Saone was used. The architecture of the CNN AlexNet, which was used as a starting point for the classifier, was adapted to solve fall detection problem. The proposed method was tested on a dataset of 30 records containing a single fall episode each. We achieved Cohen's kappa of 0.93 and 0.60 for the fall — non-fall classification for the known and unknown for classifier surrounding conditions, respectively.

The successful management of troops and weapons in modern warfare provides for the effective use of communication systems and data transmission for various purposes. Therefore, in the sphere of operation of radio information transmission systems there exists and develops conflict interaction with electronic countermeasure systems. The ability of communication systems to withstand countermeasures is determined by their interference immunity which has two components: stealth and resistance to interference. This report presents an option for implementing these requirements. Several protective mechanisms which ensure operation in a complicated interference situation have been implemented in the digital communication system.

To improve the efficiency of test for determining dynamic characteristics of the structure of electronic tools developed by specifying multi-channel generator. The generator is part of the information-measuring system intended for the dynamic vibration. The description of the structural scheme of the device and principle of operation of information-measuring system. The master clock consists of four independent channels. Each channel is built on the basis of independent modules implementing digital synthesis of frequencies in the range from 1 to 12000 Hz. The chosen architecture defines a multi-channel generator allows you to expand the possibilities of vibration test equipment with separate control parameters for each channel. The proposed structural scheme allows, for each channel, to specify individually the initial phase, the amplitude and frequency of the output harmonic signal. It is also possible to choose the form of the output signal and changes the frequency of the signal at a speed not less than 2 octaves per minute. The latter achieved through the using of modern DDS modules that are optimized to the digital interface, and the application of each DDS module registers two separate frequencies. To optimize the parameters switch between frequency registers in the modules of the applied method, Ramped-FSK.

The goal is to develop a method for determining the final number of intrinsic mode functions (IMF) in electrocardiosignals (ECG) in patients under borderline mental disorder (BMD) to increase the reliability of diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. Informative parameters of ECG, namely, IMFs, were used as the source materials. The empirical mode decomposition method of the Hilbert-Huang theory was used for effective processing of ECG. A method for determining the final number of IMFs in ECG in patients under BMD has been developed. The nature of the method is the adaptive processing of ECG using the EMD method, and determination of the finite number of IMFs and comparison with the threshold value. A block diagram of the developed method and a mathematical description are presented. The study of the method using the formed verified signal base of conditionally healthy patients and patients under BMD was carried out. In accordance with the results of the study, the developed method for determining the finite number of IMFs provides an increase in the accuracy of the determination of the BMD with a sensitivity factor of 93,7%, and a specificity of 96,9%.

The way of increasing of operation range of homodyne system of RFID and positioning is discussed. It is proposed to use two microwave amplifiers at transponder design. The first is the one-port microwave amplifier (regenerative amplifier) and the second is the part of transponder's active antenna. This part of the active antenna is the regenerative microwave amplifier which is built in the antenna design. The operation of active antenna in receiving and transmitting modes is considered. These modes can be realized simultaneously. There is no need to implement the switching between these modes.

In spite of the processes of globalization proceeding nowadays, local structures are of the great importance and must be in the focus of scientific research. Local economic system control has to be based on the second order cybernetics concepts, and be realized in different ways (using different control types). Implementation of agent-based model also might yield significant results. This paper proposes a meaningful example of these ideas combination. In the research, there has been made an attempt to classify practical realizations of different control efforts in a local economic system. Several simulation results also are under discussion.

In the study the synergism of synthetic organic compound L-14 from a series of substituted 1,3,4-thiadiazines and an endogenous antioxidant ascorbic acid in alloxan diabetes mellitus in rats was established for the first time. It was manifested in the reduction of accumulation of early protein glycation product — fructosamine, effect on free-radical processes and antioxidant protection.

Recently, the potential of using brain-spine interfaces in restoring gait after a spinal cord injury in non-human primates was shown. In a closed loop consisting of brain activity recording, spinal cord stimulation, and optical gait tracking, natural movements of a paralyzed lower limb were restored. Within this closed loop, tracking the gait pattern was crucial for analyzing gait kinematics and providing a feedback to the stimulation device in order to adjust the stimulation signal. However, the optical system used in the study has number of demerits. In order to tackle this problem an implantable device based on inertial measurement unit has been developed.
