Self-ordered nanotubular titania TiO2-NT with outer tube diameter of 45 nm are synthesized using the anodic oxidation of titanium foil. Four sets of memristors with 100 μm diameter based on Ti/TiO2-NT/Au sandwich structures with an oxide layer thickness of 80, 120, 160 and 200 nm are fabricated. Current-voltage (CV) characteristics for the obtained samples in the static and dynamic operation modes are studied. Resistance in high and low resistance states is estimated. Basing on the analysis of the CV characteristics in dynamic mode (> 14 000 switchings) a prospective of use for synthesized Ti/TiO2-NT/Au micromemristors with oxide layer thickness of 160 nm in non-volatile memory is shown.

The paper presents a gestational diabetes mellitus monitoring system with implemented information support modules for physicians and patients. The system provides an infrastructure for physician-patient remote interaction in-between hospital visits with implemented structuring and analysis of data on blood glucose, diet, insulin injections, physical activity, patient's individual characteristics and data derived from laboratory tests. These data are used to provide two types of recommendations: autonomous on-the-point individualized advice on the diet, generated by the prognostic blood glucose models, and physician's decision making recommendations, based on the data extracted from patients' electronic diaries and signals.

In this work, application of the process parameter analysis tree for technological process analysis is considered. The process parameter analysis tree is designed to calculate in real time the values of the process output parameter by the values of the process input parameters received from the process control system. The constructor of the process parameter analysis tree is implemented in the module for creating models of the metallurgical output information system. Performing of the tree calculations is implemented in the module for integrating models. The work of the process parameter analysis tree constructor has been tested on the solution of the problem of analyzing the composition of raw materials depending on its type. Comparison of the process parameter analysis tree and systems-analogs from the point of view of satisfying the requirements of integration with enterprise corporate information systems has been performed.

Among existing surgical methods for treating atherosclerotic lesions of the arteries there are open, semi-closed and minimally invasive. Traumatization of open and semi-closed methods significantly exceeds the trauma caused by minimally invasive methods. The method of combined treatment is designed to combine the minimally invasive vascular surgery with the advantage of ultrasonic treatment of pathological tissue, which consists in the selectivity of the effect on the tissue. In this experimental study, we made a comparison between the efficiency of preliminary laser and cryogenic treatment of the cortex of the sheep kidney, and treatment of atherosclerotic plaque with high-frequency currents, with subsequent ultrasonic contact or hydrotreatment. During the preliminary treatment, a thin surface layer of carbonized tissue was obtained and then removed by ultrasonic treatment. Initial analysis of the results suggests that all the three pre-treatment methods are applicable for the combined method of ultrasonic treatment.

The work considers a vulnerability that allows you to record information circulating in the room through the headphones. The function «jack retasking» is described both from the program and from the technical point of view. The main scenarios for the implementation of this vulnerability are considered and methods of counteraction are singled out.

The research object is a simplified dynamics of the longitudinal motion of the aircraft. A modal regulator was calculated for a theoretical object. The matrix of the object was extended taking into account the disturbing signal. It was written the Luenberger observer for the extended object. The command signal is represented in a wave form and its coordinates areestimated by the observer. Experiments were conducted with various disturbing effects, with different parameters of the actualobject, when the command signal and external disturbing signal have the same structure.

This article describes the results of improving the quality of the digital magnetic compass system, obtained as a result of theoretical and experimental studies. The Kalman filter algorithm was used to process the noise information of the digital magnetic compass that appears in the device. It is shown that under conditions of uncertainty of the probabilistic characteristics of the noise component when measuring the signal, the Kalman filter algorithm provides an enhanced filtering quality. The results of the studies indicate that the system can meet all standards and can be installed and used on the ship.
