TINGKAT KEBERHASILAN HIDUP TRANSPLANTASI KARANG Porites sp. PADA SUBSTRAT RUBBLE SKALA LABORATORIUM 在实验室的裂岩层上,生命移植珊瑚的成功率最高

Porites sp. can be found scattered on the island of Madura. This study aims to determine the survival rate of coral Porites sp. by transplantation using rubble media on a laboratory scale. The transplanted coral samples came from Ten Waters, Bangkalan. The transplanted coral fragments range in size from 3-5cm. The success rate of coral life was 100% for 9 weeks, length growth for 9 weeks was 0.0733 cm with an average growth of 0.0067 cm/week. Air quality is an important factor in supporting the survival rate of transplanted corals on a laboratory scale. The air quality must be in accordance with the coral's original habitat so that the transplanted corals can live well. Air quality observed in the form of temperature 33 ̊C, Salinity 25-40‰, pH 6.5-7.5 and DO >5. In addition to air quality, an important factor in coral transplantation is the choice of substrate. The substrate debris in this study showed good results for coral transplantation.

VARIATIONS OF INDONESIAN TRHOUGHFLOW TRANSPORT IN MALUKU AND HALMAHERA SEA RELATED TO THE OCCURRENCE OF EL NINO SOUTHERN OSCILLATION 与厄尔尼诺南方涛动发生有关的印尼马鲁古海和哈马黑拉海的气流输送变化

ABSTRACTMaluku and Halmahera Sea are the entry paths for the Indonesian Throughflow (ITF). This study examined the variation of their current speed, current direction, and transport during the ENSO phases on La Nina in 2010-2011 and El Nino in 2015-2016. The data used were the Marine Copernicus reanalysis data of u and v components of current velocity at 155 m and 266 m of depth. The data were processed by using GrADS to see the direction and speed of the current as well as by calculating the ITF transport. During La Nina, both at 155 m and 266 m of depths were found the eddy patterns. When El Nino occurred, the direction of currents in Maluku Sea was different from La Nina conditions, while the direction of currents in Halmahera Sea had no differences. Current velocity in both oceans at each depth was lower during El Nino than La Nina. The condition of ITF transport in the Maluku Sea during La Nina was dominated by southward movement with a smaller value than during El Nino which generally moved northward meanwhile in the Halmahera Sea had the opposite condition.Keywords: current speed, current direction, ENSO, ITF, transport

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PAKAN KOMERSIAL DENGAN CAMPURAN RECOMBINANT GROWTH HORMONE (rGH) PADA BUDIDAYA

ABSTRACT This reasearch aims to analyze the effect of the addition and to obtain the concentration of rGH hormone which can have the best effect on seabass (L.calcarifer). This research was conducted for 28 days using seabass with 7-8 cm size, with a container that have 20 L volume and the density of 10 fish. The method used in this research was an experimental method using completely randomized design with 4 treatment and 3 replication, P1: control , P2:  rGH hormone 0.5 mg/ml, P3: rGH hormone 0.6 mg/ml, P4: rGH hormone 0.7 mg/ml. The parameters observed were absolute weight and lenght growth, specific growth rate, feed conversion ratio (FCR), feed utilization efficiency (EPP), and survival rate (SR). Data were analyzed with ANOVA and Duncan ’s test. The result showed that differences in the concentration of the addition of rGH hormone in commercial feed could effect all the research parameters except feed conversion ratio and survival rate . Addition of the rGH hormone with a concentration of 0.6 mg/ml (P3) is the best concentration because it provides an absolute weight growth rate of 4.03 g, an absolute length growth rate of 1.90 cm, a specific growth rate of 1.32% and feed utilization efficiency of 29.56%. Keywords : commercial feed recombinant growth hormone (rGH), s eabass (Lates calcarifer . ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan u ntuk menganalisa pengaruh penambahan hormon rGH serta mendapatkan konsentrasi hormon rGH yang dapat memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada benih ikan kakap putih (L. calcarifer). Penelitian dilakukan selama 28 hari menggunakan benih ikan kakap putih berukuran 7-8 cm, dengan ukuran wadah 20 L dan padat tebar 10 ikan . Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu, P1: tanpa hormon rGH (kontrol) , P2: konsentrasi hormon rGH 0,5 mg/ml , P3 : konsentrasi hormon rGH 0,6 mg/ml , P 4 : konsentrasi hormon 0,7  mg/ml. Parameter penelitian yang diamati adalah pertumbuhan berat mutlak, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, laju pertumbuhan sp e sifik, rasio konversi pakan (FCR), efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan (EPP) dan survival rate (SR). Data yang diperoleh di analis a sidik ragam (ANOVA) dan uji lanjut Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan konsentrasi penambahan hormon rGH pada pakan komersil dapat mempengaruhi semua parameter penelitian kecuali rasio konversi pakan (FCR), dan survival rate (SR). Pemberian hormon rGH dengan konsentrasi 0,6 mg/ml (P3) merupakan konsentrasi terbaik karena memberikan pertumbuhan berat mutlak sebesar 4,03 g, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak sebesar 1,90 cm, laju pertumbuhan spesifik sebesar 1,32 %, dan efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan sebesar 29,56%. Kata kunci : pakan komersial, recombinant growth hormon (rGH), k akap putih (Lates calcarifer) .
摘要本研究旨在分析rGH激素的添加效果,确定对海鲈(l.c arcarifer)效果最好的浓度。本研究采用7-8 cm大小的海鲈,在容积为20 L、密度为10尾的容器中进行28天的试验。本研究采用完全随机设计的实验方法,4个处理,3个重复,P1:对照,P2: rGH激素0.5 mg/ml, P3: rGH激素0.6 mg/ml, P4: rGH激素0.7 mg/ml。观察的参数为绝对体重、绝对长势、特定生长率、饲料系数(FCR)、饲料利用效率(EPP)和成活率(SR)。数据分析采用方差分析和Duncan检验。结果表明,商品饲料中rGH激素添加浓度的差异会影响除饲料系数和成活率外的所有研究参数。添加浓度为0.6 mg/ml (P3)的rGH激素为最佳浓度,其绝对增重率为4.03 g,绝对长高率为1.90 cm,特定生长率为1.32%,饲料利用效率为29.56%。关键词:商品饲料;重组生长激素(rGH);鲈鱼;【摘要】Penelitian ini bertujuan, ntuk menganalisa pengaruh penambahan激素rGH serta mendapatkan konsentrasi激素rGH yang dapat memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada benikan kakap putih (L. calcarifer)。Penelitian dilakukan selama 28 hari menggunakan benih ikkan kakap putih berukuran 7-8 cm, dengan ukuran wadah 20 L丹padat tebar 10 ikkan。Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode ek实验menggunakan ranancan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu, P1:丹参激素rGH(对照),P2:丹参激素rGH 0,5 mg/ml, P3:丹参激素rGH 0,6 mg/ml, p4:丹参激素0,7 mg/ml。参数penelitian yang diamati adalah pertumbuhan berat mutlak, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, laju pertumbuhan sp . sifik, rasio konversi pakan (FCR), efisiensi pmanfaatan pakan (EPP)和生存率(SR)。数据采用方差分析(ANOVA)对数据进行分析。hail penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan konsentrasi penambahan激素rGH padpakan komersil dapat mempengaruhi semua参数penelitian kecuali rasio konversi pakan (FCR), dan survival rate (SR)。Pemberian荷尔蒙rGH dengan konsentrasi 0,6 mg/ml (P3) merupakan konsentrasi terbaik karena成员pertumbuhan berat mutlak sebesar 4,03 g, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak sebesar 1,90 cm, laju pertumbuhan specik sebesar 1,32%, dan efisiensi permanfaatan pakan sebesar 29,56%。Kata kunci: pakan komerical,重组生长激素(rGH), kakap putih (Lates calcarifer)。
