Goodness-of-fit Tests Comparison for Statistical Process Control in an Automotive Industrial Unit 某汽车工业装置统计过程控制的拟合优度检验比较

This paper aims to evaluate whether if the data that form several samples used for the statistical process control (SPC) control charts derive from a population with a normal distribution or not. A piece manufactured in a Portuguese small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) that operates in the automotive industry is used as an example. Knowing if the distribution is normal or not allows identifying what out of control tests should be applied and can also help finding precise false alarm rates. For this purpose, six goodness-of-fit tests are used and then compared. Some of these goodness-of-fit tests could be more sensible than others in detecting departures from normality. The results for two in three scenarios of the same dimensional feature show that some goodness-of-fit tests reject the null hypothesis and that the data of the measured samples do not derive from a population with a normal distribution.

Nowadays, every organization have to manage several documents and the number and volume of these will grow more and more, causing a substantial increase in management costs and slowing down the process of recovering useful information at the desired time. Document Management Systems (DMS) are currently a very hot topic because companies can significantly improve their efficiency and productivity through their adoption and use. The aim of this article is to present a document management solution based on a semantic classifier and a semantic search engine, able to support a company in the correct management, archiving and research of documents. A Case Study approach is used through which has been analyzed potential benefits for companies, such as the reduction of problems related to the loss of paper documents and the costs related to their management, the resolution for the recovery and archiving of paper and/or thimble documents and the reduction of search time.

Evaluation of Sustainable Development of Russian Largest Companies 俄罗斯大公司可持续发展评价

The research is devoted to the assessment of sustainability of activity of Russian largest corporations by market capitalization. Russian companies are beginning to declare their commitment to sustainable development, but the unified toolkit for evaluating their efforts has not been developed yet. It makes difficult to analyze the efficiency of the new business model, based on sustainable development concept. The proposed by the authors rating is based on the integrated indicator calculation, which combines a number of indicators reflecting different aspects of social, economic and environmental activities of companies. The paper offers the methodology for the formation of a sustainable development rating, which will propose an objective assessment of the weight of fundamental indicators characterizing sustainable business development. The developed methodology is applied to Russian companies but can be applicable for any business.

Statistical Modeling of Overconfidence and Speculative Bubbles in China's Stock Market 中国股市过度自信与投机泡沫的统计模型

This paper firstly reveals the internal mechanism of overconfidence and market liquidity positively affecting the stock market speculative bubble and proves the difference in the effect of different degrees of overconfidence and market liquidity on the bubble, and then combines the time-varying transition probability. The Markov Switching Time-Varying Transition Probabilities (MS-TVTP) constructs a dynamic evolution mechanism model of China's stock market bubble (VNS three-zone variable expansion model) that includes investor overconfidence and market liquidity. The results show that the stock market bubble extracted by the VEC model is consistent with the actual. Compared with the 2008 financial crisis, the regional effect of China's stock market bubble before and after the crisis is more obvious. The increase in investors' overconfidence will increase the bubble from the latent zone. The probability of conversion to the expansion zone system, the negative change in market liquidity increases the probability of the foam transitioning from the expansion zone system to the rupture zone system.

Neural Network Based Identification of Fuel Injection Rate Profiles for Diesel Engines 基于神经网络的柴油机喷油速率曲线识别

The rate profile at which fuel is injected into an inter-nal combustion (IC) diesel engine is among the most important parameters affecting the engine performance and exhaust emissions. However, it is notoriously difficult to measure on-line in practice. This article studies the application of neural network based methods for identification of the diesel fuel in-jection rate profile from in-cylinder pressure data, for which measurements are easy to obtain online from a running en-gine. The proposed approach provides a prediction of the injection rate profile as a function of the crank angle, and an estimate of the uncertainty associated with the prediction. Among others, the results presented herein may be benefi-cial for real-time injector fault detection and also for devising novel optimal control strategies for minimizing exhaust emissions of diesel engines.

The Internet of things is discussed in the article, the basic aspects of this concept are analyzed, comprehensive analysis in the field of understanding the Internet of things is attempted and the main segments that are within its scope are identified. Based on the study, an analysis of the global Internet of things market was carried out, its main directions of development were identified, and the prospects for use in different directions were assessed. The main market parameters determining its development dynamics, and financial indicators were investigated. The main leaders of the global Internet of things market are identified in the study. The Russian Internet of things market is examined in this article, its prospects and development directions are examined. A comparative analysis of the global and Russian markets of the Internet of things is carried out.

A Study of Solving Traveling Salesman Problem with Genetic Algorithm 用遗传算法求解旅行商问题的研究

Travelling salesman problem is one of the most important problems in the optimization area. To solve the problem of traveling salesman, the GA (genetic algorithm) can be seen as an appropriate method. In the genetic algorithm, there are many parameters needing to be set in advance. To figure out the effects of parameters in GA, we conducted experiments with different parameters and compared the performance. In addition, we try to improve the algorithm in aspects of crossing and mutating. The improved GA obtained a better performance, showing the proposed improvement is efficient.

Inspection has been always a topic of interest in the industrial environment. Indeed, the inspection process is particularly very essential for controlling the quality of the finished products. Within this context, in this work is proposed an automated artificial vision system in order to control the non-conformities in vehicles. In fact, the main idea of the proposed system resides in the adoption of the Artificial Intelligence (AI), in order to identify automatically the defects, while supporting at the same time the concept of a smart industry 4.0. Moreover, some works, which rely on AI for quality control inspection in smart industries, are briefly reviewed in this paper, in order to highlight the issues of Visual Inspection (VI) as well as to prove the effectiveness of the AI in industries, notably those related to vehicle manufacturing.

A Digital Twin Framework for Industry 4.0 Enabling Next-Gen Manufacturing 工业4.0的数字孪生框架支持下一代制造

Digital twins offer a framework to support the ever-rising demands in the fast-paced industrial evolution. This technology not only adds to the reliability of industrial processes but also offers an insight in to long-term behaviors and pattern during the aging of the industrial equipment. In this paper, a digital twin framework is presented to replicate the processes of a real production line for product assembly. The proposed work implements a digital/graphical replica of Festo Cyber Physical Factory (CPF) for Industry 4.0 (I4.0). The implemented system allows to schedule orders and specify product configuration which embodies the actions of CPF in digital world. In addition, the paper also presents a viable framework to interlink the physical system with the digital instance to offer extended services and a pathway towards realization of fully functional digital twins.

Innovations in the Financial Sphere: Performance Evaluation of Introducing Service Robots with Artificial Intelligence 金融领域的创新:引入人工智能服务机器人的绩效评估

Recently, there is a rapid transformation of the habitual way of life; the introduction of information and communication technologies into all areas has led to the formation of a new paradigm of interaction between people and digital technologies. The introduction of digital technologies provides an opportunity to raise management technology in all areas of economic development to a new qualitative level. Today, modern technologies are successfully implemented not only in production and the financial sector but also in the everyday life of a person, forcing him to take a fresh look at the interaction between machines and people. Currently, it is planned to cover all spheres of human life within Industry 4.0 by creating a unified information environment, by creating “smart production”, innovative cities, and completely changing the entire social infrastructure. One of the main components of this concept is the large-scale introduction of robots in not only industrial production, the financial sector, and the service sector, but also use them to perform personal tasks in everyday human life. The current level of robotics development in the world is analyzed in the article. The types of robots that exist today are considered. The global service robotics market is studied, its main parameters: volumes, growth rates, and the scope of service robots, key players are identified. Particular attention is paid to the introduction of service robots to financial institutions, identifying priority areas for their use in the financial sector. When introducing innovative investment projects, one of the main tasks is to evaluate the economic efficiency of the project. Therefore, a model based on the total cost of ownership approach is proposed in the article, which allows to assess the effectiveness of using service robots with artificial intelligence systems, to ensure customer interaction with financial institutions. Based on the modeling, it was found that the introduction and use of robotic systems with artificial intelligence in the field of legal issues in the implementation of a financial institution would provide savings of 21.9%.
