The article examines in detail the essence of consumer crowdsourcing and describes the relationships that arise in this case. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature, a matrix of the ratio of the intensity of consumer crowdsourcing and consumer crowd-sending was built. There are four different states that the relationship between the consumer and the platform can have due to the construction of the matrix: special relationship, thorough partnership, stimulating relationship, natural partnership. The main indicators of consumer crowdsourcing platforms are characterized: main focus, key blocks, activity. Emphasized, that the primary focus of special relationships is on the brand's core product, and the relationships that emerge are characterized by cold loyalty as consumers focus on the utilitarian benefits of the platform, such as convenience or cost savings. While the main focus of natural partnership is on the identity project, the key blocks are the public, enthusiasm, benchmarking, and the activity is aimed at self-expansion plus self-enhancement. Examples of successful use of crowdsourcing in foreign practice are described. The areas of application of crowdsourcing in retail trade are determined: financing, marketplaces, design, technologies, delivery of goods. Detailed features of the application of crowdsourcing in such a direction as the delivery of goods. It was concluded that currently crowdsourcing cannot become an alternative to traditional trade, but it can provide additional opportunities, become an effective means of strengthening relations between brands, retail trade and consumers.

The article analyzes the activity of the tourism sector of Ukraine and the results of an online survey before the velvet season on traveling in Ukraine during a full-scale war. The regions of Ukraine with a significant increase in budget revenues from tourism entities are identified. The essence of tourism marketing is defined. The most important features of tourist demand formation are characterized. The essence of the tourism product is presented and its typical features are highlighted. New trends in tourism in connection with active digitalization are considered: «e-tourism» (ETravel), «virtual tourism», «tourist information systems». The importance of virtual tourism in the context of restrictions on the mobility of tourists, as well as innovative tourist products created using Internet technologies: augmented and virtual reality, QR codes, online booking, touch screens, geoportals, quest tours are determined. The article provides an interpretation of marketing communications in tourism and presents innovative marketing communications in tourism. The challenges of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, which have changed the main trends in the innovative development of the tourism sector, are considered. The top 10 startups in the travel industry are highlighted: Holidify, Bikemap, Tripoto, PickYourTrail, ClickBus, Hundredrooms, Zostel, Trawell.in, GoRaymi, Journi. The ranking is based on the startup’s place in the global startup ranking. Abstract. Public debt exists as an economic and legal phenomenon in most countries of the world, as a rule, it is formed as a result of financing the deficit of the national budget. For countries with effective public debt management institutions, it is an engine of rapid economic development. In many countries, the creation of public debt is associated with the government's attempts to improve the socio-economic conditions of people's lives by modernizing infrastructure, developing education, science, health care, improving social welfare, etc. Public borrowing is a source of investment, a means of reducing the negative impact of external factors, and a fairly effective incentive that helps accelerate the growth of the country's economic potential. Thanks to borrowing, our country received additional resources to meet public needs, overcome а certain technological lag in national development, and outline prospects for economic growth. But on the other hand, such borrowings can become a debt burden, since the economic situation in the country does not allow for effective repayment of debts, which in turn only deepens the country's debt problem. Thus, the main problem of public borrowing, in our opinion, is a real threat of reliance on the state and creditors, which has a stable upward trend. In the conditions of war, national obligations, mainly to foreign countries, are growing rapidly. Inefficient management of public debt can lead to economic instability in countries. In our opinion, an increase in external public debt can lead to a decrease in the state authority of Ukraine in the international economic arena and cause mistrust and doubts about the state's ability to ensure the timely fulfillment of its financial obligations.

The article examines the specifics of the functioning of a dynamic business environment, which stimulates enterprises to constantly adapt to changes and form effective strategies to ensure their profitability. The process of forming the company's strategy in the conditions of constant changes in the business environment is studied. The key aspects of the formation of the company's strategy are analyzed, in particular, the identification of factors of the external environment that affect business processes, the analysis of internal resources and competitiveness, as well as the principles of determining strategic goals and action plans. Methods and tools that help enterprises effectively adapt to changes, such as SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis, portfolio analysis and others, are considered. The importance of constant monitoring and strategic planning to ensure the conditions of sustainable development of the economic entity is determined. Recommendations for the formation of an enterprise strategy in the conditions of a dynamic business environment are offered. The importance of adapting and constantly updating the company's strategy is proven, which is defined as a key factor of successful activity in modern conditions. The need for active strategic planning of the economic activity of enterprises and their adaptation to the changes that are constantly occurring in their business environment, in order to achieve a competitive advantage and sustainable development, is determined. It has been proven that in order to achieve success on the market in conditions of significant dynamics of business processes, it is necessary to take into account not only current trends, but also possible future changes in the environment itself, which requires an enterprise to be open to innovation and ready to take risks. It was determined that innovation and flexibility are important elements of the company's development strategy, allowing it to quickly respond to changes and occupy new markets. The peculiarities of the formation of the business entity's development strategy in the conditions of a dynamic business environment, which requires it to combine traditional strategic approaches and innovative ideas, are considered. It was determined that the involvement of all levels and units of the organization in the process of strategic planning is an important aspect of the formation of the company's development strategy in the conditions of a dynamic business environment. At the same time, communication and cooperation between structural divisions, the ability to effectively exchange information become the basis for the successful implementation of the chosen strategy.

The article examines the peculiarities of the mechanism of state regulation of land use processes. Groups of social, ecological and economic aspects have been studied. It is emphasized that the regulation of economic processes of land use is impossible without reliable information about the qualitative characteristics of each specific plot, its economic and biological fertility, because ignoring or incorrect assessment of its potential can negate the results of planning, which is one of the main functions of management. By the economic aspects of land use, we primarily understand transferability as a property of a land plot, expressed in its ability to be freely alienated or transferred from one person to another in the order of universal legal succession or in another way; forms of ownership and management characterizing legal issues of land use, as well as organizational and technological conditions of agricultural production; the value of land resources as a measure of materialized labor necessary to support sustainable and effective development of agricultural production. Selected aspects of land use regulation formed the basis of the structural diagram of the mechanism of state regulation of land use processes presented by us and allow not only to clarify its content, but also directly determine its structure. It was determined that in the conditions of market relations, an important place in the system of state regulation of land use began to be assigned to the cadastral assessment of land plots. The content of the use of the land resource potential of the territorial formation is given. In the regulation structure, special attention should be paid to the issue of comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the use of land resources and the resulting need for further development of the methodological base for the assessment of land use. The key link in the process of state regulation should be the evaluation of the efficiency of land use, which is based on a system of quantitative parameters for the evaluation of the efficiency of the use of land resources. Land owners are mainly municipal authorities, enterprises (legal entities), citizens (individuals) or their associations (cooperatives, commercial firms, etc.). The denationalization of land ownership and the introduction of private land ownership on this basis, the privatization of land, the introduction of paid land use fundamentally changed the structure and content of land relations in the conditions of village land use, changed the structure, content and principles of planning land resource formations. The effective organization of state regulation of economic processes of land use has a significant impact on the process of creating the necessary organizational, territorial, legal and social conditions for full involvement in turnover, increasing the return of each hectare of land while preserving or reproducing soil fertility.

The article examines modern aspects of the use of mathematical models in solving problems of sustainable development of enterprises. The essence of the concept of sustainable development was considered and its importance for enterprises in the modern dynamic business environment was determined. The role of mathematical modeling in the decision-making process based on the application of specific methods and tools that help to analyze and optimize the production processes of economic entities in the context of sustainable development is studied. A complex of specialized mathematical models used for modeling sustainable development is considered, including such aspects as linear and non-linear programming, simulation theory, game theory, differential equations, etc. The peculiarities of the application of these models in the activities of enterprises were analyzed and their effectiveness in ensuring the achievement of sustainable development was determined. Practical examples of the implementation of economic and mathematical models at enterprises of various industries on the basis of reducing resource consumption, optimizing production processes, waste and risk management strategies, as well as planning future investments in sustainable development were studied. The importance of the development and improvement of economic-mathematical modeling methods for achieving the goals of sustainable development of economic entities is determined. The essence of challenges and obstacles that arise in the process of implementing economic and mathematical models to achieve sustainable development of enterprises, which include the objective need for access to a large amount of data, the complexity of interaction with counterparties, as well as the instability of the modern economic environment, is considered. Strategies and recommendations for overcoming these challenges are proposed, including the development of information systems and the actualization of the needs of business entities regarding the importance of sustainable development. The necessity of integrating mathematical models in the planning and economic activities of enterprises to achieve the efficiency of their sustainable development is determined. The importance of applying economic-mathematical modeling to increase the efficiency of enterprises and stimulate their sustainable activity to achieve strategic goals is proven.

The purpose of the article is to identify the prerequisites for pro-environmental behavior of companies and to present the main business models of an enterprise that considers environmental responsibility as one of the priorities of activity in market conditions. It has been established that environmental responsibility is a factor affecting the development of the enterprise on a global, regional and local scale. Motives that mobilize companies to adopt pro-environmental positions include: increasing societal pressure to improve the quality of the environment, growing environmental demands of consumers, reducing the value of technologies and products that do not meet environmental standards, taking into account the requirements of the international market, including the EU market, strengthening requirements to environmental protection and increased costs due to failure to take measures to protect its resources and improve their operating conditions, changing the market position of enterprises that use pro-environmental management, expanding the scope of activity for profit and a favorable position on the market. It is proven that the pro-environmental orientation of the enterprise affects its business model, that is, a coordinated plan of action aimed at creating a strategy that meets the expectations of customers through the optimal use of resources and relationships. Two business models of enterprise behavior are distinguished: reactive, which means compliance with current legal requirements in the field of environmental protection, and proactive, which takes into account the environmental factor in the future development of the enterprise. It is substantiated that the proactive and effective model of social and environmental responsibility of business and the entrepreneurial model of social and environmental responsibility of business relate to the implementation of environmental goals and include economic and social goals. Both are based on the following assumptions: taking into account the provisions of sustainable development, creating a socially responsible corporate culture, implementing the concept of stakeholders, taking into account the natural environment as a "silent stakeholder", implementing the principles of CSR and the concept of environmental responsibility, taking them into account when creating the enterprise's business architecture.

У статті розглянуто концептуальні підходи до відновлення конкурентоспроможності територіальних громад і регіонів. Аналізуються основні причини зниження конкурентоспроможності та визначаються фактори, які впливають на ефективність їх відновлення. Особлива увага приділяється забезпеченню сталого розвитку та підвищенню якості життя населення в регіонах. В статті проаналізовано такі підходи до відновлення конкурентоспроможності як залучення інвестицій, розвиток технологій та інновацій, створення сприятливого бізнес-середовища, підвищення ефективності управління територіальними громадами та регіонами, а також забезпечення соціальної підтримки населення. У статті з'ясовано, що конкурентоспроможність територій є ключовою складовою для забезпечення сталого економічного розвитку та формування високого рівня якості життя населення. У статті розглядаються такі підходи до відновлення конкурентоспроможності, як розвиток інновацій, трансформація територій, залучення інвестицій, розвиток людського потенціалу тощо.

У статті розглянуто магістральні напрями забезпечення розвитку кадрового потенціалу сучасних підприємств. Досліджено важливість ефективного управління кадровим потенціалом для забезпечення стійкого розвитку суб’єкта господарювання. Розглянуто основні стратегії розвитку кадрового потенціалу, до числа яких відносяться професійний розвиток персоналу, мотивація персоналу та збалансованість вимог щодо професійного розвитку працівників підприємства. Проаналізовано фактори, які впливають на успішність реалізації кадрової політики підприємства в довгостроковому періоді. Визначено, що розвиток кадрового потенціалу в сучасних умовах виступає важливим завданням для будь-якого підприємства, оскільки якісний персонал є ключовим ресурсом в аспекті забезпечення його ефективного функціонування та розвитку. Розглянуто актуальні проблеми формування та розвитку кадрового потенціалу, а також охарактеризовано важливість даного процесу для досягнення успіху в сучасних бізнес-процесах. У статті здійснено аналіз підходів та узагальнено визначення сутності поняття «інвестиційний клімат». Визначені позитивні та негативні чинники, які впливають на його формування, серед яких: законодавчо-нормативна база, податкова система, політична стабільність, економічний розвиток, рівень корупції тощо. Проведено аналіз динаміки надходжень прямих інвестицій в Україну впродовж останніх шести років, визначено причини їх скорочення та збільшення у кожному з періодів. Розглянуто основні види економічної діяльності, в які найбільше спрямовані інвестиції. Визначено найбільших країн-інвесторів в економіці України за 2021 рік. Проаналізовано динаміку Індексу інвестиційної привабливості протягом 2018 – 2022 рр. Визначено фактори, які впливають на формування інвестиційного клімату України в сучасних умовах господарювання з урахуванням отриманого Україною статусу у члени ЄС. Запропоновано ряд заходів для покращення інвестиційного клімату України у період повоєнного відновлення.
