OPTIMAL ALLOCATION OF SEASONAL ADDITIONAL PASSENGER TRANSPORT DURING THE SUMMER PERIOD IN THE CITIES OF THE SOUTH OF RUSSIA 俄罗斯南部城市夏季期间季节性额外客运的最佳分配

The analysis of the optimization of seasonal passenger traffic has been carried out, which allows determining the level of optimality of the city's transport fleet and predicting its rational distribution on the city's route network in the summer period. An algorithm for the optimal distribution of passenger transport along urban routes has been developed to achieve a high level of passenger transportation efficiency.

THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSING THE LEVEL OF TECHNICAL READINESS OF ROAD TRANSPORT 道路运输技术准备水平评估的理论方法

The application of the theory of fuzzy sets, namely cognitive modeling methods for the formation of an indicator of technical readiness of motor transport, which has a number of unique properties, one of which is low volatility when factors change, is considered. This property makes it possible to predict the ability of a motor transport company to perform tasks for their intended purpose, which determines the practical significance of the article. New terms have been introduced - the level of technical readiness and the indicator level of the factor. It is shown that if it is impossible to calculate the values of individual factors, it is possible to decompose and descend to a sublevel where the factor itself is an objective function that is in causal relationships with the indicators of the factor.

The work of dedicated lanes of St. Petersburg is considered. To determine the efficiency of lanes for public transport, an algorithm based on GPS trackers of on-board equipment of rolling stock has been developed. To calculate the indicators of speed and time by coordinates, a formula for spherical distance is proposed, which is used in the theorem of spherical cosines. The results obtained were confirmed by natural studies and simulation modeling. The algorithm can be used both for functioning VP and for those being designed. The implementation of the developed al-gorithm will save the city budget due to low cost and labor costs.

PREDICTION OF SUSPENSION RESOURCEVEHICLE 悬架资源车预测

The issues of forecasting the resource of the suspension from the leaf spring of the vehicle using energy consumption during cyclic loading are presented. A refined formula for calculating energy consumption is given, which has a closer connection with failures of parts in operating conditions than kilometers of mileage. It is shown that when the vehicle is moving, the suspension is loaded and unloaded, described by the «hysteresis loop» calculation method. The area of the hysteresis loop is used in predicting the suspension resource using a neural network. This makes it possible to increase the utilization rate of the vehicle by reducing costs and downtime during current repairs.

The digital transformation of the Russian transport industry, initiated by the Russian Ministry of Transport and designed to outline the vector of its development in the coming years, involves the widespread use of information modeling tools. In this regard, it is necessary to study and analyze simulation methods and approaches that make it possible to comprehensively predict and evaluate the activities of the elements of the country's transport system. In our work, we propose to use System Dynamics for this purpose, which makes it possible to take into account the complex nature of the interaction of various participants in this system, both at the level of an individual enter-prise, and within a particular region or the Russian economy as a whole.
