CONTROLLED VIBRATION PROTECTION SYSTEMS: DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING AND OPTIMIZATION 可控振动保护系统:动态规划与优化

The article presents new scientific results of research in the field of the theory of optimal control of oscillatory processes related to the manifestation of a local effect in the dynamic programming method, the implementation of a step-by-step strategy for optimizing a dynamic system for control and finding algorithms for optimal positional control. Examples are given of finding positional control in vibration protection systems with an additional controlled elastic and damping link, as well as with a potential energy recuperator.

CREATION OF AN OPTIMIZED DYNAMIC TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 创建优化的动态运输管理系统

This article defines the main tasks of the management of the transport system. The main criteria for the quality of road transport management have been identified. The generalized control scheme for the transportation of goods and passengers is analyzed. On its basis, three types of a dynamic transit management system have been compiled, which in turn differ in the presence of initial information. An analysis of the main problems that arise during the development of these systems is made and methods for their solution are proposed. In the course of the research, a conclusion was formed that, based on the rational operation of vehicles, will increase the level of efficiency of transportation of goods and passengers.

Most of the existing assessments of the quality of passenger transportation by road have two significant drawbacks. On the one hand, existing quality assessments require the collection of a large amount of data. This is due to high labor intensity and significant time costs. On the other hand, the existing quality assessments do not take into account the interests of all parties involved in the organization, implementation and use of the passenger transportation system. In this regard, it is proposed to use a comprehensive indicator for assessing the quality of passenger transportation. The proposed quality assessment takes into account the interests of all parties and is characterized by low labor intensity.

The article discusses approaches and methods for mathematical and information modeling of oscillatory processes that occur during the operation of vehicle vibration protection devices. A schematic diagram of a lever relaxation vibration protection system is proposed. The main operational advantages of the proposed scheme are indicated. Both the theoretical foundations of mathematical modeling and their application in modern computer modeling systems are outlined.

In this work, mechanically strong protective coatings based on aluminosilicate on aluminum were obtained by electrochemical method in electrolytes with different concentrations of sodium metasilicate and sodium hydroxide. X-ray spectral analysis, infrared spectroscopy, metallography and atomic force microscopy were used to study the surface characteristics of the coatings obtained. In the work, the dependence of the surface characteristics on the concentration of alkali and voltage was established. The mechanism of the process of applying a protective coating to the surface of aluminum is proposed. The resulting coatings have sufficient mechanical strength and increase the resistance of aluminum to aggressive environments.

The paper identifies the relationship between different types of road accidents, their place of occurrence and the configuration of the roundabout. The analysis was based on 321 incidents at 19 roundabouts. It is proposed to make changes to the existing classification of the accidents, using as a criterion the division not by the participants of the accident, but by the nature of the accident. The division of roundabouts into segments to detail the location of the accident allows for the conclusion about the nature of the accident and the impact of the structure of the roundabout on safety.

A kinetic model of the processes of chain oxidative reactions in automotive catalytic converters and PM2.5 soot particle filters of a honeycomb block design has been developed. Calculations according to the model confirmed the emergency modes of operation of converters, uncontrolled heat growth of more than 261683 kJ/h and, as a consequence, the oxidation temperatures of CO, CH, soot with melting and destruction of catalyst carrier matrices. It is shown that the causes of extreme neutralization modes can be malfunctions of electronic catalytic systems, increased sulfur content in fuel and oil, corrosion of fuel equipment parts, overheating of the engine and turbocharger. An original method for monitoring the environmental-fire hazardous modes of operation of catalytic converters based on the modernization of the standard diagnostic procedure in accordance with GOST 33997-2016 (TR TS 018/2011) is proposed.

Calculations according to the model confirmed the emergency modes of operation of converters, uncontrolled heat growth of more than 261683 kJ/h and, as a consequence, the oxidation temperatures of CO, CH, soot with melting and destruction of catalyst carrier matrices. It is shown that the causes of extreme neutralization modes can be malfunctions of electronic catalytic systems, increased sulfur content in fuel and oil, corrosion of fuel equipment parts, overheating of the engine and turbocharger.
