The paper considers scientific, methodological and organizational issues of forecasting urban lo-gistics systems of passenger transportation based on artificial neural networks. It presents the re-sults of theoretical and experimental studies of passenger traffic on the municipal routes in the city using artificial neural networks to solve problems in the forecasting of transport processes.

The article examines the state of the market of modern network service stations, shows the need to develop a system of performance indicators for an objective assessment of the effectiveness of car service enterprises. A system of enterprise performance indicators has been developed, which consists of 8 groups of indicators. A group of indicators is considered in detail: the state of the IT infrastructure, the purpose and methods of calculating the indicators of the group are formulated. The direction of further research for the effective analysis of the system of performance indicators is shown.

The information-digital approach to assessing the level of road safety involves assessing each element of the system driver car road environment separately, taking into account their relation-ship. The interrelation of factors in the system driver car road environment is considered. The analysis of decision-making by the driver based on the receipt and processing of information was carried out. Each of the system driver car road environment subsystems is considered separately in the context of the use of ITS. Since the influence of the human factor is fundamental in improving road safety, an assessment was made of the functioning of the control and driver assistance system.

The article describes the system of ensuring the operability of buses with separation into subsys-tems. The theory of ultimate utility in connection with the system of maintenance and repair of ve-hicles is presented. The structure of the operation and repair cycle of cars is considered. A compar-ison of the efficiency of options for improving the production and technical base of the technical service of city buses is shown. It is justified that the production rate of cars on the line is maximum with a rational combination of centralization, specialization and cooperation of technical service.

The level of development of transport infrastructure affects the preservation of the territorial integrity of Russia. The article shows that in order to create a unified transport space on the territory of Russia it is necessary to develop transport infrastructure by creating a network of gas filling stations, service centers for gas-powered vehicles, as well as to improve the quality of their service.

THE INFLUENCE OF DYNAMIC PROCESSES ON THE OPERATIONAL PROPERTIES OF DRUM-AND-PAD TYPE BRAKING MECHANISMS 动态过程对鼓垫式制动机构工作特性的影响

The dynamic processes occurring in the braking process in the friction contact of the brake mechanism of the drum-pad type are considered. The equations of the oscillatory system, namely the pair «pad – brake drum», for various arrangements of brake mechanisms of the drum-pad type are given. The obtained equations establish the effect on the instability of the braking torque during braking. The parameters of the influence on self-damping and forced oscillations for various brake arrangements are revealed. The criteria of influence, namely the dissipation coeffi-cients of various brake layouts, on the operational characteristics of the instability of the braking torque, and thereby determining the magnitude of the amplitude of the rebound of the brake pad from the working surfaces of the brake drum, are analyzed. The direction is set for improving the operational properties and increasing the tribological reliability of braking mechanisms.

The article deals with the urgent task of increasing the efficiency of multimodal transportation of goods based on the optimization of delivery routes. The task is formulated in terms of the subject area of interest to the transportation customer. The mathematical statement of the problem is presented in the form of a graph model that takes into account dynamic changes in the requirements of both the consignor and the consignee. According to the authors, this approach to solving the logistics problem allows the multimodal operator to respond to changes in a timely manner and gives some advantages when choosing an effective route in the face of sanctions pres-sure and border closures.

The structure of marine exports of mineral fertilizers through Russian ports is stud-ied and the method of calculating the shortest distances between ports involved in export-import operations with Russia is described. The optimal scheme of securing consumers to suppliers in the supply of mineral fertilizers is proposed.
本文分析了我国矿质肥料的生产量和消费量。介绍了国内主要肥料生产厂的地理位置。研究了通过俄罗斯港口出口矿物肥料的海洋结构,并描述了与俄罗斯进行进出口业务的港口之间最短距离的计算方法。提出了矿质肥料供应中保证消费者对供应商的最优方案。
