Role conflict and turnover intention are important variables for any organization. The aim of this study is surveying the role conflict of the teachers and examining its effect on turnover intention among the teachers. The author used random-sampling method and collected data from 202 teachers. Semi-structured interview techniques was used. This method was useful to minimize the errors and all the collected data was useful. SPSS V.26 was used to analyze the collected data. Reliability analysis, factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, KMO analysis and lineer regression analysis were carried out. The results of this research suggested that person-role conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (r=0.285). These results can provide benefit to the future researchers and the managers

The study dealt with the role of banking risks in the quality of financing decisions in the Sudanese banking Sector. The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing leadership skills among Arab middle school principals within Israel. The study adopted the descriptive approach as it is more suitable for this type of studies. The school community is made up of all Arab middle school principals and teachers (6865) within Israel and the sample consisted of (362) teachers, who were randomly selected. The results showed that the degree of practicing leadership skills among Arab middle school principals within Israel was high. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the effect of the "gender" variable, in favor of males, in the responses of the study sample members about the degree of practicing leadership skills, and the presence of statistically significant differences due to the effect of the variable "years of experience", in favor of the category “10 years and more” on the degree of practicing leadership skills, and the absence of statistically significant differences due to the effect of the educational qualification variable in the degree of leadership skills practice.

Amazigh literature has noticed a notable development in recent years, in diverse creative genres such as poetry, story, theatre, short story, and novel... Genres in which Amazigh writers have excelled significantly, whether on the level of topic or form. In this research, I will focus on novels written by women, which appeared and reserved late compared to the rest of the Amazigh literary genres, but it was a strong difference in the Amazigh literary creativity. Even in the old novel format. Despite this delay, novelist women were able to be creative and gather a significant production in the genre of the novel. From the beginnings in 2005 until 2020, we find about 23 Amazigh novels of different styles, aesthetics, and form, as well as themes and structures, written by women. It is noticeable in the modern topics of the Amazigh feminist novel, its adoption of the fantasy theme as a new reference in perception and creativity after the feminine concern and identities dominated the feminist writings. For example, we find the young novelist Fadima Firas, who published five different novels, as she is considered one of the writers for whom productive criticism played an essential role in the language and topics of her writing. So it became a bright face in what is called the reference to the rebellion and the fantasy of the novel, as well as its adoption of the reference to magical realism. The research aimed to reveal the role of creativity skills in developing creativity among primary school students from the female teachers’ perspective. The research sample was intentionally chosen according to the method of non-probability samples, (286) female teachers, to achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive approach and SWOT method were used. The Most significant results showed that role level of creativity skills in developing creativity among primary school students was moderate with a rate of (69%), also, results of the research showed that there are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and potential threats to the role of creativity skills in developing creativity among primary school students from the female teachers’ teachers’ perspective. The most important recommendations: that educational institutions in all Arab countries pay great attention to the skills of creativity, by employing its skills in the educational curriculum

In the last years, politics become globally the main activity in life of human beings in order to discuss and negotiate different crises such as the relations between countries, heath crisis, the crisis of the water sources, the diplomatic relations, war announcements and so on by manipulating language which has different types and aims. There many studies which are focused on the political speeches of different presidents and politicians and these studies adopt different theories and models in order to show their ideologies, power, plans and different characteristics. So this study tries to analyse the speech of president Vladimir Putin concerning the crises of Ukraine.It tries to analyse his speech by adopting Van Dijk (1999, 1995, 2004 , 2006) discursive strategies. This study aims to find how Putin manipulated and used these strategies in his speech concerning the crisis in Ukraine.Vladimir Putin is a president of Russia and his country has tense relations with Ukraine from United States of America (USA) and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) been strategically planning to extend their territories along the borders between Ukraine and Russia. He tried to state the facts and tell the international community, the citizens of Russia and Ukraine, UAS, and NATO' countries about the lies of the United States. Depending on the analysis of specialized intellectual production, we aim to define a set of prospective questions: • What are the future roles of librarians and professional associations? • What are the amendments that should be made to the librarian profession to handle new trends? • What is the future of employment in the library sector? • What will the “over smart libraries” look like? • How will the libraries be affected by the equation of the dilemma of a printed book versus an electronic and a “TikTok’s” book? The study also aims to identify the most dominant trends that library and information experts expect and the serious problems that should be prepared for, based on the classification of the Center for the Future of Libraries of the American Library Association (ALA). These challenges are mainly about: • The impact of anticipated crises (epidemics, wars, etc.) on the financial capabilities related to employment and the risk of closing many libraries. • The growing phenomenon of the information explosion and its effects on the mechanisms for retrieving data and documents in libraries • The growing phenomenon of smart cities and the consequent emergence of smart and postsmart libraries. The growing phenomenon of artificial intelligence and the consequent destabilization of the library science identity as a human science discipline (integrating library departments in faculties of computer engineering). The world in which we live is characterized by the multiplicity of languages and cultures, and these various peoples are bound to cohabitation and exchange in all areas of life, especially in light of globalization where the world has become a global village. Hence, translation comes to represent an honest and close bridge to link and consolidate relations between peoples and enhance understanding between each other. Hence the title of this research which reads: Adaptation in translation: a case study of transferring some French proverbs into Arabic. The importance of this research lies in the fact that the world today is in dire need of understanding and integration more than ever before to build a peaceful and developed society. Proverbs represent a core cultural aspect and a distinctive feature that distinguishes each people from another. The problem that emerges from this research is to find the appropriate equivalent for proverbs from one language to another, and precisely for some French proverbs in Arabic language. This research aims, based on the translation technique represented by adaptation, to bring the French culture closer to the Arabic speakers in Cameroon in particular, and to help the Arab reader to understand some of the perceptions in the French culture. It contributes to deepen knowledge for translators and interpreters so they can deliver the message in an optimal way, and then enhance understanding between the speakers of both languages which will help to build an integrated and cohesive society to address the current challenges in our world of today. This article is based - in addition to an introduction and conclusion - on three sections: the first section deals with proverbs from the side of culture and translation, the second section presents selected common and current proverbs in French for study, and the third section analyses the Arabic equivalents of these French proverbs and discusses them based on Arabic culture.
