Phonetically, it does not represent an important part of the study of the Qur’an and Quranic interpretation, and the phonetic aspect of the Qur’an has not been understood as a prominent part in interpreting the text and understanding its meanings. Among those phonetically, according to Sheikh Al-Hiri, are tilt, assimilation, shamam, substitution, and hamza. Scholars do not work hard to study these phonetic and linguistic phenomena for the sake of an accurate and profound interpretation of the Holy Qur’an. They aim to interpret the meanings of the Holy Qur’an more clearly and contribute to conveying and elevating its message better. Therefore, it has become necessary in its vocabulary and linguistic rules, and this includes sounds, thinking, and phonetic rules that scholars adopt when interpreting and understanding the Qur’anic text. The impact of these phonetic instructions appears in several concepts of the Arabic language Understanding these phonetic rules and applying them correctly is essential for readers and interpretation scholars when, understanding the Qur’anic text. It plays a crucial role in making the recitation of the Qur’an smooth and beautiful, thus contributing to effectively conveying its message and teachings to Muslims and other readers

The recipient/reader occupied a wide space in Al-Baqlani’s critical viewpoint. Where he attended as a case of questioning, which leads to a deepening of understanding and the consolidation of its pillars, within his talk about the miraculousness of the Noble Qur’an, in an attempt to enable this reader to understand the issues of miraculousness. If the author has the authority to say, which has an effective rhetorical function, then the reader/recipient according to Al-Baqlani is not a passive reader, but rather a productive critic, exchanging reading with the author, and participating in the analysis of the discourse and the production of knowledge, through his actual or implicit presence, participating with him in the various stages of text creation. The research raises a number of questions, including: -Can the recipient be considered an element of the literary text in ancient critical theories? - What is the space occupied by the implicit reader in the critical viewpoint of Al-Baqlani? - Is it possible to talk about an experienced active reader through the questioning cases that Al-Baqlani raised in his book? Based on the foregoing, a number of goals can be set: Researching the image of the reader/recipient in Al-Baqlani's critical thought. - Seeking to prove the presence of this reader through the various stages of text creativity. The research adopts the descriptive approach, which takes the analysis as a mechanism for it to reveal Al-Baqlani's view of the recipient

Normal neurocognitive aging is characterized by its selective effect on the damaged neuronal regions and at the cognitive level. This heterogeneous nature constituted a strong motive for deepening the research on the causes of the emergence of interindividual cognitive differences within the same age group, helped by functional brain imaging techniques. The study starts from this premise and aims to shed light on the concept of "successful aging" from a neurocognitive perspective. This concept is at the center of attention of many researchers in various disciplines as it is related to two basic concepts: The firs concept is "brain reserve." It is related to people’s lifestyle, and is built and accumulated over the course of life through people's behaviours that are neurologically, and cognitively (reserve indicators) stimulated. The second concept is "Overdue reserve”. It is related to intensive cognitive interventions (indicators of Overdue reserve), as a catch-up and efficient mechanism that enables people with low levels of brain reserve to stimulate neuroplasticity, which contributes to enhance their cognitive performance. This study aims to explore the appropriate conditions, and effective ways, to help people develop functional neurological resistance against the decline that characterizes human cognition with advancing age. Hence, maintaining proper cognitive functioning contributes to improving the quality of life of seniors as well as enabling them to age healthily: psychologically, cognitively, and socially.

This study aims to identify the predictive ability of emotional intelligence with self-efficacy among a sample of employees of the Ministry of Social Development in the Ramallah and AlBireh Governorate. The study sample consists of (100) employees of the Ministry of Social Development in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. It consists of five sub-dimensions covering (43) items, and the self-efficacy scale is developed, consisting of (32) items in its final form, and acceptable validity and reliability indications are extracted for them for the purposes of the study, followed by applying the scale to the study sample, and then an analysis of the results is conducted. The results of the study reveal that there is a statistically significant predictive ability of emotional intelligence in predicting self-efficacy, where emotional intelligence showed 76.1 of the variance ratio in self-efficacy. While the results of the study indicate that there are no statistically significant differences in both emotional intelligence and self-efficacy among the sample of employees of the Ministry of Social Development in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, due to the gender variable. The Arabic is asked for economic and politic and many other purposes but the main and the most known reason is to learn more about the Islamic culture. Tourism has become a global phenomenon and money generator for investors, service providers, auxiliary support services, regions and nations involved in the tourism business. The turbulent situation in Jerusalem occasioned by Israeli Palestinian crisis put euphoria in the mind set of tourists visiting the country. Thus, this paper aims at examining the effects of political stability on tourist loyalty in Jerusalem. A quantitative methodology was applied in this study and primary data was collected from 384 tourists who had visited Jerusalem. Results of the structural equation modelling found that political stability has a significant positive influence on tourist loyalty. The top contributing factor in the case of Jerusalem is Israeli risk, and as such, Palestinian tourism industry should greatly reduce the risk because tourists visiting Jerusalem are more concerned about safety and security. The results of this study will help Israeli-Palestinian tourism sector to undertake more efficient planning, marketing, advertising, and enhancing the overall management of their resources in Jerusalem. Tourism industry should focus on improving the positive image of Jerusalem to increase influx of guests, more revenue, and sustainability because successful tourism development is closely related to lower risk at a destination.

The top contributing factor in the case of Jerusalem is Israeli risk, and as such, Palestinian tourism industry should greatly reduce the risk because tourists visiting Jerusalem are more concerned about safety and security. The results of this study will help Israeli-Palestinian tourism sector to undertake more efficient planning, marketing, advertising, and enhancing the overall management of their resources in Jerusalem. Tourism industry should focus on improving the positive image of Jerusalem to increase influx of guests, more revenue, and sustainability because successful tourism development is closely related to lower risk at a destination.","PeriodicalId":182370,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Humanities and Educational Research","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131498646","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
