THE EFFECT OF ADAPTED EDUCATIONAL EVALUATION IN ENHANCING SELF-CONFIDENCE OF PUPILS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES IN THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - MARRAKECH DIRECTORATE AS A MODEL 适应教育评价对提高小学学习困难学生自信心的效果——以马拉喀什教育局为例

The present study is an attempt to get familiar with the effect that educational adapted evaluation has in enhancing self-confidence of pupils with learning disabilities For, I have opted for the empirical method to better understand the impact of educational evaluation being adapted to those students. The empirical method I have opted for consists of the control group and the experimental one. At first, both groups were premeasured before tackling the experimental adapted group. Afterwards, I compared between the results of the two groups. Concerning data collection, 12 questionnaires were filled out also by teachers in charge of teaching students with learning difficulties while the other 32 were filled out be Pupils with learning disabilities. The results of the research have generated a concrete enhancing self-confidence of the students whose exams were adapted, compared with those who didn’t benefit from exams’ adaptation. Therefore, for the sake of the equality of opportunities, we recommend that the specificities of such group of children are to be considered, especially the adaptation of exams.‎ Key words: Learning Disabilities, Educational Evaluation, Adapted Evaluation, Self- Confidence.

INCLUSIVE EDUCATION: BETWEEN THEORY AND PRACTICE‎ 全纳教育:理论与实践之间

All children should be treated equally, feel significant and should not left out. The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) focuses on supporting culturally, socioeconomically and racially diverse school district populations. Public education is a right for all well and disadvantaged children. Inclusive education treated learners fairly and with dignity regardless of their race, color, physical ability, learning styles and interests. It is a dynamic process where stereotypes, exclusion from education, inactivity, discrimination are terms that will not be tolerated anymore. Nevertheless, the activation of comprehensive education in Palestine remains limited due to the lack of skills of teachers to contain all students at all levels, and the lack of material resources, equipment and means, and therefore appropriate legislation and laws for the Palestinian context must be enacted to facilitate the integration of people with special needs into our schools. Therefore, this study aims to highlight the history of inclusive education, its objectives, the justifications for its application, inclusive education and private education, the role of teachers when applying them, and the challenges of their application in Palestine.‎ Key words: Inclusive education, challenges, Palestine.

THE ROLE OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION IN DEVELOPING SUSTAINABLE TOURISM AWARENESS AMONG STUDENTS IN THE SULTANATE OF OMAN FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF TEACHERS‎ 从教师的角度看,学校管理在发展阿曼苏丹国学生的可持续旅游意识方面的作用

The study aimed to identify the role of school administration in developing sustainable tourism awareness among students in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach was used and a questionnaire of two parts was developed. The first part is about the general data for the study sample members and the second part covered (3) fields consisting of (23) Paragraph. The first field is about the role of the school principal while the second field is about the role of the senior teacher. The third field is about the role of the school activity specialist, and the study sample consisted of (1147) male and female teachers. The results concluded that the school administration’s role in developing sustainable tourism awareness among school students, according to the teachers’ estimates, came to an average degree. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences for the role of school administration in developing sustainable tourism awareness among school students in the Sultanate of Oman according to the gender variable in the general degree and in all fields in favor of females. There were also statistically significant differences in the general degree, and the second field in favor of 16 years and over. In light of these results, some recommendations were made, including the inclusion of competitions and programs for tourism awareness among school students within the plans and programs of the activities department in the educational directorates. School principals should be involved in some forums and events that help to form relationships with local community institutions concerned with tourism. Moreover, some publications and brochures that aim to increase students' culture and awareness of the tourism aspect should be published.‎ Key words: Sustainable Tourism Awareness, School Administration, Sultanate of Oman.

THE NATIONAL ANTHEM ORIGIN, SYMBOLISM, AND FUNCTION “MODELS OF ARAB NATIONAL ANTHEMS”‎ 国歌的起源、象征和功能“阿拉伯国歌的典范”

This research aims to shed light on the beginnings of the formation of the national anthem in the Arab countries, and the function performed by the national anthem. After the emergence of Arab political entities in the last century, the nascent countries were inspired by the Western tradition of having a national anthem for each country. The national anthem has been one of the symbols that the nascent Arab states tried to exploit to enhance the association between the citizens and to create a single identity among the members of the state. It is usually played in official ceremonies and is a sign of state sovereignty. National anthems are classified into three main categories: the first calling for the ruler’s safety, the second referring to the battles fought by the nation, and the third expressing patriotic sentiments. A GEOGRAPHICAL ANALYSIS OF THE POPULATION CONCENTRATION OF AL-HUSSAINIYA DISTRICT IN KARBALA GOVERNORATE - IRAQ FOR THE PERIOD 2009-2019 CE‎ 2009-2019年伊拉克卡尔巴拉省al-hussainiya地区人口集中的地理分析

This research adopts a distinctive geographical approach based on the statistical indicators the researcher has by field work, in addition to the available data from official government institutions. The research aims to clarify the concentration of the population of Al- Husseiniya district in Karbala governorate for the period 2009-2019 CE, on the basis of the fact that the district is divided into (55) regions with different areas, which enabled the research to show detailed results and clear comparisons and contrasts. The research consists of three sections, the first dealt with the geographical factors affecting the concentration of the population of Al-Hussainiya district, wich come in two kinds : the natural factors (terrain, climate, soil and water resources), and the human factors (Economic, transportational, historical, religious, administrative and planning factors,). and it turns out that water resources and economic factors have The most noticeable impact among other factors in this regard. The second section was concerned with the distribution of the population of Al-Hussainiya district based on indicators of numerical, relative, density and environmental distribution, which showed a growth in population and population density, and also proved the purely rural character of the district, with a rural population of 84.1% in 2019 CE.As for the third section, it was concerned with the study of the population concentration in the district of Al-Hussainiya, and the registration of the provinces (Abu Zrant, Kaka’iya, Alwand, Al-Jaifiniyah, Umm Gharagir, Al-Haswa) showed the highest percentage of population concentration, while the lowest percentage of population concentration was recorded in the provinces (Gharbia Karoud, Al-Awarah Al- Wusta, Al-Awarah Al-Kabirah, Al-Abitar, Abu Aseed, Al-Kakaiyah Al-Gharbia)‎‎‎.‎ Key words: Population Concentration, Population Distribution, Density Distribution, Environmental Distribution, Diffuse Pattern, Crowded Pattern.

This article starts from a double premise. The first is the organic link between the societal project desired by Morocco and the challenges posed by the educational structure. The second assumption refers to the paramount role of early childhood education and, in particular, pre- school education in the school system. Indeed, Morocco, a developing country, cannot really be part of the dynamics of globalization and cannot be able to meet the economic, social, environmental and political demands of its development model without changing its educational chain to make it a lever to enhance its human capital. This includes the development of preschool education. The objective of our research is to carry out a diagnosis of the state of play of preschool education in the four communes of Lalla Takerkoust, Amizmiz, and Amghrass. Then, in a second step to measure the applicability of the strategic vision in these three components.‎ Key words: Social Project, Development, Education, Preschool Education, Access, Equity, Quality.

The field of art education is considered as one of the most important fields of plastic arts, and it has their main tributary that link the beauty of the arts and the functions of artistic works. Along the time, the plastic arts have changed in different aspects; and therefore, they have varied and resulted in new artistic directions in the form and content. Thus, the arts pursue the latest development in various fields, and resulted in a multiplicity of styles, methods and materials that influenced the artist. This article mainly aims to highlight the importance of studying the crafts of ornaments as a course in the contemporary art education, and get its advantages it to attain the utilitarian functional aspect. Besides, many other secondary objectives, including the contribution in understanding the nature of the utilitarian functional aspects of ornaments in the field of art education. The importance of this article is represented in finding new approaches that facilitate the field of ornaments’ crafts, and also achieve the aesthetic and artistic aspects in the ornaments pieces as well as linking them functionally. In this paper, the author have relied on the descriptive approach, so that some pieces of ornaments are described in ancient, medieval and contemporary age‎‎‎.‎ Key words: Ornaments, Art Education, Function, Continuous Development.

THE RIGHT TO LIFE AND PHYSICAL INTEGRITY 生命和身体完整的权利

The right to life , protection against torture , inhuman and degrading treatments , the prohibition of slavery , servitude and forced labor aim to protect the physical and moral integrity of the human person.These rights are enshrimed in several national (constitutions), international and regional legal orders. As for the international legal orders , it is the universal declarationn of human rights of 1948 (articles 4,5,6,7 and8), the international covenant on civil and political rights of 1966 . We can cite the European court of human rights , the charter on fundamental rights of European Union in year 2000 (articles 2, 4 et 5) , the American convention of human rights of 1969 (articles 4,5 et 6) , the African charter on human and people’s right of 1981 (articles 4 5) , the arab charter of human rights (article 5) , this charter wich has never manifested itself in the field of human right. It is imprtant to note that the right to life and the physical integrity probe absolute right ( they are among the smal hard core of rights deemed intangible or inderogeable by international law,because they do not suffer from any legitimate restructions unlike other rights which have restructions. As for the problem that arises in our communication, it consists in defining the right to life and to physical integritiy , while evoking the mechanisms for their protection by international human rights law (international conventions ,international covenants ,declarations and charters).‎ Key words: The Right; The Life; Physical Integrity; Mechanism; Protection.

THE ROLE OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION IN DEVELOPING SUSTAINABLE TOURISM AWARENESS AMONG STUDENTS IN THE SULTANATE OF OMAN FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF TEACHERS‎ 从教师的角度看,学校管理在发展阿曼苏丹国学生的可持续旅游意识方面的作用

This study aims to identify the practices needed for an inclusive school that integrates learners with motor disabilities in the High Schools and Middle Schools in the district of Inezgane, Morocco. Further, it suggests a plan for a training program to help enhance the competencies of educators in an inclusive school. For that, a survey was conducted to observe the practices of the participants (the Administration, the teachers, and the caretakers of the children) in inclusive education. Of the 32 schools we made contact with, 10 were selected, 10 from the Administration, 10 teachers, and 10 caretakers. Totaling at 30 educators and families. The survey consisted of 38 sections covering 5 main areas of research. A Descriptive Analytical method was adopted to ensure that the readings of the results are balanced and neutral. The study concluded that of the five area of research, the most significant one is school environment, then social and medical support, followed by the qualification of human resources, fourth is the curriculum and last but not least is the aspirations of the educators. Furthermore, it showed the effectiveness of a training program to ameliorate the performance of the educators and families of learners with motor disabilities. The study recommends that regional medical centers be established to provide the learners with medical support; that Logistics be provided to all schools; the creation of training programs and workshops for educators and families of these children; finally, the promotion of partnerships for cooperation in the field.‎ Key words: Inclusive school, motor disability, High Schools and Middle Schools, Inzezgane -Ait Mellol.
