WORK FAMILY CONFLICT AND TURNOVER INTENTION OF THE HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS IN TURKEY 土耳其高中教师的工作家庭冲突与离职意愿

Work family conflict affects the motivation of the high school teachers. It can even increase the turnover intention. This study aimed to examine the effect of work family conflict on turnover intention in the education industry. 168 private high school teachers participated in this research and they provided 165 clear and usable results. All these private high schools teachers work in the private high schools located in Istanbul, Turkey.Semi structured interview technique was used. Random sampling and snowball sampling methods are used. Factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis were carried out. The results indicated that the effect of work family conflict on turnover intention is significant and the direction of this relationship is positive. These results can be used by the future scholars who will study the same variables with this study. They can also be used by the principals or top managers of the private high schools to determine organizational policies.

Historical knowledge is a human one consisting of multiple sources and stripes that carries with it diverse and abundant information that concerns a specific period of history for a nation. The trip is considered an essential source of this historical knowledge, as it relies on direct awareness of events and it is not satisfied with transmission and hearing only, which makes it a living testimony to historical facts that may not be included in the history books themselves. It is worth mentioning that the history of Morocco has not been without a book about the journey through the ages, which highlights the interest of Moroccans in this literature to the extent that it has become one of the characteristics of the Moroccan literature, so that Professor Mohamed El Fassi believes that “the most important thing with which Morocco participated in building the edifice of general Arab culture And with juris prudence research, the art of the journey”. The Moroccans have achieved the best luck in this field. Indeed, we can say with confidence and reassurance that the Moroccans have excelled and gained the advantage of being a pioneer and leader in the field of travel. If the historical sources have recorded the names of a large number of Moroccan travellers who roamed the horizons, there are those whom we do not find mentioned , so it can be imagined that a large number of Moroccan trips have been lost or are still hidden in forgotten shelves that have not yet been reached,explored or studied. An example of this is Bouchaara's Hajj trip, whose owner is unknown - despite his scientific status - in the Moroccan and Arab cultural circles. In particular, we mention: Youssef Al-Nabahani. Thus, we have uncovered a cultured Moroccan figure who remained unknown despite the fact that he left a scientific work that enriched the Moroccan treasury. From here came our conviction to present the authentic journey of Bouchaara, so who is this traveller? What are the conditions of his trip and what are its main raised issues ? Where does its importance lay? And what did it add to the series of Moroccan pilgrimages that Moroccans have been taking? These are a set of questions that we will try hard to answer through this research

GEOMETRIC THINKING LEVELS OF MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE SULTANATE OF OMAN 阿曼苏丹国中学生几何思维水平研究

The study aimed to identifying geometric thinking levels of 8th grade students of Middle School in the Sultanate of Oman, and the significance of statistical differences in geometric thinking according to the gender variable. The sample of the study consisted of (136) students from the schools of the General Directorate of Education in Al Dhahirah Governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher applied the geometric thinking test to the study sample. The results showed a low level of geometric thinking of the study sample, as (17.65%) of the sample did not exceed the visual level, while (55.88%) of the sample was classified on the first visual level, (17.65%) of the sample was on the analytical level, and (2.94%) of the sample was on the semi-inductive level. The results also showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the geometric thinking test between males and females in favor of the female sample. This may be due to the difference in teaching practices and employment Teaching aids in teaching geometric subjects, and the researcher recommends the importance of training mathematics teachers to design educational activities based on Van Hill levels of geometric thinking.

SULTAN ABDUL HAMID II AND ZIONISM

Sultan Abdul Hamid II is the thirty-fourth sultan of the Ottoman Empire, who assumed the throne at the age of thirty-four from the year (1876-1909 AD) . The researchers differed in assessing his personality and his reign, which is considered one of the most turbulent eras of Ottoman history in terms of economic, political and social aspects. Where the Jews began in the second half of the nineteenth century to gather themselves from the global diaspora, in order to establish a national homeland for them in Palestine, and the rates of Jewish immigration were limited until 1881 AD when the Russian Emperor Alexander II was assassinated, and the group “Loves of the Children of Zion” was accused of killing him, and after that A campaign of ethnic cleansing took place in Russia against the Jews, which prompted the Jews to immigrate to the Ottoman Empire, which was a refuge for the religiously persecuted in the world.Sultan Abdul Hamid II’s position on Jewish immigration was clear from the beginning, as he took several measures to prevent Jews from entering Palestine, with the mediation of ambassadors The Europeans were able to obtain the approval of the Sultan for the entry of the Jews into Palestine for the purpose of pilgrimage and to stay in Jerusalem for one month, and after that it was increased to three months. A conference in the Swiss city of Basel on August 23, 1897 AD, in which they agreed to strive to establish a homeland for the Jews in Palestine. Herzl succeeded in meeting Sultan Abdul Hamid II after many attempts in Istanbul in 1901 AD and offered him tempting offers In return for issuing a decree allowing the Jews to emigrate to Palestine and settle there, but the Sultan persistently refused those temptations, and Herzl died in 1904 AD without his idea coming into being, but this idea remained alive in the hearts of the leaders of the Zionist movement after him, and Britain supported them with all force. In the late nineteenth century, secret associations and organizations abounded, the most prominent of which was the Union and Progress Association, which was founded by Ottoman citizens, most of whom belonged to the Jewish and Christian minorities. And they obtained a fatwa from the Sheikh of Islam deposing him and banishing him to Thessaloniki, and he was the main reason behind that. It is Sultan Abdul Hamid's rejection of Herzl's demand to establish a national home for the Jews in Palestine, despite the tempting offers that the Jews made to the Ottoman Empire .

Our research work proposes a study of pedagogical innovation in higher education. The objective of this study is twofold. On the one hand, it will make it possible to identify the most appreciable mode of teaching (traditional, integrating digital resources) for better training within the university and the representations of each of the actors concerned; on the other hand, to identify the role of digital, in particular the "dynamic, participative and collaborative" web 2.0, as a driving force for pedagogical renewal and a trigger for fruitful reflections on teaching practices, in the learning of a foreign language. We will begin by defining the key concepts of our research, then we will discuss the specific constraints to the use of digital technology for the teaching-learning of French as a foreign language at university. We will cite the training needs in the digital age. Finally, we will bring some ideas for an update of knowledge according to the challenges of globalization

MANIFESTATION OF THANATOS IN EDWARD BOND’S SAVED 在爱德华·邦德的拯救中死神的显现

In the post-Freudian thought, the two driving forces of human beings are Eros and Thanatos. They are the pleasure principle and death drive, respectively. The derivative terminology of these two forces is originated in Greek mythology with Eros as the god of pleasure and Thanatos, on the other hand, as the personification of death. For a long time, the latter force was eliminated off-stage due to theatrical existential reasons. However, one of the few successful attempts to force Thanatos on-stage is detected in Edward Bond‘s Saved (1968). This paper approaches Bond‘s Saved (1968) aiming to show the poeticity in the Shklovskian defamiliarizing entries that forced the theatrical censorship into accepting the play despite the fact that the play promptly violated the censorship regulations. With these entries, the stage—once again—addresses human feelings while reshaping the Eros-oriented theatre. The result is residing tension in the audience after realizing the unexplored possibilities of the Thanatos-oriented stage and a consequent undoing of the prior anchorage of metaphor into a floating concept that involves the redefinition attempts into same-but-different perspective. The findings of the paper implicate that the employment of irregular techniques makes it possible to challenge people into the recognition of corruption by being charged with the responsibility of taking action concerning paratextual contexts through nondidactic plays.

The aim of the study was identifying the reality of the electronic journal of the Faculty of Arts at Misurata University, and knowing its compatibility with the standards of a number of databases and directories of international journals. The researcher has applied a descriptive analytical approach to compare and evaluate between what was offered in the electronic journal and the indicators mentioned in the model approved by the University of Al-Quds. According to the results of the study, it was found that, despite the journal has committed to the majority of standard indicators; there is a shortcoming in its website as it needs to be modified in a way that ensures attracting readers. In addition, the receiving date, the date of announcing the publication, and the year of issuance are not documented. Moreover, the researcher's international academic number and the document DOI have not identified in the published articles. It should also be noted that the publication in the journal has ceased since the beginning of the year (2022). A number of recommendations can be suggested which might contribute to the improvement and development of scientific research policies at the Faculty of Arts, Misurata University. First, it is recommended to initiate a scientific research plan. Secondly, it is suggested to develop the faculty members' research skills and competencies locally and internationally by participating in courses designed for this purpose. Thirdly, it is important to provide research scholarships and incentives to the faculty members for publishing their aricles in the journal. Moreover, financial rewards to refereeing committees for reviewing scientific studies can be necessary in order to ensure the continuous issuance of journal. Finally, it is significant to work on classifying and indexing scientific articles in order to make it easier for researchers to access them with less time, effort and cost

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is based on the assumption that adaptive behavior and thoughts can be changed. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and examine the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral counseling in enabling the juvenile delinquent to develop ways to deal with anger by providing them with the necessary skills to successfully handle various anger provoking situations. The study sample consisted of 20 male juveniles who were divided into two groups: • The experimental group consists of 10 individuals • The control group consists of 10 individuals First the anger scale was applied to the totality of the sample (20 juvenile delinquents) In the second phase a collective cognitive-behavioral program was implemented in the experimental sample group. In the third and final phase, the anger scale was again applied to the entire sample, i.e., the experimental and control group. The results found that there was a noticeable decrease in the anger levels in the experimental group compared to the control group which did not experience any change.
