This study is intended to reveal the learning motivation of the students of Ma'had Al-Jami'ah UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that students' learning motivation was influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation is motivation that comes from within to do something without external stimuli, such as desire and pleasure. While extrinsic motivation is motivation to do something because of outside influences, such as parents, teachers, friends, atmosphere and environment. Based on the results of the interviews, the researchers found that anything that is not in accordance with what someone likes cannot affect the motivation to learn the Koran, let alone to improve it. Learning motivation has an effect on the learning process. Therefore, it is important to understand that motivation to learn is primarily from within and a person tries to generate motivation to learn by remembering his goals and the people who play a major role in his learning.Keywords: Ma'had Al-Jami'ah; recite learning motivation; undergraduate students

The phenomenon of ghosting is widely interpreted as a way of avoiding and breaking away from relationships without including an explanation. Psychologist Jennice Vilhauer said that ghosting is a silent treatment, which in psychology is seen as emotional cruelty. The purpose of this study is to explain the resilience dynamics of individuals who are victims of ghosting in Solo Raya. This study uses qualitative methods with interviews and observations. The subjects of this research are four students who live in Solo Raya with an age range of 19-25 years who have been victims of ghosting. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the research, it was found that the subject had poor psychological dynamics. This can be seen from the negative changes in three aspects of psychological dynamics, namely cognitive, affective, and behavioral after experiencing a ghosting event. The resilience ability that is owned is quite good. This can be seen from four aspects, namely the ability to analyze problems, empathy, self-efficacy and positive self-achievement. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused economic shocks that have had an impact on the global economy from the macro level to the global micro level. This pandemic has also dictated many economic and political policies, for example, layoffs and stay-at-home rules during this pandemic. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online marketing to increase company revenue; Identify factors that influence online marketing strategies; and Provide alternative recommendations in online marketing strategies to be applied in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). While the method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This study establishes that social media is an effective marketing medium to promote MSME products, then the types of social media, product types and target markets are linear and empirical, meaning that each type has its own treatment and approach. specific one. This study aims to analyze the behavior of the millennial generation in making stock investment decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research subjects were four people who were included in the millennial generation category who were under 30 years old and domiciled in Solo Raya. The results of this study indicate that the behavior of investors in making stock investment decisions is based on the declining stock price trend due to the Covid-19 pandemic, influenced by the herding bias factor, namely following the actions or suggestions of others, but also analyzing the company's performance by looking at its financial statements.Keywords: Covid-19; Investor Behavior; Investment Decisions; Millenial Generation

Radicalism is synonymous with violence in carrying out its actions. Even today the radicalism movement in the name of religion as a vehicle to achieve their goals. There needs to be an effort to tackle radicalism in Indonesia. The effort is to instill religious tolerance. This study aims to examine the concept of tolerance according to Nasaruddin Umar. That in instilling a tolerant attitude is expected to be able to overcome radicalism. This study uses a qualitative method, with a literature review approach. Books, scientific articles, and other sources that are believed to be sources of research data. This study found that tolerance according to Nasaruddin Umar is respecting and respecting the rights of others. In implementing tolerance, he is committed to tackling radicalism in Indonesia. Poetry still exists today, through poetry the author can express his feelings and thoughts. In addition to being written, poetry can also be read, made into musicals, inserted in short stories, novels, and films. Habiburrahman's novel Kembara Rindu is the first soul-building dwilogi novel written by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. This novel portrays Lampung's cultural life and pesantren by instilling the cultural values of the main characters in the novel. This study aims to describe the forms and inculcation of the cultural values of the main characters. The data source of this research is from the novel Kembara Rindu by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The research method used is qualitative method. Data collected in the form of words and sentences taken from the novel Kembara Rindu. The data collection technique used is listening and note taking. The results of the study are the inculcation of the cultural values of the main characters found in the novel Kembara Rindu by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy namely there are three instillations of cultural values. First, the inculcation of the cultural values of the main characters towards God. Second, the inculcation of the cultural values of the main characters in themselves or as individual beings. Third, the inculcation of the cultural values of the main characters towards other human beings or as social creatures. This research can be applied in everyday life as an inculcation of good attitudes and morals in order to create peace in life with Islamic teachings that are not dogmatic.Keywords: cultural values; novels; sociology of literature

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in the Solo Raya area. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques through interviews using primary data and data analysis techniques by means of structrured respondent interviews. Respondents in this study were motorized vehicle taxpayers in the Solo Raya area. The conclusion from the results of this study shows that the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the weakening of the community's economy which causes a decrease in the level of taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes and there are people who do not pay motorized vehicle tax.
