KIP-Kuliah scholarships are considered sufficient to support educational issues for students who have financial limitations to pursue higher education. Apart from helping to finance education, the use of this scholarship also supports the development of soft skills for students, in which the soft skills in question are soft skill development activities designed by student affairs, specifically for KIP-College Students. Talking about the appropriate attitude for scholarship recipients referring to the challenges of the 5.0 era of society, KIP-College students should be able to make more use of the scholarships they get, both as supports in the academic and non-academic realms. The purpose of this study was to determine the personality model of KIP-College Recipient Students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta which can be implemented in the academic (campus) and non-academic (social community) spheres. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The data used uses primary data and secondary data, where secondary data is used to obtain additional data in research. Primary data was obtained by means of interviews, while for secondary data obtained through journal articles. The results of the study show that the personality models of KIP-College students are in accordance with the challenges of the 5.0 era of society as follows: 1) Confident, 2) Ethical, 3) Self-control, 4) Proficient in Socializing, 5) Capable of Making Decisions, 6) Adaptation. The era of globalization has made technology and knowledge more advanced, one of which is social media. So sometimes it makes them unable to judge what is appropriate and inappropriate with various movements regardless of whether it is good or bad for others or for themselves. So, of course this can affect the behavior of teenagers later. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the TikTok application on adolescent religious behavior in Tugu Hamlet, Ngromo Village, Nawangan District, Pacitan Regency, East Java. Meanwhile, the method used in this research uses a qualitative approach with case study research methods, data collection techniques through observation and observation. The use of the TikTok application has an impact on adolescent religious behavior, including the negative impacts, namely, delaying the obligatory prayers, making them lazy to recite the Qur'an, and making them lazy to read religious books. The role of parents in accompanying children is needed, especially when they are at home. This study aims to determine how much a parent can play in the development of the skills of children who read and write al-q ur 's. These donations are in the form of helping children read and write the Koran at home on their own. The target of this research is two families in need 02/03 of the sukoharjo baki facility. The study employed qualitative field research methods. Selection of research subjects uses data-collection methods using interviews, observations, and documentaries. Based on research, keywords that: parents play an important role in raising children, children learn more quickly when parents often instill motivation, a short but effective time better than long but less effective, reading and writing the Quran will have a significant impact on the child's personality.Keywords: Children; Contribution; Parent; Read and Write Quran

This study aims to find out how the motives of online transactions for students of the UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta in purchasing food and fashion products. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of focused interviews. This research uses documentation and semi-structured interview techniques. The results of this study are students choose online transactions. In the use of online transactions, students are used only at certain times and the payment method chooses the transfer method. Purchasing food products online students have considerations by looking at the store rating, number of buyers, tastes, store addresses, prices, ingredients and others. Not much different from the consideration of buying fashion products, where students see buyer reviews in the form of photos of products received by buyers, number of buyers, store and product ratings, prices, store addresses and others. Other findings obtained in this study indicate that one of the factors behind students choosing shopping media is taste and urgency. The results of this study can be used as consideration in developing a marketing strategy for an online business.Keywords: Consumption Behavior; Purchase Considerations; Online Transaction

Life problems include many things, one of which is sexual harassment. The data shows that the number of sexual harassment is increasing. In addition, sexual harassment can occur at any time and in various contexts. However, there is still little research related to sexual harassment that involves various perspectives. The multi-perspective research is important so that the solution to handling sexual harassment is comprehensive. The study was conducted by systematic review. The results showed that the study of sexual harassment using psychological, social, and religious perspectives would produce more comprehensive alternative solutions. For example, increasing knowledge about sexual harassment, improving the construction of women's image and position between men and women, self-control, increasing assertive behavior, providing support to victims of sexual harassment, to increasing religiosity.Keywords: psychology; religion; sexual harassment; social

Pondok pesantren is educational institutions that have been successful in empowering people through entrepreneurship programs. The success of such pesantren, certainly influenced by certain factors, one of wich is strategy. This study seeks to examine in depth the strategies implemented by Pondok pesantren Muhammad Al-Fatih Sukoharjo in pursuing entrepreneurship, so that it is able to achieve success. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study model. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were the caretaker of the pesantren, the manager of the pesantren business unit, and two students who participated in the entrepeneurship program. The data were analyzed by descriptive-analytical method and tested for validity using triangulation technique. The results found that the concept of marketing strategy implemented by this pesantren is: Determine products, determine prices, see market potential, determine market position, prepare to enter the market, determine marketing timing and conduct promotions. This pesantren also has certain strategies to overcome problems in entrepreneurship, such as: Strengthening the mental health through motivation and supondok pesantrenort, teaching parents tips and tricks to deal with diverse communities and breaking the assumptions related to child exploitation.Keywords: Entrepreneurship; Pesantren; Strategy

This study aims to describe the work discipline of teachers and employees on the awareness of implementing time discipline, regulatory discipline, and responsibility discipline. The indicators of the work discipline of teachers and employees are related to the principal's role as a leader and motivator. The leader will be an example and role model for his members in applying work discipline. Likewise, the principal of SD Ta'mirul Islam has a role as a leader and motivator in guiding teachers and employees to apply work discipline. This research is a descriptive research with case study method. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers, and librarians at SD Ta'mirul Islam Surakarta. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique of this research uses triangulation of sources by checking the truth of information from informants and analyzing. The results of the study indicate that there is a role for the principal as a leader and motivator in monitoring teacher work discipline, so that indicators of work discipline from time to time, regulations, and responsibilities can be implemented properly and orderly.Keywords: Work Discipline; Educator; Education Personnel; Principal's Role

In terms of quantity, women are rarely represented in political advertisements. In line with that, studies on how female figures are imaged in political advertisements are minimal. This study aims to provide an understanding of how women (Puan Maharani) are imaged in the political advertisement "Kepak Sayap Kebhinekaan" through the point of view of Roland Barthes' semiotic study. This study uses a qualitative approach by utilizing semiotic analysis. In the political advertisement "Kepak Sayap Kebhinekaan", women, in this case, Puan Maharani, are portrayed as having power as political leaders. In addition, women are portrayed as leaders who are nationalists, revolutionaries, protectors, guardians of diversity and deserve respect. The red color and the kebaya as a sign in Puan Maharani's political advertisement also have a negative connotation, namely opening up the perspective of female leaders with a communist stigma and lack of Islam. Indonesia has entered a decline in Covid-19 cases. Based on this, the government is considering implementing the Face-to-Face Learning (PTM) process in early 2021. Readiness for the implementation of PTM carried out in schools must pay attention to readiness from an internal and external perspective. The readiness for the implementation of PTM from an internal perspective is the support from parents and teachers. This support can be in the form of managing the child's stress, encouragement to express the child's feelings, as well as important mental support for the child. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The method used is literature study and the data collection method is in the form of documentation. This study was used to understand the mental health of elementary school students in dealing with the implementation of PTM. The analytical method used in this study is the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. The readiness for the implementation of PTM on the mental health of elementary school students can be handled in three ways, namely providing students with knowledge about Covid-19, knowing their own health conditions and being able to take steps according to their own health conditions. The readiness for the implementation of PTM from schools greatly affects the mental health of children. Therefore, there is a need for careful preparation both internally and externally.Keywords: Face-to-face Learning Readiness; Mental health; Elementary School Student

Along with the development of science and technology, people start inventing many ways to interact. Presently, there have been created various many types of media in helping their communication activity, one of them is Instagram. This paper aimed to analyze the language styles used in NetflixId Instagram posts caption to interact with their audiences. This research is qualitative research and the data were collected by time-stamp from 8th August-31st August 2021. The researcher used a theory from Martin Joos (1976) about types of language styles. The results showed that there were 4 types of language styles that used in NetflixId Instagram account, they are: formal style (9 data), consultative (20 data), casual (61 data) and intimate (2 data). The caption dominantly used casual language style in writing their Instagram captions as a tool to interact with their audiences.Keywords: Instagram Caption; Language Style; NetflixId
