In order to reveal the research status, research hotspots, evolution rules and future research directions in the field of financial science and technology, this paper takes Web of Science database as the sample data source, uses bibliometric analysis method and CiteSpace visualization software, presents the literature co-citation network, high-frequency keyword co-occurrence network and keyword time zone map in the form of knowledge map in the field of financial technology. The results show that the field of financial technology has roughly experienced 27 years of research process, which can be divided into initial embryonic stage, steady development stage and rapid development stage. Among them, from 2013, the literature in the field has shown a trend of rapid growth. The United States and the University of London are the countries and organizations with the largest number of papers published in this field, respectively. Ticknor's papers are cited the most, and fintech is the highest frequency co-occurrence keyword. At the same time, the study also found that financial technology as a keyword first appeared in 2006. These results will provide an important theoretical reference for the research in the field of financial technology.

Recently, under the emphasis on the competitiveness of innovation, the innovation of employees behavior has been paid more attention by managers. It is the key to increase the core competitiveness of companies on how to enhance innovation of employees, but the current research is relatively lacking. By collecting the concepts of self-efficacy, creative process engagement, and innovation of employees behavior, this paper constructs a mediating model. The results show that innovative self-efficacy has an active impact on employee innovation behavior. At the same time, innovation self-efficacy influences employee innovation behavior through creative process engagement. Finally, this paper puts forward the path and strategy of how to improve innovation of employees behavior.

Because of the participation of foreign teachers, foreign teaching materials, foreign teaching models and other foreign educational elements in Sino-foreign cooperative program education, the promotion of curriculum ideological and political education in the course faces the dilemma of “conflict” between Chinese and Foreign Teachers’ teaching ideas, “incompatibility” between Chinese and foreign teaching materials, and “disconnection” between Chinese and foreign campuses. We should take problems as the guide, stick to the goal of fostering character and civic virtue, combine the centripetal force of the curriculum thought and politics, improve its traction, and strengthen its continuity. Through resolving the key and difficult problems in the process, we can expand the range and depth of the education system of Sino-foreign cooperative projects, and actively construct a new mode of ideological and political education with distinctive features under the diversified background of Sino-foreign cooperative program.

This study used 318 undergraduates and postgraduates from a financial application-oriented university as an empirical research sample to investigate the entrepreneurial resources bricolage ability of college students, so as to help relevant higher education managers to improve their entrepreneurial talents cultivation in financial universities. Results show that: (1) The entrepreneurial resources bricolage ability of financial college students is generally positive; (2) There are significant differences in the overall resources bricolage ability of students in different genders, males students will have stronger overall resources bricolage ability, especially better bricolage ability with resources recombination for new purposes; (3) There are significant differences in the training of overall resources bricolage ability between graduate students and graduate students. Graduate students are stronger at bricolage ability with resources recombination for new purposes and resources at hand, while undergraduate students are stronger at bricolage ability with resources making do. Finally, reform proposals were provided for the cultivation mode of entrepreneurial talents.
