Taking 9416 firm-year observations from 856 A-share listed companies in China over 2006-2016 as the research sample, the paper concentrates on female executives’ performance consequences and provides comparative investigations on such consequences across industries. In terms of industry perspective, female-friendly, female-neutral and female-discriminative industries are identified, in which enterprises respectively enjoy positive, zero and negative performance consequences of female executives. In general, female-friendly industries have the characteristics of consumer-oriented, while female-discriminative industries have the characteristics of high-growth or high-tech.

Through the survey of online teaching situation of university teachers and students, we mainly investigate the students' understanding of online teaching, their feelings of using online teaching and the problems they encountered in the process of using online teaching, in order to get a more comprehensive understanding of the actual development of online teaching, 882 valid questionnaires were collected. The survey results show that the main problems of online teaching are, on the one hand, the difficulty of communication and interaction between teachers and students, and, on the other hand, the dampening of teachers' and students' enthusiasm and other problems. This paper proposes three ways to improve the quality of online teaching based on actual research results. First, teachers should improve the regular grade and attendance checking system and be good at discovering other functions of online teaching. Second, students' participation in online teaching should be enhanced and online teaching should be combined with other learning platforms. Third, students should have a clear learning task and strengthen the communication with teachers.

The article constructively puts forward some countermeasures to revitalize Sichuan textile park. Firstly, the development status of Sichuan textile parks is analyzed. In view of the existing problems such as unreasonable industrial structure, insignificant advantages of elements and resources, and homogenized development, countermeasures and suggestions are given from the aspects of park planning, industrial chain perfection, resource advantages play, transformation and upgrading. The innovation of this paper lies in the investigation and analysis of the key textile parks in Sichuan.

Student innovation projects are much favored by students who have innovation interests and abilities in China. This article proposes a research-oriented support model which focuses on: the importance of cooperation in college students' innovation practice, developing work packages, time lines and milestones, producing on-going record-based process control mechanisms, and improving problem solving skills. Through an experimental design, a test group was developed to trial the new innovation process model, whilst a control group used the traditional innovation project support process. This paper reviews the experiment and provides recommendations and effective methods for the smooth progress of undergraduate innovation projects on the basis of research and innovative ability training.

In order to meet people's ever-changing shopping needs, the managers of supermarkets must improve their shelf display strategies. There are rarely any researches on the shelf display of supermarkets both from the perspective of the internal layout and commodity placement. Therefore, this study took the internal layout and commodity placement into consideration together to propose a more comprehensive improvement strategy. This paper took five most representative supermarkets in Amoy as the main research object to analyze the shelf display. The analysis and findings was based on magnet point theory and cue utilization theory, and finally put forward suggestions for shelf display optimization

To comprehensively and deeply understand recent status of information systems science and technology papers of China and others, following the general process of mapping knowledge domains analysis, firstly, journal papers on information systems from CSCD and SCI in the last five years were searched and cleaned respectively. Secondly, with the help of the analysis software Citespace, mapping knowledge domains were drawn, interpreted and compared. In addition to recent research status of China and other countries, especially useful reference for Chinese research was provided.

As typical crowdsourcing innovation, crowdsourcing contests have the characteristics such as clear task objectives, intense timelines, and voluntary participation of solvers. It is critical for improving crowdsourcing contests' efficiency to evaluate solvers' competency scientifically and identify appropriate solvers rapidly. The competency model was constructed from four dimensions of Knowledge , Skill , Ability , and Others . This framework will benefit not only the solvers but also the seekers and the crowdsourcing platform.
