Heart Arrhythmia Detection with Novel Approach H3-SAD 新方法H3-SAD检测心律失常

Research on signals collected from the human heart has been a core subject area as the heart displays a rich set of dynamical information that needs careful analysis for medical diagnosis and treatment. The acquisition of the electrical activity signals is a convenient way to analyze, control, evaluate and understand the heart. Electrocardiography (ECG) measurements are used to categorize the heartbeat behaviors to achieve classification. ECG heartbeat signal classification methods range from classical signal processing to convolutional neural networks. Heterogeneous Harmonization of Heartbeat Signals for Arrhythmia Detection (H3-SAD) method based CNN is proposed in this study. H3-SAD method differs from other methods in the literature with its robust and tempered classification ability against heterogeneous spectrums of ECG Signal by targeting being a part of high mobility lifestyle. Literature studies have reasonable estimation rates for MIT-BIH Dataset but not for the heterogeneous acquisition of data in real-life applications. The key point that tempers our classification algorithm is applied dynamic augmentation details towards different signal sources and input values that adduct data to real-life, and heterogeneous augmentation-based CNN architecture.

Effect of N-damped outriggers on high-rise structure subjected to earthquake loads n阻尼伸出臂对地震荷载作用下高层结构的影响

The effect of the placement of many damped outriggers attached on a high-rise structure is investigated in this paper. The equation governing the vibration proposed, is deduced from a Bernoulli-Euler beam where the geometrical nonlinearity is taken into account. An analytical solution is developed using Galerkin method and the damping function is given. The analysis shows that, outriggers behave differently on each of the firsts five modes of vibrations and the ideal position to locate an outrigger on a cantilever beam is near the top level only for the first mode of vibration. When the number of outriggers increases, the damping ratio of the system increases too and vibrations are reduced. For smallest values of located damper and the distance of location, the damping coefficient of the whole system is quite important due to outrigger damper while for highest values, the distance of location influence more the total damping coefficient. The position of the outrigger affects considerably the amplitude of vibration according to the considered mode.

Stochastic Optimization and Risk Problems for Engineering Applications 工程应用中的随机优化与风险问题

In this paper a technique of handling Gaussian stochastic optimization problems is presented. These optimization problems are experienced in various industrial processes, where random disturbances take action directly on the constraints defining the operational process domain and on the parameters of the criterion function. The objective of our scientific work aims to find a solution to the stochastic problem reformulated as an equivalent deterministic optimization problem with totally admissible solutions. This problem is referred to as a risk problem, and it is handled using nonlinear mathematical programming approaches and represents the optimal decision for efficient exploitation of the industrial applications. A numerical Gaussian stochastic optimization case study for an optimal solar energy system exploitation is considered to validate the theoretical results.

Fault Detection and Diagnosis in AHU System with Data Driven Approaches 基于数据驱动的AHU系统故障检测与诊断

Energy consumption in buildings has become a real concern for scientists and seeking to reduce this consumption is essential. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems account for more than 50% of this consumption. One of the solutions to reduce this excessive consumption is to detect and diagnose faults that can appear instantaneously and quickly with fault diagnostic detection systems (FDD) based on artificial intelligence. The paper presents a strategy based on a data-driven approach for the detection and diagnosis of sensor faults that may appear in the Air Handling Unit (AHU) systems. A Decision Tree, Random Forest and SVM algorithm were used to detect and diagnose temperature sensor faults occurring in the AHU. The comparison between these methods shows that the Random Forest gives the best result with 96% accuracy.

Detection of Biliary Artesia using Sonographic Gallbladder Images with the help of Deep Learning approaches 基于深度学习方法的超声胆囊图像检测胆道内窥镜

BA (Biliary Atresia) is the major cause of both chronic liver illness and the high collective sign of liver transplantation. Connected techniques continue to progress to support the diagnosis of BA and the use of ultrasonography to support projected results after treatment with the KP (Kasai Portoenterostomy). The triangle cord mark, gallbladder anomalies, hilar lymphadenopathy, and the presence of hepatic subcapsular flow are all symptoms that are consistent with BA. However, there are no definite ultrasonography findings for BA. Ultrasound reports, on the other hand, offer a low cost and a real-time evaluation of intra-abdominal tissues. Researchers believe it is difficult to diagnose BA using sonographic gallbladder images without the appropriate skills, especially in rural locations where often experienced sonographers are scarce. To support the diagnosis of BA based on sonographic gallbladder images, a DL (Deep Learning) framework is built. We have applied four types of DL models i.e.VGG16, InceptionV3, ResNet152, and MobileNet, out of which MobileNet performs better with an accuracy of 97.87%, specificity of 97.51%, and a sensitivity of 98.18%. The DL framework in this paper provides a clarification to enable radiologists in advancing the diagnosis of BA in different clinical machine scenarios, particularly in underdeveloped countries and rural areas with limited specialists.

Modes of Motion as an Alternative Approach for Mobile Robot Kinematic Constraint Representation 运动模式作为移动机器人运动约束表示的一种替代方法

This paper presents original concepts to represent and deal with kinematic constraints imposed on mobile robots. This is based on formulations derived originally for the dynamics of multibody systems and applied to robotic manipulator arms. This representation has several advantages such as its ability to deal with kinematically excited modes, derive a physically meaningful state-space representation, and find corresponding constraining forces. The paper shows how to apply these concepts to different types of mobile robots such as those modelled as unicycle or bicycle.

The Influence of Magnetic Materials Technologies on the Design of IPMSM for Automotive Applications 磁性材料技术对汽车永磁同步电机设计的影响

Future electric car issues that need to be addressed (EV) are mainly the power/energy densities of the energy storage systems and the electric motor performances. Interior Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Machines (IPMSM) are commonly utilized in today's electrical automobiles because they have a wider constant power speed range and a better power/torque density, a compact structure, a higher efficiency than induction machines. Magnetic steel sheets are frequently utilized in IPMSM, and the usage of low-iron-loss materials in IPMSM to increase performance has recently been investigated. This paper deals with a study on the influence of Different magnetic steel sheets technologies on the design of IPMSM for automotive applications. The designed IPMsynchronous motors results of the simulation In terms of efficiency, torque and output power, various magnet material components are compared to one another.

Differential Evolution Approach for Identification and Control of Stable and Unstable Systems 稳定与不稳定系统辨识与控制的差分演化方法

The purpose of this study is to introduce a robust strategy of identification task application for four typical behaviors, which is created stochastically with a differential evolution method, in order to acquire the optimal model's parameters for each of the four behaviors. This is possible because the problem is represented as an optimization problem, which includes both the objective function and the constraint set of conditions. In addition, a PID controller based on differential evolution has been developed in order to get the most optimal tuning settings for PIDs. A suitable objective function is used to evaluate the overall performance of this process. According to the simulation findings, compared to least-squares identification and the referenced model controller, the differential algorithm gives a higher quality solution in both identification and control. The time-domainstability and convergence features, in particular, are important considerations.

Compensation Multiharmonic Disturbance for linear System with Input Delay 具有输入延迟的线性系统的多谐干扰补偿

An adaptive algorithm, compensating for unknown multiharmonic disturbance acting on linear objects under conditions of the unavailable state vector with a defined delay in the control channel is proposed. A new approach is proposed for estimating the frequencies of a multiharmonic signal. It is assumed that all parameters of the multiharmonic disturbance are unknown. The task is completed in several steps. First, an observer is constructed based on a frequency estimation scheme. Secondly, stabilization of the state of the object to zero is carried out using feedback based on the predictor. Examples are given to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. Our main contribution is to propose a new scheme for compensating external disturbances for a linear plant and a new approach for estimating the frequencies of a multisinusoidal signal.

Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) ships are a crucial part of maritime transport to transfer cargoes between international regions. In this paper, we propose a novel mixed-integer programming formulation to stowage planning for RoRo vessels. Our model contributes to the state-of-the-art by modeling real-world stowage planning aspects such as multiple ports, multiple decks, optional cargo, and ship stability constraints. The objective of the model is the maximization of cargo revenues and minimization of the voyage costs.
