There are variuos form of data and information that has been produced and used by the researchers in order to perform their research work. However, there is a lack of mechanism on how data and information can be managed in storing, accesing, reusing and sharing the OR. Hopefully the OR can be utilised by other researchers community (RC) in order to save cost, time, and effort in getting or using this OR. Therefore, there is a need of OR model especially in the university to enhance or encourage the RC to work collaboratively in sharing this data and information among them. By using this OR sharing model, the university can be promoted of data and information of open OR that has been acquired and used by the researcher not just for the purpose of individually only but also can be used by other researchers as a team collaboratively.

The purpose of this research is to investigate teachers' use of ICT at English language secondary schools in Saudi Arabia and their current attitudes relating to the advantages of ICT. The study further investigates how ICT has modified what teachers have achieved so far, assessing the impact of the use of ICT on teacher-student interactions. With regards to the objective of this research project, the fundamentals are to conduct a detailed research and investigation into the Provincial Saudi English language Secondary School Perceptions of utilising ICT tools for the purpose of assisting teaching and learning. The study is qualitative in its nature where multiple data collection tools are utilised in forms of interviews, observations and questionnaire surveys. The results suggest that despite teachers' emphasis on the usage of ICT in their classes, their utilisation of Arabic language seems to jeopardise the required utilisation of English in the classes of English language. Results further suggest that although Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework assist in understanding teachers' use of ICT, it does not consider the element of culture, learning environment, competencies and factors of ICT effectiveness.

The presence of the information age has greatly influenced how learning in higher education has evolved. Information Systems (IS) curricula are particularly liable with this trend and their likelihood to remain effective depends on how they orchestrate the use of technology. In this study, we evaluate an IS program that was designed and implemented in 2010. We assess its effectiveness eight years after its inception on a qualitative basis with six semi-structured interviews with designers, implementors and quality-assurers. We found that the constructive feedback received in the form of criticism, have pushed us to rethink how IS programs should enhance progressive development, with the aim to prepare IS reflective practitioners for their future in the industry.

This exploratory study examines how fake news differs from real news in terms of propagation pattern on social media. It analyzed 40 news (20 fake news + 20 real news) surrounding the 2016 US presidential election that emerged on Twitter. Three major observations were made. First, fake news appeared to be posted more than real news. Second, with time, the growing volume of tweets for fake news indicated its sustainable propagation to achieve a wider reach. Third, the tweet volume of real news dropped drastically after the first day. However, it was not true for fake news. The observations are discussed in light of the related literature.

Forest fires are a global issue concern to some countries, the worst is in Indonesia. The forest fire disaster that began in July 2015 is the worst in 10 years of forest fires in Indonesia. This paper study about how the issues above be input for research to solve the information system and information technology (IS/IT) framework for disaster management on forest fire. The framework used is TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), consists Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture. The results of the research could be a reference material in the development of business processes to the design of technology for disaster management technology. The designed enterprise architecture can be developed into an information system and information technology framework that involves a variety of related elements.

As the most liquid asset, cash plays an important role in the production, operation, investment and profit of enterprises. Most of the existing studies focus on the reasonable holding level of cash, the factors affecting cash flow and the enterprise value evaluation based on cash flow, while few studies directly consider the efficiency of cash use. Based on the related theory of cash utilization efficiency at domestic and abroad, this paper takes 24 listed companies in biomedical industry in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2015 to 2017 as the research object, and carries out data envelopment analysis (DEA). Through the analysis of input data and output data, the comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of sample companies are calculated, and the cash utilization efficiency of sample companies is quantitatively evaluated. The results show that DEA model can well evaluate the cash use efficiency of enterprises, thus how to improve the cash utilization efficiency is particularly important for listed companies in the biomedical industry.

Tourism is one of the most prosperous economic activities in the world. The Sultanate of Oman is an emerging tourist destination on the Arabian Peninsula. Tourism experiences are the core product in tourism industry with direct impact on tourist's satisfaction. More recently, there has been a paradigm shift in tourism towards more user-friendly intelligent systems based on information technology called “smart tourism”. A smart tourism destination is characterized by a high level of innovation and facilitation using higher order technology and interfaces. Smart Tourism is reliant on four core information and communication technologies: IoT, mobile communication, cloud computing, and artificial intelligent technology. The future of tourism is based on technological development and its rapid and extensive implementation at all tourism sector's levels. 6As of tourism destinations such as Attractions, Accessibility, Amenities, Available Packages, Activities and Ancillary Services that will facilitate a dynamic cocreation process to increase destination competitiveness. These 6 A's along with the smart application will add value to the touristic experience. As tourism experiences progress to become smart, there would be enormous opportunities for the development of new businesses that can show new exploration to the Sustainable Development in Oman.

This paper investigates how ratings, titles as well as descriptions of online reviews predict online sales. Using data from Expedia.com, Agoda.com and Hotels.com; a log-linear regression model was developed for a panel of 75 Asian hotels. The model explained 69.40% variance in the dependent variable for luxury hotels, 40.30% for budget hotels, and 38.80% for mid-scale hotels. In particular, title length was negatively related to sales for luxury and mid-scale hotels. The use of positive words in titles was positively related to sales for luxury hotels but had a negative association for budget hotels. Moreover, the use of positive (negative) words in descriptions was positively (negatively) related to sales for budget hotels.

From a service provider's perspective, the functionality provided by a single web service is relatively simple. It is necessary to combine the isolated single web services to form a combined web service which contains more complex features. This paper designs a visual drag-and-drop system and introduces an asynchronous mechanism based on message subscription, we can easily combine web services asynchronously or synchronously and publish them quickly.
