Taking Guangdong Province as an example, the article established the evaluation indexes of sports industry and tourism industry, and made use of entropy weight method and integration degree model to estimate integration development level during 2010 to 2016. The results demonstrate that the integration development of sports industry and tourism industry is general better, but the problem of incoordination and out-sync is prominent. Overall, the development grade of two kinds of industry convergence is relatively low, sports industry generally late than development of tourism industry, and it is in the phase of verging exclusion to the primary integration. In the future, the effective integration of customer demand and industrial transformation need, strengthening the conformity of sports industry and tourism industry from the two aspects of the industry and the government, will be the key to improve the convergence development level of two kinds of industry.

Many countries around the world have realized the benefits of the e-government platform in peoples' daily life, and accordingly have already made partial implementations of the key e-government processes. However, before full implementation of all potential services can be made, governments demand the deployment of effective information security measures to ensure secrecy and privacy of their citizens. In this paper, a robust watermarking algorithm is proposed to provide copyright protection for e-government document images. The proposed algorithm utilizes two transforms: the Discrete Wavelet Transformation (DWT) and the Singular Value Decomposition (SVD). Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed e-government document images watermarking algorithm performs considerably well compared to existing relevant algorithms.

The field of Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) has emerged with the spirit of providing ‘Data as a Service’ to overcome the technical and conceptual barriers to sharing spatial data. An SDI is developed essentially as an open service platform, in which a loosely coupled system connects users and applications with data sources with a high level of substitutability of components. Development of regional or national SDIs, however, follows a top-down approach that is often governed by laws and directives. Alternatively, Crowdsourcing emerged as a mechanism for contributing data voluntarily. Our work aims to support the future design of open service platforms to enable national and international volunteers to generate, revise, correct, and analyze Georeferenced metadata and data of the Georeferenced content of libraries, archives and museums related to cultural heritage. Such a platform will exploit the strengths of current SDI services, and will positively influence the robustness of current digital libraries and archives. For this work, we wanted to deploy the implementation guidelines of SDIs. Here, we report on our first prototype, which achieves content management loosely through an OGC-compliant wrapper implementation, and we discuss the prospect for more mature, probably INSPIREd, services, in the context of our services framework for information management of Crowdsourced content in the domain of cultural heritage.

The mitotic count is a relevant factor for grading invasive breast cancer. Since it is subject to human prone error, requires more time for completion and the nuclei look similar during all stages of mitosis, automatic detection of mitosis is a good solution to overcome these problems. In this paper, the top methodologies used for mitosis detection are analyzed. Some of them were a part of challenging competitions conducted worldwide. Analysis of the result shows that top approaches, either implemented Random Forest (RF) classifier exploiting intensity feature or used deep learning methods like Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to give out the best results. It was also found that the ensemble classifiers gives better performance. A preliminary experiment conducted on cascaded RF and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) results in better accuracy than individual classifiers.

Multiple criteria decision analysis (MCDA) methods have become increasingly popular in the performance assessment and decision making of renewable energy systems due to the multi-dimensionality and complexity of its technical, environmental, economic and social impacts. The aim of this paper is to develop a preliminary performance assessment model for the feasibility analysis of constructing different multi-vector decentralized renewable energy systems in an industrial park. Four micro-grid energy systems are identified as alternative solutions in terms of the local environmental conditions and energy profile of the industrial park, and these alternatives are evaluated against a set of performance criteria. The evidential reasoning approach with the implementation of Intelligent Decision System (IDS) is then applied to aggregate assessment information in order to obtain the overall ranking of alternative solutions. sensitivity and trade-off analysis is conducted to validate the robustness of the decision making process.

One of the most significant current discussions in Emergency Medical Service (EMS) is when an accident occurs and someone is injured, or when patients with acute cardiac arrest patients need to call the ambulance for immediate assistance. A major problem with this kind of situation is ambulance or rescue do not know the exact location of the victim, waste time in searching for victims which sometimes causes could not save their life. Another problem found that sometime when the rescue came, there was no AED (Automated External Defibrillator) with them, which if the rescue knew where the AED is, can go to get the AED to save the patient's life in a timely manner. Therefore, the objectives of this research are to develop the emergency platform that monitors the location of the AEDs and control the opening / closing of the AED cabinets through the App. Also, the user can check the status of the AED through the App. This platform also specifies the exact location of the accident via the GPS system. Further statistical tests revealed that the location of the AED has 95% accuracy, can be controlled accurately 96%, with the average response time through the App 658 ms. The results indicate that this platform supports EMS services more effective.

There are countless of educational game and serious games on the shelf ready to be commercialized. However, at one point the effectiveness of the game in assisting students or children in learning are still questionable. Designing the right design for the game, which emphasizes the users in it, requires particular method and process. The use of participatory design (PD) as a method in designing an educational games is much pertinent to this issue. Hence, this study aims to systematically review the literature on participatory design method for designing educational games by identifying its trends in range of ten years and investigates the process applied to reach the research outcome. Six databases were used in the search: ACM Digital Library, IEEE Xplore, Emerald Insight, Science Direct, Scopus, Springer, Taylor and Francis, and Web of Science. The search identified 4387 papers, among them, 4234 were excluded and 153 remains for further selection process. The selection process later cease to 26 papers being evaluated. The selection incorporated all papers, which focused directly on the participatory design process contributing in educational game design and development. Overall, studies lacked a strong link between the participatory design processes evaluation and interpretation of game design elements effectiveness in each process. Participatory design method makes a positive impact on educational game design effectiveness. However, existing processes have not been captured the process evaluation that may be needed. Robust research is needed to address the evaluation of participatory design processes and how to identify the effectiveness of game design using PD method.
检索中使用了6个数据库:ACM Digital Library、IEEE Xplore、Emerald Insight、Science Direct、Scopus、Springer、Taylor and Francis和Web of Science。
