With a sample of Chinese A-stock market listed companies during year 2007–2015, this paper researched the effect of internal control on companies' value based on Agency Theory, and further tested the relationship between internal control quality and companies' value considering the attribute of property right of companies. This paper deduces that by improving the quality of companies' information disclosure and building a balance institution of mutual restriction, high quality of internal control can constraint the three kinds of agency problems in companies to reduce agency costs and add companies' value. However, the implement of companies' internal control is forced by the government and leaded by large shareholders and senior executives, which determined that the internal control institution cannot well restrict the large shareholders' and senior executives' agency problems. Since state-owned companies have more serious agency problems, the quality of internal control will be lower and the positive effect of internal control on companies' value will be weaker in them that in non-state-owned companies.

This paper focus on the effect of higher education expansion on economic growth, then build a theoretical model to analyze the effect of higher education expansion on economic growth through the Cobb-Douglas function. After considering the impact of the allocation of human capital in public sectors and production sectors, this paper uses the panel data from 1999–2015 to estimate the returns to higher education expansion in china, and also gives a brief discussion on practical significance.

Human resources and place resources are the most important service resources in the service industry. Children's language training services under the era of e-commerce are intangible, simultaneous production and consumption, and strong interaction. Service personnel and service venues combine the characteristics of educational activities and learning activities with more complex quality characteristics, which are important factors influencing the quality of children's language training services.

Information and communication technology (ICT) sector is growing progressively in today's global and vibrant world. In addition to the proficient and coherent strategies, information and communication organizations need to take several other factors into account for competing and contributing to the world economy. Factors like innovative approach, leadership, organizational culture, effective technology integration, and meticulous technology audit are the prominent ones that can enhance success ratio of the projects in ICT sector. While most of these factors have already been fully integrated into the organizational operations in developed world and are contributing to the growth of enterprises, but their implementation in developing countries like Pakistan is still low which in turn is affecting competitiveness of organizations. For current study, quantitative data was collected through a questionnaire survey form from 314 respondents. Correlation and regression analysis of collected data was carried out. The results supported the hypothesis that ICT Technology Management, Project Management Practices, ICT Organization Culture have a positive impact on ICT Project Success.
