The aim of this research is to determine the relationship of the unethical behavior of the trainer with the mental endurance of the athlete according to the perceptions of wrestling athletes. In the study, the Personal Information Form created by the researchers, the Athlete Perception Scale Related to Unethical Behavior of the Coach developed by Güven ve Öncü (2012) and the Mental Endurance Inventory developed by Sheard, Golby and Van Wersch (2009) and adapted to Turkish by Altıntaş (2015) were used as data collection tools to learn some demographic information of the participants. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), tukey multiple comparison, Pearson correlation tests were used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the findings obtained, while there was no significant difference in terms of gender variable of unethical behavior of coaches and mental toughness of athletes according to the perceptions of athletes, there was a meaningful difference in terms of marital status variable of athletes. According to the perceptions of athletes, unethical behavior of coaches; while notable differences were observed when the athlete's age, education level, parents' education level were evaluated in terms of sports year variables, mental toughness of athletes was not remarkably dissimlar when the athlete's age, education level, parents' education level were evaluated in terms of sports year variables. According to the result of the correlation analysis between the Athlete Perception Scale Related to the Unethical Behavior of the Coach and the Mental Toughness Inventory in Sports, it can be explained that there is a midlevel relationship negatively. As a result, it can be stated that the mental toughness of the athlete increases as the unethical behavior of the coaches decreases.

Introduction: Physical education of students with orthopedic disabilities includes a special program aimed at improving their physical and motor skills. This program takes into account the individual needs and abilities of students while encouraging their participation in physical activities. Physical education of students with orthopedic disabilities is usually guided by a specialist physiotherapist, sports trainer or special educator. The program is customized taking into account the student's current situation and the type of disability. The physical education program includes various exercises to increase the student's mobility, improve balance and coordination skills, and increase muscle strength and flexibility. A variety of activities may take place, such as physical therapy sessions, muscle strengthening exercises, balance exercises, stretching and sports activities. In addition, suitable sports and games for students with orthopedic disabilities also play an important role. This helps students develop their teamwork, competitive and social skills. Some sports that students can participate in include wheelchair basketball, paralympic swimming, wheelchair tennis and athletics. Technological tools are also used in physical education. Special equipment such as prostheses, wheelchairs or walking devices support students' participation in physical activities. Method and Analysis: Panel data analysis was used in this study. Frequency, regression and statistical mean were used in the analysis. Conclusion: Physical education of students with orthopedic disabilities is important in terms of improving their physical and motor skills. It seems to be an important program to encourage participation in physical activities and increase their self-confidence. By adopting an approach tailored to their individual needs, these students should be supported to lead a healthy life and maximize their physical potential. For this reason, providing the expenditure expenses of the students in need of orthopedic and physical education by the public will support the achievement of effective results on participation and success.

Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of anaerobic exercise on cortisol, growth, and testosterone hormones in elite level athletes according to gender. Materials and Methods: A total of 16 elite athletes, 8 females and 8 males, aged between 18 and 23 years and actively engaged in sports, participated in the study. Measurements of height, weight, blood and hormone levels were taken before and after exercise. The data obtained were evaluated using SPSS 23 software, and the Wilcoxon test and Mann Whitney U test were used to test the significance of the difference between two independent groups. Results: When the levels of cortisol, growth, and testosterone hormones were examined before and after anaerobic exercise in male athletes, it was found that growth (z=-2.10, p=0.03) and testosterone (z=-2.52, p=0.012) hormone levels increased after anaerobic exercise, and the difference was statistically significant. No statistically significant difference was found in cortisol hormone (P>0.05). In female athletes, when cortisol, growth, and testosterone hormone levels were examined before and after anaerobic exercise, it was found that cortisol (z=-2.24, p=0.02) hormone levels increased after anaerobic exercise, and the difference was statistically significant. No statistically significant difference was found in growth and testosterone hormones (p>0.05). Conclusion: It is thought that sports scientists can contribute to sports science by researching the effects of exercise on hormone secretion more comprehensively with different age, gender, branch, and different training methods.

In female athletes, when cortisol, growth, and testosterone hormone levels were examined before and after anaerobic exercise, it was found that cortisol (z=-2.24, p=0.02) hormone levels increased after anaerobic exercise, and the difference was statistically significant. No statistically significant difference was found in growth and testosterone hormones (p>0.05). Aim: In this study, it was aimed to examine the online distance education roles and competencies of physical education and sports teachers during the pandemic process. Method: The study group consists of a total of 75 physical education and sports teachers, 34 women and 41 men, working in public and private schools in Denizli and Izmir. The data were delivered to the participants via Google Forms and their voluntary participation in the research was taken as basis. The form used to collect the relevant data in the study consisted of two parts. In the first part, demographic information developed by the researcher and in the second part, the Teacher Role and Competencies Scale in Online Distance Education developed by Kavrat and Türel (2013) was used in the second part. The obtained data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 package program. While the majority of the participants are male participants (55.5), the school type consists of public school (71.7%) teachers with 1-10 years of seniority in the professional seniority year. Results: As a result of the research, it is seen that there is a significant difference according to gender. It is seen that female teachers have significantly higher role model and competence perception scores than male teachers. It is seen that there is a significant difference between being a role model and proficiency perception scores of teachers with seniority years. Conclusion: Looking at the results of the LSD test, which was conducted to determine the difference, it was seen that the role model and perceived proficiency scores of the teachers working between 11-20 years were lower than the scores of being a role model and perceived proficiency of the teachers between 1-10 years and over 21 years. No significant difference was found between the role models and proficiency perception scores of the teachers according to the type of school they work in.

The push-up is a basic exercise commonly used in strength training. This exercise can be performed on different surfaces. The purpose of this study is to compare the muscle activation of the pectoralis major and triceps brachii muscles during push-up exercises performed on stable and unstable surfaces. Nineteen males participated in this study. Bosu ball and ring apparatus were used as unstable surfaces and the floor was used as a stable surface. Subjects performed 5 repetitions of PU on the different surfaces. A one-way repeated-measures analysis of variance was used to compare the muscle activities between the surfaces. Muscle activation of PM was significantly greater in the ring than on the floor and the Bosu ball (p0.05). In conclusion, using the ring apparatus as an unstable surface increase the PM muscle activation in PU exercise. Muscle activation of TB was not influenced by surface stability in PU.

Araştırmada, küresel spor endüstrisinde önemli bir marka olan Adidas'ın yeşil pazarlama uygulamalarında tüketicilere vermek istediği mesajların içerik yönünden düz ve yan anlamlarının ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma grubunu; Adidas markasının yeşil pazarlama uygulamalarını sosyal ağlar aracılığı ile tüketicilere sunduğu videolar oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemi ise yeşil pazarlama uygulamaları kapsamında yer alan 4 tane video oluşturmuştur. Örneklemin belirlenmesinde amaçlı örneklem yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Amaçlı örnekleme, eldeki sınırlı kaynakları en etkin ve verimli bir şekilde kullanabilmek için bilgi açısından zengin olan olguların belirlenebilmesi ve seçilebilmesini sağlayan bir nitel araştırma tekniğidir. In this present study, we aimed to explore whether personality traits within the Big Five model and trait emotional intelligence may have the ability to predict the response speed to emotional stimuli in athletes. We also investigated whether athletes' response speed may differ due to the stimuli's emotional content. The sample included 62 male student-athletes who participated in the study. Participants first completed measures of personality and emotional intelligence. Afterward, they completed an experimental task to measure response speed to emotional stimuli. In this experiment, participants responded to neutral, positive, or negative emotional pictures selected from the International Affective Picture System (IAPS). Results demonstrated that extraversion and neuroticism were not correlated to response speed to emotional stimuli. However, consistent with our predictions, openness to experience was associated (p< .01) with the emotional information processing speed of positively valenced stimuli. Besides, the appraisal of emotions dimension of the trait emotional intelligence was also significantly and negatively correlated to response speed to positively valenced pictures. Although the present study provided only partial support for our predictions regarding the link between emotional information processing speed, personality, and emotional intelligence, our results have some preliminary implications for both researchers and practitioners. Accordingly, our study showed that openness to experience and appraisal of emotions might be a valuable construct for a better understanding individuals' responses to positive emotional stimuli and previously known personality traits.
