Authentication and copyright protection of digital contents over the internet is an important issue. Digital watermarking provides a complete authentication and copyright protection solution for this problem. Besides, image, audio, and video; text is the most dominant medium travelling over the internet and it requires complete protection. Text watermarking techniques have been developed in past to protect the text from illegal copying, forgery, redistribution and to prevent copyright violations. In this paper, we propose a novel text watermarking algorithm using combined image-plus-text watermark to fully protect the text document. The watermark is logically embedded in the text and is extracted later to prove ownership. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed algorithm under localized as well as dispersed tampering attacks on the text.

On the basis of the investigation about the undergraduate education of well-known universities in China and USA, we make a conclusion about characteristics of Industrial Engineering's undergraduate educational pattern in China and America. And using comparative method, researchers analyze the different points and comparisons of the undergraduate educational type of industrial engineering (IE) in China and USA from 4 aspects: training objective, educational system and so on. Based on the above-mentioned comparison and analysis, researchers make suggestions for universities in China, about perfection and development of IE's undergraduate educational mode.

In this paper, combined with teaching practice of automotive electrical and electronic technology curriculum, effective ways to improve students technological innovation ability in the teaching of the curriculum were explored, teaching methods to improve students innovation ability were put forward, the methods mentioned were as follows: using and analyzing gained innovative achievements in professional fields to inspire innovative thought, searching and consulting scientific literature material and learning from scientific and technological achievements in other technology fields to carry on technological innovation, and fostering professional practice intelligence and technological innovation ability in technical practice, etc. The teaching practice in specialized courses has shown that, the use of the proposed training methods to increase students' technological innovation capability will help to improve students' innovative consciousness and to enhance innovation ability.

This paper focuses on exploring the degree of non-English majors' learner autonomy and factors influencing learner autonomy in self-access language learning center (SAC) in Wuhan University through a questionnaire and interviews. Findings from the quantitative and qualitative data indicate that the overall degree of learner autonomy among non-English majors in the SAC stays at an intermediate level. A number of factors account for such phenomenon. The important ones are learners' motivation for learning English, attitudes towards self-access language learning and learning system, being lack of learning strategies especially metacognitive strategies and the problems existed in the management of the SAC. In accordance with the results, learning strategies training and improving the management of the SAC are effective ways to enhance learners' autonomy in language learning.

In order to improve the observation efficiency of the Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Survey Telescope (LAMOST) and facilitate the operation, Virtual Reality (VR) technology is used to realize the graphic control interface of LAMOST. It is difficult to create the complicated 3D models for the LAMOST VR system by using traditional modeling methods. A new method is proposed. Firstly, we apply 3DS Max software to create the 3D models of LAMOST, and then the models are exported to an ASCII Scene Export (ASE) file which remains the shape, material, and texture of the 3D models in 3DS Max. ASE format is an ASCII structure file format which is native to 3DS Max. Finally, the ASE file is analyzed and each object is rendered by OpenGL in real time. Based on the method, a 3D model of the LAMOST spherical primary mirror system (SPMS) is completed. Test result suggests that this method can be used to develop the VR system for LAMOST.

With the development of SOA from concept to application in recent years, SOA has been accepted and used in the e-business and the other application fields. But the selection of SOA standards is very difficult for the IT enterprise to develop the SOA related software. The research on SOA standards and the dynamic semantic integration method based on SOA and component oriented technologies are presented in this paper in depth.
