According to the dynamic characteristics of dispatch system of regional support resources, The article introduces the method of simulation-based optimization. It first analyzes the composition of dispatch system of regional support resources, optimizes the support resources dispatch flow, and models the simulation model of the support resources dispatch process based on IDEF3. Then, the article presents the overall design of dispatch system of regional support resources, and establishes the system in AnyLogic simulation environment. The dispatch system of regional support resources based on simulation-based optimization solves the dynamic dispatch problems of regional support resources.

In this paper, Dow Jones 30 (DJ30) are clustered by emerging clustering method based on the differences of stocks' synchronic extreme points' emerging time and their implied range. This method can be applied to classify numerous and disordered data. During the clustering processes, Entropy Method is used to establish stock-distance by principal component. By linear programming method, we clustered DJ30, the results show that this method can cluster stocks with similar trend together: within clusters the curves of stocks are homogeneous and among clusters the curves of stocks are inhomogeneous.

HyperText Markup Language (HTML) is the main markup language for web pages. HTML5 is a new generation of HTML standards. With the development of HTML5, it has wide range of applications in the multimedia direction. This new standard first describes the Video and Audio tag, and then elements of Video and Audio are discussed, pointing out that the support of the current browser to Video and Audio format. Then the advantages and disadvantages of HTML5 and flash are discussed, and it pointed out some applications that HTML5 multimedia cannot achieved. And it also introduces the Working principle of the HTTP Live Streaming. Finally, we discussed the direction of development of HTML5 multimedia in the future. HTTP Live Streaming, Audio Data API and peer-to-Peer Networking will become the focus of application of HTML5 multimedia.

Through researches on design and application of wireless sensor network in botanic garden environment monitoring system, enforcing the deployment of wireless sensor network in areas that traditional wired network unable to reach, hence support task systems. This paper discusses the features of wireless self-organize sensor network and the feasibility of adopting this technology in botanic garden; moreover, proposes an application design. Through study, in application scenario which is low in message delay and duty ratio, applying distributed MD protocol in wireless self-organize sensor network as governing channel access control protocol is practicable and effective. This research is an innovation research in intelligent botanic garden environment monitoring.

Previous images matching uses algorithm based on SIFT which has lots of calculating works and low time-efficiency. In this paper, we use SURF algorithm to detect and descript the interest points, and match the interest points by using high time-efficient KD-tree nearest neighbor searching method. The experimental result shows that it has good time efficiency and excellent robustness.

Lung cancer has been the most common cancer in the world. Early detection is the most important for reducing the death due to lung cancer. Chest radiography has been widely and frequently used for detection and diagnosis on lung cancer. To assess pathological changes in chest radiographs, radiologists often compare the previous chest radiograph and the current one obtained from the same patient at different times. A temporal subtraction image, which is constructed subtracting the previous radiograph from the current one, is often used to support this comparison work. This paper presents a multilayered partitioning image registration method for chest-radiograph temporal subtraction. First, we used global matching based on the mutual information of ribs. Then, we divide the images after global matching into four groups of temple subareas used multilayered partitioning method. For individual local subarea in each group, we use a genetic algorithm to efficiently find its corresponding area in the previous image. By the result of genetic algorithm, we construct the new matching image according to the four groups of temple subareas, and subtract the matching image to construct the temporal subtraction image.

Drop-down menu is widely used in webpage to limit the format or content that the users input. It is conveniences if the contents of drop-down list are fixed while there has no dynamically menu label at present. A JSP custom tag is introduced in this paper, in which the drop-down menu can extract data from database to generate options dynamically. The custom tag has strong practice in practical applications.

Design and the performance of high-efficiency transmission gratings embedded in fused silica for a femto-second laser system at a wavelength of 1040nm is described in this paper. When the density and depth of the grating are 1200lines/mm and 1.55um respectively, the -1st order diffraction efficiency in excess of 97% for TE polarization is achieved in Littrow conditions. The redundancy of the depth of groove and duty cycle of transmission grating is analysis.

As the rapid development of China's highway construction, the rationality of the design of public transport routes has to face a severe test, since a static bus system can not keep up with the social life nowadays. In this article, we will talk about using the ArcGIS Server technology to develop a dynamic bus monitoring and scheduling system, which combines 3S technology (GPS, RS, GIS) together, to accomplish the real-time location, information collection and scheduling functions to the buses. Through the 3G network, this system can upload the location information in bus GPS chip to the spatial database. It can publish service functions by the map of ArcGIS Server, which makes it convenient to check the real-time status of each bus. Also, with the strong distance calculating ability of ArcGIS, we can calculate the bus arrival time in advance, so the foreground of the system can manage and upload graphics and video information to accomplish monitoring and scheduling. The establishment of this system aims at improving the service quality of the public transportation system for the convenience of the public, and also the dynamic tracking of buses breaks the routine that using static text prompts with conventional signs mode, while greatly easing the difficulties of public travelling. The increasingly improvement of public transportation helps accelerate the economic construction in our nation, and enhance the trade between the city. A convenient transportation system will also improve the flow of passenger traffic in tourist cities, which is of great significance to build our nation.
