According to special application, surveillance camera working in the ultra-low temperature and high pressure vessel is designed. By request of optics and electronics system on temperature, research focus on the design from selection of the structure material, thermal insulation, the adaptability of optical system in the ultra-low temperature and high pressure environment. Finally, It is confirmed that opto-Mechanical structure with double layers thermal insulation of PIPA and ITO optical window have benefit on thermal insulation for the camera working in this ultra-low temperature(-196°C) and high pressure(0.5MPa) environment. All the opto-Mechanical material which may be contact with ultra-low high pressure liquid can also be consistent with liquid.

The driver development is important for the program-controlled instruments. The purpose of this paper is to introduce how to develop the drivers, which can realize the aim of interchangeability the same type of instrumentation without replacing the drivers, so the application layer can call it conveniently. The drivers are developed under the Interchangeable Virtual Instrument standards, which is IVI-COM, which describe a flexible architecture for developing the interchangeable instrument drivers. But the interface realization specification between the interchangeable virtual instrument driver and upper test program is not given. Aiming at this problem, using Component Object Model to develop this interface is presented on this paper. At the same time, the software is classified as application layer, instrument driven layer and Input/output layer. Finally the programming method under Visual Basic environment is given. The application program about the Cannon-Chamber Test Instrument is easy to maintain and update because layered architecture and COM components is used.

Through the analysis of glass-wall cleaning robots research status at home and abroad, based on cleaning characteristics and requirements of such kind of smooth surface, a kind of pneumatic glass-wall cleaning robot is presented here. The robot which adopts unique three-position cylinder driving technique and embedded control system can crawl along the glass-wall and clean, and can overcome obstacles in a certain height. Running results show that the robot system has simple structure, low cost, the functions of on-line fault diagnosis, and can provide a new efficient, simple and safe way for the glass-wall cleaning.

A multiband conformal fin-shaped antenna with parasitic element for vehicle communication devices is presented. The proposed antenna is small, fin-shaped for vehicle communication application. This structure includes a irregular-shaped microstripe with parasitic element on fin-shaped ABS metrical, generating multi-bands of about 350, 800, 1800 and 2400MHz. The obtained bandwidth covers UHF, CDMA, GSM, DCS1800, PCS1900 and WIFI bands. Details of proposed antenna design and experimental results are presented and discuss.

This paper provides information about generating HTML files and an ODF (Open Document Format) format document as well from Java source code combined with comments in HTML format, and illustrates the building configuration of the expected cookbook and written rules of corresponding Java code and comments in details, so as to give an instruction on how to use ODF Toolkit and Simple API to create your own application through the example of customizing and achieving the Simple API cookbook.

Based on the theory of fuzzy neural network and hierarchical intelligent control, establish system architecture of freeway multi-ramp control, put forward coordination control algorithm of multi-ramp, provide a systemic solution method to realize multi-ramp intelligent control. This method is relatively simple and easy to expand, simultaneity independent on specific freeway mathematical models, possess well adaptability. Moreover use the Matlab software carry through simulation, simulation result show that the algorithm is feasible and effective.

Collision detection is a basic computational problem arising in computer simulations of systems consisting of polydisperse particles. The Linked Cell List method is unable to efficiently deal with particles of greatly varying sizes. In order to improve efficiency of particle collision detection at high density. We present nearest neighbor list algorithm to collision detection among particles of greatly varying sizes. We achieved several times speed-up compared to Linked Cell List method. For larger size ratios, even better speed-up is expected.

The paper focuses on the production, coding, transfer and receiving display of 3D video technology and mainly describes the mainstream and hot issue of disparity estimation of two way light signals. Coding technology of two ways video streaming is also deeply described. Pointing out that multi-view video and coding is the developing direction. The combination of sports/parallax estimation and fast algorithm such as fractal video coding and wavelet video coding is applied to the most advanced coding standard. Passive glasses style is the transition of 3D television for current period of time. The holographic stereo technology will be deeply developed in the future.

Vehicular Ad hoc Network (VANET) is a new technology which has attracted enormous attention recently. For the high mobility of vehicles, to design a stable routing protocol becomes an important issue. This paper proposes a Stable Routing Protocol (SRP) for highway scenario using segment-by-segment way. Each node in the SRP protocol maintains a k-hop vicinity routing table. When a source node and a destination node are in the same vicinity, it adopts proactive routing. Otherwise, the route is carried according to location-based way. Simulation studies show that the SRP protocol outperforms Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing (GPSR) in terms of average path length and average packet delivery ratio. When node density is moderate, the SRP protocol consumes some acceptable routing overhead to achieve good performance.
