Environmental Management and Creative Economy through Technology-Based MSME Enterprises 科技型中小微企业的环境管理与创意经济

This scientific article presents the outcomes of a community service initiative in Sumbergedang Village, Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency, aimed at instilling a culture of environmental care and nurturing the creative economy. The study implemented various work programs, including the development of Information Technology-Based Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research demonstrated significant improvements in people's motivation to create a cleaner and more comfortable environment while bolstering the growth of the community's creative economy. The implications of this study highlight the potential for similar interventions to drive positive environmental and economic changes in rural communities worldwide. Highlights: Development of Information Technology-Based MSMEs: The study focuses on leveraging modern technologies to support the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the community. This scientific article presents a program designed to foster sustainable economic independence within Kemlagi Village, Indonesia, by harnessing the potential of small businesses. The program aims to motivate and engage the local community through effective communication schemes and empowerment initiatives, maximizing the village's resources and potential. By focusing on the branding of local honey products, the program enhances the value and marketability of these products while promoting the understanding of the significance of branding among the villagers. The training method involves short sessions covering branding strategies and media utilization, followed by interactive Q&A and discussions. The results highlight increased knowledge and skills in branding, paving the way for the village to transform into a sought-after Honey Tourism Village. The implications of this study shed light on how local communities can achieve economic sustainability through targeted empowerment programs and brand development. Green Productivity in Increasing the Productivity of Sugar Cane Farmers and Reducing Impacts on the Environment 绿色生产力:提高蔗农的生产力,减少对环境的影响

This research aims to improve the productivity and environmental performance of sugarcane farming through sustainable enhancements. Utilizing the Cobb-Douglas method, factors influencing sugarcane farming management and green productivity are identified to reduce environmental impacts. The study highlights the significance of environmental aspects in the agricultural sector and proposes green productivity as a strategy to increase awareness and address land-related environmental concerns. The results show that by implementing green productivity practices, sugarcane productivity can be augmented, management costs reduced, and farmers' income increased, leading to a more sustainable and high-quality agricultural sector. This scientific article presents a community engagement initiative aimed at providing training and guidance to 20 young Muhammadiyah farmers on developing graphic design skills for agricultural marketing using the Canva application. The method employed involved Canva training, marketing material creation, result evaluation, and dissemination. Participants enthusiastically created diverse marketing graphics, including brochures, banners, posters, and product packaging. Evaluations and constructive feedback were provided to improve their work. The results of this initiative were disseminated through social media articles and scientific journals, alongside a small seminar to announce the outcomes. The Canva marketing model implementation empowered the young farmers, enabling them to effectively promote their agricultural products, boost sales, and enhance their overall livelihoods. This study analyzes the development of Puspa Lebo Sidoarjo by employing the pentahelix approach, fostering cooperation among government, industry, academia, society, and the media. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation, the study demonstrates that the pentahelix approach effectively enhances the area's development. The local government provides policy and regulatory support, enabling East Java agribusiness growth, while industry contributes to product development and marketing networks. Academics play a role in product research, development, and human resource improvement. Communities offer support and active involvement in product development and marketing, while the media provides positive coverage and promotions. The implications of this research underscore the significance of collaborative efforts among multiple sectors in regional development, showcasing the potential of the pentahelix model in fostering sustainable growth. Highlight: Pentahelix Collaboration: The study explores the effectiveness of the pentahelix approach, emphasizing the cooperation between government, industry, academia, society, and the media in advancing the development of Puspa Lebo Sidoarjo. Traditional Health Service Development: Enhancing Knowledge and Skills for Holistic Care Clinic. This study aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah (PCA) Jambangan Surabaya members in providing traditional health services at Klinik Aisyiyah Holistic Care. The program includes training in acupressure and marketing and financial management. Twelve participants from PCA Jambangan attended the training and registered with the Indonesian Association of Acupressure Practitioners (P3AI) to undergo competency tests and obtain necessary permits from the Surabaya Health Department for practicing traditional health services at the clinic. The implementation coincided with the PCA Jambangan's musycab launching. The successful completion of the program resulted in the issuance of the clinic's operational permit and the availability of qualified human resources to provide complementary health services to the community. This study aimed to analyze the implementation and outcomes of the Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) 2 course at Muhammadiyah 6 Junior High School (SMP) in Krian, Sidoarjo, conducted by students from the Faculty of Psychology and Education at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo (UMSIDA). The research utilized a qualitative descriptive method, examining data from documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The study assessed the competencies of aspiring educators (teachers) in pedagogical, personality, social, and professional aspects. The results indicated that students achieved satisfactory competence levels (individual and classically) in all four domains, enabling them to effectively carry out teaching functions and enhance students' learning outcomes. Moreover, the respondents' positive responses, with high interest and motivation in the course, indicated their readiness to manage classroom activities, leading to improved student competencies. This study contributes valuable insights into the preparation and quality improvement of future educators through field introduction programs. Enhancing Seaweed-Based Dodol Production in Coastal Communities: A Case Study of Gracillaria verrucosa in Wisata Bahari Tlocor, Indonesia 加强沿海社区以海藻为基础的Dodol生产:以印度尼西亚Wisata Bahari Tlocor的疣状小檗为例

This scientific article presents a case study on the development and implementation of a training program aimed at enhancing the production of seaweed-based dodol in Tlocor Kedungpandan Jabon Hamlet, Indonesia. Gracillaria verrucosa, an agar-producing red algae, holds promising potential for cultivation alongside shrimp and milkfish rearing. The study utilized a survey to assess the area's potential, engaged with local communities to identify challenges, and designed a training program accordingly. The training involved demonstrations and guidance on seaweed processing, handling, packaging, and marketing. The goal was to empower the community to produce high-quality seaweed dodol as a form of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and provide unique local products for Wisata Bahari Tlocor, the tourist destination. The results demonstrated that with proper training and support, the community could independently produce quality seaweed dodol, thereby increasing their socio-economic well-being. The findings suggest the need for continued support in product development, packaging, marketing, licensing, and capital investment to fully leverage the potential of seaweed-based products in the region. This study highlights the significance of community-based initiatives in promoting sustainable economic growth and preserving local culinary heritage through seaweed-based dodol production.
