The text highlights the complexity of power relations in educational management and schooling, emphasizing the importance of resisting authoritarian forms of regulation with innovative practices that promote freedom and autonomy in management and schools. Currently, the field of education is under pressure from global political and economic movements that seek to impose a centralized management logic based on objective results, thus affecting the autonomy and creativity of schools. Although schools constitute spaces of freedom and autonomy, they face institutional contradictions and significant challenges in management. Despite these challenges, it is understood that there are still spaces for innovation.

This study reviewed the survey of malformed frogs and the probable causes of their deformities. It analysed the checklist and pattern of malformations in frogs and examined different malformations in frogs of selected articles. It also reviewed the causes of malformation in frogs of different articles. The reviewed showed that limb malformations with 22.41% was the most recorded malformations in frogs with pattern of publications revealed that there was varying trend in article publication which peaked in 2000 and 2023. Different malformations in frogs are abnormal skin, albinism, extra hindlimb, eye malformation. Others are lack of palms, appendages and appendicular, limb malformation, ectrodactyly, brachydactyly and ectrodactyly. The causes of malformations in frogs reviewed includes mutation, parasites, heavy metals, environmental stressors and ultraviolet light. The study concluded that human factors or anthropogenic activities played an important role in malformations in frogs reviewed.

The concept of Lean Manufacturing arises within the Toyota Production System (TPS) with the aim of eliminating all activities that do not generate value to enhance and increase productivity. Lean Manufacturing is applied in the West, and the concept transforms into Lean Manufacturing (LM). This concept no longer belongs solely to the automotive sector; all its tools have now migrated to all activities of daily life. An important application, particularly in dealing with human lives, is in the healthcare sector, specifically in hospitals. This gives rise to the concept of Lean Healthcare, which has broad applications, often resulting in process improvements, the elimination of non-value-generating activities, and better resource management.

This text deals with the approximations of the Maracatu dance, a typical dance from the Northeast region of Brazil, with some concepts and practices coined by the Laban/Bartenieff System and aims to identify and analyze the basic movements/steps of three emblematic characters in the Maracatu dance. of this fun, namely: the caboclos, the dama-do-paço and the baianas. The methodological contribution comes from Merleau-Ponty's Phenomenology in particular from the researcher's lived world and the sensitive senses of the Maracatu phenomenon.

This article shows important aspects that have to do with Transitional Justice as a pending subject in Mexican Law for social development with a descriptive, critical and analytical methodology that refers to the design of the research, critical observation of problems and analysis of sources of information that will be carried out on the topic in the context of the contemporary Mexican political situation. Several relevant topics are presented with a pluralistic perspective based on traditional justice and the theory of law, with the purpose of exposing how this model of justice works and under what criteria in our country. The first topic is the definition of Transitional Justice, the prevailing need to apply it in Mexican law as well as a current overview of the usefulness of its development to establish a deductive reference framework that allows us to elucidate what the current situation is like. in the life of the nation. Following this, there is a brief and concise contribution on the problems involved in Transitional Justice, as well as the methodological solutions that are presented, as well as the main theoretical approaches to address its study. The way is then clear to expose the topic regarding transitional justice in our country today. In this way, the necessary issues to conclude will be exposed: Transitional justice is located between those who fight against it based on an ideological conception and, on the other side, those who adopt it as a means to implement or consolidate an ideological project of longer range. Transitional justice becomes a tool to generate a connection between justice and peace, generating equality between victims and perpetrators and forming scenarios of compensation and social reconciliation.

In some molecules such as ammonia, double vibrations are observed at small energies. These small vibrations are thought to arise from double well potentials. To explain these small energy gaps, double potential wells are investigated, and complex calculations are made. Until recently, since the exact solution of the Schrödinger equation was not known, approximate solutions were always obtained. The exact solution of the Schrödinger equation is now known. In previous studies, a simple procedure for the general solution of the radial Schrödinger Equation has been found for spherical symmetric potentials without making any approximation. In this article, the Schrodinger equation was solved with this new solution method. It has been applied to the oscillations through a barrier tunneling potential for a particle in a central quadratic deformed potential well (double potential well). It is seen that there is no need to look for complex potentials to explain the double wells observed in small vibrations in ammonia and similar molecules, they were compared with experimentally measured energies. The results were found to be fully compatible. It has been seen that there can always be double well potentials at small energies for all molecules, atomic nuclei, and similar particles with angular momentum other than zero.

The article proposes that human rights educators not only focus on considering the human rights violations that were committed in Latin America during dictatorships and authoritarian regimes, but also those that are perpetrated on a daily basis, in everyday life, in daily life in a series of times and places. The examples of these violations are multiple and take place in diverse areas; work, homes, schools etc. Different attitudes and behaviors are related and cause violations of human rights in everyday life: threats, violence, discrimination, poverty. etc The article concludes by listing some pedagogical principles to address human rights violations in everyday life: participation, dialogue, criticality, etc.1

This article addresses contributions of some female scientists and chemists who stood out for several centuries despite having an adverse and inequitable environment because of their gender. The objective is to create awareness that there are no pre-established roles in science; instead, the aim is to break down all the paradigms that are still present in our society today.

This reflection article shows the processes that are being developed in Colombia to contribute in a relevant way to the evaluation of educational quality in state schools. Specifically, the processes of management of the quality of education within the public educational institutions of the country are addressed. Subsequently, the mechanisms that reinforce the processes of institutional communication through entrepreneurship and the achievement of transformations that consequently generate an educational phenomenon expressed in the expected results of improving the system and the quality of education that boys and girls yearn to receive are indicated. youth, as contemplated by the organizational and management policies promoted by the Ministry of National Education. Finally, some approaches to strengthening educational management and quality that could be significant in the Colombian context are presented.
