The basic principle of X-ray fluorescence analysis for the determination of impurity elements Mn, Fe and Ni in copper alloy is introduced. On the basis of experiments, through theoretical analysis and experimental data, the variation trends of characteristic peak area and peak back ratio of Mn, Fe and Ni elements with the change of light tube current and tube voltage are obtained, so as to establish the best working condition mode of different elements. The relative standard deviations of Mn, Fe and Ni are 0.65%, 0.05% and 0.18% respectively. Multivariate regression analysis in the empirical coefficient method was used to establish a mathematical model to correct the matrix effect of Mn, Fe, and Ni elements. The experimental results show that the average absolute errors of Mn, Fe, and Ni content in copper alloys analyzed by the empirical coefficient method are 0.001%, 0.034%, and 0.002%, respectively, and the average relative errors are 0.698%, 2.205%, and 0.110% respectively.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the influence of Generational Type on Employee Theft at Kopala Mine, Zambia. Method: The data set in this study is derived from the Kopala Mine Reports for 2020: HR Admin Report, Disciplinary Report on Theft and other related offences. Frequency Tables and Cross tabulations were used to summarize the findings. Findings: The study found that 56.8% of Millennials and 40.5% of Generation Xers employees were engaged in theft and other related offences. The practical research significance is that Generational Type influences Employee Theft in the organization. Conclusion: Based on the findings above, the study concludes that Generational Type and the lifestyle employees lead and influence employee theft in workplace organizations. The study further suggests that the need for extra money to meet social needs (lifestyle) is the main reason some employees engage in employee theft.

China’s ODA in Cambodia had been executed since the 1950s with the remarkable evidence of the four factories’ construction in Cambodia during the 1960s, while the United States of America had also experienced providing funds to build roads and bridges and other humanitarian reliefs in Cambodia during the 1950s and 1960s. After the national election in 1993, foreign assistance was given to Cambodia to support the economic infrastructure and to fill the gap of government expenditure budgets of each year, since there was a huge amount of the trade balance deficit. China has been the largest donor and investor in Cambodia in exchange for high commitment of the country to support the “One-China Policy” and the Belt and Road initiative right after its commencement in 2013. Since then, Cambodia has received huge amounts of ODA from China in several sectors, especially the transportation infrastructure sector. This research focuses mainly on China’s ODA for transportation infrastructure development contributed to the GDP growth of Cambodia by focusing mainly on the public sector foreign aid and ignoring the private sectors (investment scheme). The researcher used a mixed-method to analyze the data collected by using Eviews 10 with the least-squares’ method to analyze the data. The research result showed that China’s ODA for the transportation infrastructure development in Cambodia significantly contributed to the GDP growth of Cambodia, with the scientific evident chance of occurrence of 99.81 percent, with only a 0.19 percent-chance of error.

Linguistic politeness enhances proper interaction among members of the society. During social interactions, interlocutors try to protect their positive public self-image and want to be seen as valuable members of the society. Politeness ensures effective Linguistic politeness enhances proper interaction among members of the National Assembly as they interact with each other in parliament. This study focused on the speeches of selected Members of Parliament in parliament context in order to find the positive and negative politeness strategies that they use. The researcher used politeness theory by Brown and Levinson (1987) to analyze, interpret and discuss the data collected. The data was downloaded from the Hansard and analyzed using content analysis method. This paper used purposive sampling technique where only the utterances with positive and negative politeness strategies were selected for inclusion in this paper. Descriptive qualitative research technique was used in the analysis of data. A guiding card was used to identify positive and negative politeness strategies. This research found out that members of National Assembly use positive and negative politeness strategies to lessen threats to face. The findings of this study will add to the existing literature in the field of sociolinguistics and pragmatics. They will also help interlocutors understand strategies that they can use in order to communicate effectively so that both parties feel appreciated in a conversation.

The state of Guerrero in Mexico is the main coconut copra producer with 84,881 hectares and employing more than one million wages annually. However, the production is facing very important and continuous losses due to aging of palms and a lack of technological options to enhance productivity. Farmer’s soils are linked to important problems of low fertility; and the studies to understand the relationship between soil nutrients supply and coconut nutrition are practically unknown. Considering the importance of an optimum nutritional balance for high sustainable productivity of coconut and the Organic Matter (OM) being the main source of Nitrogen (N), as the most important essential nutrient, it was fundamental to quantify both OM and N soil (0 - 30 and 30 - 60 cm deep) as related to the nutritional status of the crop in fifteen plantations from Costa Chica and Costa Grande regions. Critical levels of OM (%), inorganic N as NO-3 (ppm) and Total N (%) in leaves, suggested by the literature, were considered as reference values. Soil properties were considerably heterogeneous among localities. Total average of soil OM (%), and N-NO-3 in both Costa Chica and Costa Grande were quite low at both depths. The total average of OM in Costa Chica was almost the same at both depths with 1.37% and 1.33% respectively and as for Costa Grande the total average of OM varied from 1.29 to 0.71, all below the reference Medium Value of 1.6% to 3.5%. The same deficiencies trend was shown by the foliar N contents (%) where N fluctuated from 1.18% to 1.77%, in Costa Chica and 0.94% to 1.72% in Costa Grande. The best correlation model to better explain the relationship between soil attributes and Foliar N was found when the soil N-NO3, at 30 - 60 cm deep, was compared to the Foliar N in Costa Chica.
