In this article, two general construction methods of nonstandard finite difference (NSFD) models are considered for productive-destructive models that also satisfy conservation laws: one for productive-destructive (PD) and the other for conservative systems. It is observed that the general NSFD method for PD systems may not result in numerical models for such systems that are dynamically consistent with respect to the conservation laws. This is illustrated through two examples, with one satisfying a direct conservation law and the other a generalized conservation law. Alternative NSFD schemes that are dynamically consistent with respect to the conservation laws are constructed for these examples using the general method for conservative systems.

Kazuo Ishiguro, winner of the 2017 Nobel Prize in literature, is one of the most famous novelists in contemporary British literature. In his novel Never Let Me Go, the author constructs a post-human society, that is, a world of human cloning that transplant organs for human. This paper mainly explores the details of life in the post-human’s tragic fate, and reveals the ethical dilemma faced by the post-human, and triggers readers to think about the ethical fetters between human and post-human.

With the development of social economy, the implementation of the national fitness plan and people’s attention to their health, physical education has become a unique way of life. Tutoring institutions are educational institutions that provide “one-to-one” individual academic guidance for learners in their families or tutoring institutions. The emergence and development of tutoring institutions has its historical inevitability, which is closely related to the enhancement of social competition consciousness, the disadvantage of large class teaching, the lack of social and economic status of teachers and the educational concept of parents. The target range of physical education has been broadened. For children please sports tutoring is a very common social phenomenon, but this does not mean that only children need to please family tutoring, in a narrow sense, the main object of sports tutoring is for children (primary and middle school students) groups. With the continuous development of the society and the different needs of the members of the society, the target range of physical education has been expanded. In a broad sense, all the people who have sports training needs can ask for sports tutoring, therefore, sports tutoring is a kind of personalized sports education services in essence. At present, although the physical education institutions have obtained unprecedented development, but through the investigation found that physical education also has some problems, such as through non-standard publicity, random fees, tutoring quality is difficult to guarantee. The existence of these problems is not correct, driven by interests, internal management strategy is not in place, the idea of running a school of sports tutoring institutions is too profit-oriented. To solve these problems, PE tutors should pay attention to the content and ensure the quality; Reasonable publicity, create brand; Stabilizing teachers, strengthening training, expanding scale, strengthening marketing and so on. At present, whether the development needs of students can be taken as the ultimate starting point is an important factor affecting the survival and development of tutoring institutions. This paper adopts a variety of research methods such as literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method. All of these situations are the actual problems that all of us sports workers must face. Facing these problems, we must effectively solve the problems, in order to provide theoretical basis for the research of sports tutoring service strategy under the background of the new curriculum standard.

After its entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO), China has opened wider to the outside world. As a result, a growing number of foreign cosmetic companies have expanded their presence in China. By contrast, Chinese domestic cosmetics not only don’t have an edge in its home market, but also fail to go global. The reasons are manifold. But their translations are also very important. Guided by Skopos Theory, this thesis believes that translation is across-cultural communicative activity with a certain purpose. The skopos rule should be put on the top priority. Through the investigation of various translation examples, the author believes that Skopos Theory can be used to guide the translation of different Chinese cosmetic brand names. Besides, the author also holds that translation strategies should be different according to the purpose of translation. By doing so, the author hopes to transcend cultural differences and disagreements so as to make domestic cosmetic products more competitive in the international arena.

This paper selects Hong Lou Meng and its English version A Dream of Red Mansions as the source material and qualitatively analyzes how Yang Hsien-yi and Gladys Yang conveyed “Li” of the original work in their translation. It was found that, “Li” could be mirrored by the differences between the superior and the inferior. In Yang’s translation, the translators applied “positive face” and “negative face” to partly convey the original “Li”, especially in modest and honorific titles as well as in some discourses. The translators conveyed the original work faithfully, expressively and elegantly. Their translation of “Li” is of reference value.

The aim of the present work is to investigate the influence of dynamic minimum leaf gap into Pinnacle3 on VMAT plans quality. Three treatment machines were modeled in our TPS with a different value of dynamic minimum leaf gap of 5, 10 and 20 mm. VMAT plans of AAPM TG-119 phantom and twenty clinical real cases were planned on each machine. Based on AAPM TG-119 guidelines, we compared the machine on their ability to fulfill the dose goals; the pretreatment quality assurance was done with COMPASS QA system (IBA dosimetry, Germany). In order to evaluate how the measured and the planned data from each machine are closed. The monitor units’ numbers for each site and machine were also compared. For simple plans, all the three machines easily meet the goals; however, for complex shape case, only the 5 and 10 mm minimum leaf gap machines allow the user to reach the goals. Otherwise, the 20 mm minimum leaf gap machine presents lower difference between planned and measured dose and the best gamma scores than the two others machines. It also has the lower MUs per clinical site. Based on this investigation, 10 mm is the best compromise value for the dynamic minimum leaf gap into Pinnacle. It allows the planner to reach high complex goals during planning process and in another hand gives good agreement between planned and measured doses.

Background and Purpose: Tuberculosis is a global scourge. In DRC, Ziehl-Neelsen (ZN) is the most widely used reference test for the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Its performance can be improved by certain strategies before sputum collection, particularly the instructional video. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the instructional video showing and explaining appropriate sputum collection techniques for the diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods: Multicenter, single-blind, randomized controlled trial conducted in Boma. Two hundred suspected TB assigned at random, either to the intervention group (n = 100) before sputum collection, or to the control group (n = 100). Sputum quality was assessed by appearance and volume before ZN staining by laboratory technicians blind to study groups. Results: The mean age was 38.1 ± 16.0 years. This research suggests the improving Sine Cosine algorithm and Arithmetic optimization algorithm (SCA-AOA), and the application in two directions: First, in special functions (N-P hard) problems; second, in code analysis and decryption for the method of encryption substitution of simple cipher. The proposed algorithm mathematically simulates the behavior of SCA and Arithmetic algorithm behavior in Mathematical. The measure of SCA-AOA has been measured on a set of test functions to know the power of its performance and efficiency, and verify and compare it with SCA and AOA, each one alone. The numerical results have proved that the proposed algorithm (SCA-AOA) is able to present excellent results as compared with SCA-AOA itself. The applied results have proved that the proposed algorithm is able to analyze and break code. It could also avoid the falling the local solution and reaching to the global optimum resolutions in majority of functions that have been applied on. The adoptive Fuzzy SCA-AOA has been proposed and used in analyzing cipher text and breaking the code by merging the proposed algorithm SCA-AOA with properties of fuzzy logic. Moreover, the simple encoding method is explained and used to encode the proposed text. The method of masking by images is explained and used to hide text. The standards are used to measure the image resolution and find the image resolution. The encrypted text was analyzed and returned to the explicit text using the proposed method, SCA-AOA and Fuzzy SCA-AOA both separately, and the code for the encryption was broken by the proposed method.

The syndrome of familial isolated pituitary adenomas (FIPA) or predisposition to pituitary adenomas (PAP) is characterized by the presence within the same family of at least two isolated pituitary adenomas without any other type of associated endocrine tumor. These pituitary tumors may present as homogenous with the same tumor phenotype or heterogeneous with different patterns of pituitary tumor phenotypes (GH, Prolactine, ACTH secretion or non-functioning pituitary adenomas) within the same kindred. Patients with FIPA are significantly younger at diagnosis and have significantly larger pituitary adenomas than matched sporadic pituitary adenoma counterparts. We report the case of a prolactinoma attached to the pituitary stalk as part of FIPA, revealed by erectile dysfunction.

Eugene O’ Neill, an American playwright, is very interested in Chinese Taoism. In many of his middle and late works, we can see the profound influence of Taoism on him. Taking Marco Millions, O’Neill’s mid-term masterpiece as an example, this paper analyzes Taoist thoughts such as Unity of Opposites, Circulation and Reversion, Non-action and Unity of Body and Soul contained in this play by means of text analysis. Through the analysis, we can see that O’ Neill tried to find a new way of spiritual sustenance in the eastern Taoist thought to get rid of the disadvantages of western material civilization.
