Knowledge about the existence of this Pink Tax is still very lacking in Indonesia. The Pink Tax weakens women's purchasing power by forcing them to spend more money on their daily needs, this creates unfair gender-based pricing. This study aims to analyze the effect of gender-based pricing, gender discrimination, gendered product marketing, price discrimination, and willingness to pay Pink Tax. This research method uses a primary data approach that is distributed to 263 people respondents, with the SmartPLS tool. The results of this research conclude that gender-based pricing only has an effect on Pink Tax, while gender discrimination, gendered product marketing, price discrimination, and willingness to pay do not have a significant effect on Pink Tax. These results indicate that brands often only take the opportunity to exaggerate women's goods and are considered the norm for women's consumption. It is also stated that gender discrimination is not only manifested in the form of price but can be directed in the form of diversification.

Five - point Likert scale questions were sent to respondent, where 1= strongly disagree and 5 = strongly agree. Descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis are used to analyze the data. Test of reliability has been conducted by using Cronbach’s Alpha. The average value of Cronbach’s Alpha is 0.989 and reliability is acceptable. The study finds that there is a positive and significant effect of career development and training facility on employees’ performance. This paper aims to present how the strength of the women's community is to solve the problems of economic and nutritional adversity through social enterprises established by the women's community. Moreover women are described as motivated not by reasons of money but rather by a desire to act as what can only be described as the mother of the community: women exist to help, to build, for others but never for themselves, and are rarely valued or rewarded for they job. The methods used in data collection are observation, interviews, and photo documentation. The analysis refers to the hermeneutic phenomenological approach by Van Manen (2001), which describes that researchers "mediate" between the meanings of different life experiences. The result of this analysis is the identification of the meaning of success for the women's community through social enterprises. The results of the study indicate that in establishing a women's social enterprise and staying focused on impact, it is necessary to include (1) Women's Leadership Style; (2) Identification with the Community; (3) Participation Process: Listening And Collaborative Atmosphere; (4) Networking. The contribution given from this research is in the fields of economics and business, especially in the strategy of establishing social enterprises for women in the third sector. The implication of this research is the selection of a social business establishment strategy and the focus of solving the problems to be solved.
