PROTOTYPE SISTEM PENDAFTARAN RAWAT JALAN PADA RSUD LARANTUKA NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR BERBASIS MOBILE

Abstract—The role of the hospital is very helpful in efforts to improve the quality of public health, for this reason the need for fast and appropriate services so that human resources are maintained for their survival. At dr. Hospital Hendrikus Fernandez Larantuka East Nusa Tenggara, the registration service still uses the intranet system or local network and system errors often occur so that the patient registration process is hampered. In addition, the system created on the intranet network also has drawbacks, one of which is that it can only be accessed by people who are connected to the building's network. With these problems, there is a need for a mobile-based application that can be accessed directly by the public in real time from anywhere and any time. The purpose of this study is to create a mobile-based application design that is capable of processing inpatient registration services at hospitals with an attractive and user-friendly appearance. The method used in this study is the prototyping method. This method is a software development model by creating a prototype or model to provide an overview to the user by going through 5 stages, namely communications, quick plan, quick design model, prototype construct, and development delivery and feedback. The tool used in making this prototype is the Figma application. The results of this study are that there is an application prototype that can be used as reference material for RSUD dr. Hendrikus Fernandez Larantuka, East Nusa Tenggara, in developing his system so that the inpatient registration process can be carried out by the community anytime and anywhere. Likewise, information from the hospital can be received in real time by the public through the mobile-based hospital inpatient application.

KLASIFIKASI KONDISI BAN KENDARAAN MENGGUNAKAN ARSITEKTUR VGG16 使用VGG16架构对轮胎状态进行分类

Tyres are the main component that a vehicle needs to work with reducing vibration due to uneven road surfaces, protecting the wheels from wear to provide stability between the vehicle and the ground helping to improve acceleration to facilitate travel while driving. Wear ensures stability between the vehicle and the ground helps improve acceleration for easy movement and driving. Caused including components that are often used, tires can experience damage such as the appearance of cracks in the tires. Cracks in tires can be triggered by factors such as age or the cause of the road that has been exceeded. Detection of tire cracks at this time is still carried out conventionally, where users see directly the state of the tire whether the tire is in good condition or cracked. Conventional methods are important because they maintain tire quality and rider safety. The Conventional Method certainly has weaknesses because vehicle users must have good vision and the ability to distinguish normal tires or cracked tires, but this method is considered less effective because it still uses human labor, causing the risk of human error (human negligence) which can hinder the process of identifying tire cracks. Based on this problem, this study will develop a deep learning model that can classify cracked tires using the VGG16 architecture. In this study, the model was created using 8 scenarios by changing the value of epochs, to get the best parameters in making the model. The results of the 8 scenarios carried out in this study are the best scenario obtained in scenarios 1,3,4 which get 98% accuracy in model testing

The problem of manual recording is one of the problems that is often experienced by small and medium-scale businesses such as MSMEs, this occurs along with the increasing quantity of transactions, a large number of items of goods, and the growth and development of businesses, including PT. Surrati Sukses Makmur is engaged in the retail sale of perfume products. This problem can have negative impacts, such as difficulties in monitoring stock so that discrepancies easily occur, transactions not recorded so that data is lost, preparation of reports taking more time, fraud, and the need for a place to store documents. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to analyze and design a digital-based sales information system that can help the process of recording sales to be more efficient, accurate, safe, and easy. By using a digital information system, there is no need for a special place for document storage, loss of transaction data can be minimized so that it has an impact, PT. Surrati Sukses Makmur can improve performance and quality of service to customers, as well as operational costs can be reduced and inventory management can be easier. PENERAPAN K-MEANS DALAM PENGELOMPOKKAN PEMANTAUAN KASUS TERKONFIRMASI COVID-19 在COVID-19确诊病例的监控中,k -手段的应用

Covid-19 adalah sekelompok besar virus yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit pada manusia dan hewan. Virus corona jenis baru yang ditemukan pada manusia sejak kejadian luar biasa pada Desember 2019 di Wuhan, China kemudian diberi nama Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV2) dan menyebabkan penyakit Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). Kasus penyebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia terus meningkat, sehingga masyarakat diminta menjaga jarak untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan Rapidminer dengan algoritma K-Means, dalam memantau kasus terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 pada lima Kelurahan yaitu; Kel. Cipinang Melayu, Kel. Halim Perdana. Kel. Kebon Pala, Kel. Makasar, dan Kel. Pinang Ranti di Kecamatan Makasar. Dengan melihat data tersebut akan diketahui kelompok mana yang harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus seperti; isolasi mandiri, dirawat, sembuh, dan meninggal. Pengelompokkan dibagi menjadi 4 Cluster berdasarkan kriteria data kasus yang terkonfirmasi Covid-19 sebanyak 265 kasus. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pengelompokkan data pemantauan pasien Covid-19 dengan Kelurahan Makasar yang memerlukan pemantauan khusus.

Perkembangan teknologi membawa kemajuan pesat dalam bidang Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK). Kemajuan ini memberikan akses ke dalam ketersediaan literatur dan kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi melalui berbagai media. Namun, keamanan atas informasi dan data diperlukan sebagai bentuk kerahasiaan, menjaga integritas data dan otentikasi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan ilmu kriptografi yang dapat menyandikan data. Salah satu contoh penggunaannya ialah dengan algoritma kriptografi. Algoritma DES merupakan algoritma kriptografi simetris yang dapat bekerja dengan cepat. Algoritma 3DES yang merupakan pengembangan dari DES memakai panjang kunci tiga kali ukuran kunci DES dan tiga kali perulangan skema DES. Sedangkan ElGamal yang merupakan algoritma kunci publik juga memiliki tingkat keamanan yang baik karena sulitnya menghitung logaritma diskrit. Tentunya ketiga algoritma memiliki performansi dan keunggulan yang berbeda. Terutama jika digunakan sebuah dokumen sebagai input dan output. Fokus penelitian membahas perbandingan kecepatan enkripsi dekripsi data dan alokasi memori algoritma DES, 3DES dan ElGamal pada data teks txt yang diimplementasikan dalam bahasa pemograman C.

Land and forest fires occur every year in Indonesia, where the cause is human negligence or intentional related to forest deforestation. Land and forest fires, of course, can cause economic, health, social and cultural, ecological and environmental damage. One indicator that is useful as a determinant of the occurrence of land fires is hot spots. To manage hotspot data, data mining can be done, namely by using the sequential pattern mining method to obtain hotspot sequence patterns that will be used as indicators of land fires. In overcoming these problems, a Geographic Information System (GIS) was designed to map the areas prone to land fires in Kubu Raya Regency. The results of this study are maps of the distribution of land fire-prone areas and the pattern of occurrence of hotspots calculated using the sequential pattern mining method which is expected to assist relevant agencies in carrying out mitigation and prevention efforts for land fires, so as to produce the right decisions for handling land fires in the District. Based on the results of functionality testing using the black box testing method, the SIGPKRK application (Geographical Information System for Mapping Fire Prone Areas) that was built can run and is in accordance with the functions that have been designed. Abstract—OpenCV has more than 2500 optimized algorithms, which includes a comprehensive set of both classic and state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning algorithms. It has been proven by software companies, that is why the researcher will use it for face detection application with Java programming langguage. The purpose of this paper is trying to implement machine learning library OpenCV with Haarcascade algorithm to detect face from an image and to find the weaknesess of haarcascade algorithm. Haar cascade is proven still relliable to detect face. Abstrak— OpenCV memiliki lebih dari 2500 algoritma yang sudah dioptimisasi untuk digunakan dalam computer vision dan pembelajaran mesin. Karena keberhasilannya yang sudah dibuktikan oleh banyak perusahaan perangkat lunak, maka peneliti akan menggunakannya untuk aplikasi face detection dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mencoba menerapkan library pembelajaran mesin OpenCV algoritma Haar cascade untuk mendeteksi wajah pada sebuah gambar dan untuk mencari kelemahannya. Abstract—Sales is an activity that connects customers with sellers through a product or service offered to produce something that is mutually beneficial for both parties. So for that we need a system so that sales transactions can run effectively and efficiently, for example by using a sales information system. CV. Geojaya Nusantara is a company engaged in the sale of coffins. The existing sales system in CV. Currently, Geojaya Nusantara is still carried out conventionally, such as customers who want to buy their products via phone calls or also through messaging applications such as the WhatsApp application. Then the incoming sales data is still done manually, as recorded in a sales book. Therefore, with these problems, a web-based application is needed to support the sales system which aims to simplify all transaction processes, because it can be done anytime and anywhere. The research method used is by conducting direct observations and interviews with employees or shop owners. As for the software development method used is the waterfall method and the programming language used in making the website itself is PHP, HTML, CSS, and JQuery, and for the database it uses MySQL. The expected results in this web-based coffin sales information system at CV Geojaya Nusantara, are expected to be a solution to overcome the problems encountered due to the conventional system, and can also overcome errors in the sales recording input process.   Keywords: coffin sales, information system, web-based

Pada era globalisasi ini telah mengubah berbagai paradigma dalam sektor bisnis yang berdampak pada meningkatnya persaingan antar maskapai penerbangan. Seiring dengan minat calon konsumen yang terus tumbuh, berbagai cara telah dilakukan oleh setiap maskapai penerbangan dalam meningkatkan tipe atau standar kualitas pelayanan. Dalam mengevaluasi kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh maskapai penerbangan dari perspektif bisnis, aspek layanan ini harus dievaluasi berdasarkan indikator kepuasan konsumen. Teknik data mining adalah salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam menentukan tingkat kepuasan konsumen. Evaluasi ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan model klasifikasi. Algortima klasifikasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain: Decision Tree, Random Foreset, Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN). Adapaun tahapan dalam penelitian ini melakukan analisis data, data preprocessing, pembuatan model, melakukan uji model dan mengevaluasi hasil dari model yang dibuat. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa Random Forest merupakan algortima klasifikasi yang paling baik dalam studi kasus ini, dengan nilai tingkat akurasi yaitu 96%. Adapun untuk Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan K-Nearest Neighbor masing-masing memiliki tingkat akurasi 94%, 95% dan 93%.
