El poder de la autoridad formal en las organizaciones escolares 学校组织中正式权威的力量

espanolEl presente articulo presenta los resultados de la investigacion “Micropolitica y clima social laboral en las instituciones educativas”, que buscaba establecer los tipos de poder, la autoridad formal y la influencia que tienen los rectores en las instituciones educativas estatales en Colombia. Asi, uno de sus objetivos fue indagar acerca de los tipos de poder que mas comunmente ejercen los rectores de las instituciones educativas estatales de la ciudad de Ibague (Colombia) en la gestion directiva. Este estudio de enfoque mixto empleo estrategias de indagacion como la aplicacion de una escala tipo Likert, dirigida a docentes y directivos de cuatro instituciones educativas, la realizacion de entrevistas estructuradas y la conformacion de grupos de discusion con estos actores sociales. La informacion obtenida se proceso mediante el Software SPSS 17.0 y SAS (Statistical Analisys System) para los datos cuantitativos, y el software Atlas ti, para los cualitativos. Se concluye que hay luchas por el poder en las organizaciones escolares y que, si bien se privilegia el poder de la influencia basado en el liderazgo, se acepta la autoridad formal de los rectores y se considera como positivo el poder del conocimiento que implica idoneidad en los directivos. Se realizan estrategias de control, dominacion, vigilancia y poder disciplinario. EnglishThis article shows the results of the research carried out on “Micropolitics and Labor Social Climate in educational institutions”, which seeks the types of power, the formal authority and the influence they have on state educational institutions in Colombia. For this, one of its aims was to inquire about the most common types of power in the management of educational resources management in the city of Ibague (Colombia). This mixed-approach study used inquiry strategies such as the application of a standard scale. He referred to teachers and directors of four educational institutions, as well as structured interviews and discussion groups with these social actors. The information obtained was processed through the Software SPSS 17.0 and SAS (Statistical Analysis System), for the quantitative data and Atlas ti software, for the qualitative data. To conclude, there are struggles for power in school organizations; the power of influence based on leadership is privileged; however, the formal authority of the rectors is accepted and the power of knowledge that implies the suitability of the directors is considered as positive. Strategies of control, domination, surveillance and disciplinary power are carried out.

Sentidos de la práctica pedagógica en la formación docente. Caso Facultad de Educación - Universidad del Atlántico 教师培训中的教学实践意义。案例教育学院-大西洋大学

espanolEste articulo presenta los avances de la tesis doctoral Sentidos de la practica pedagogica en la formacion docente para el desarrollo social. La investigacion centra su objeto de estudio en develar los sentidos de la practica pedagogica que atribuyen los docentes en formacion, asumida como proceso reflexivo y transformador, referenciando fundamentos epistemologicos, teoricos y conceptuales, principalmente de la pedagogia critica de Paulo Freire. El diseno metodologico se caracteriza por la reflexion a partir de la interpretacion y comprension del objeto investigado (hermeneutico – reflexivo), centrado en los sujetos: en sus relaciones e interacciones en el contexto de la formacion docente. Producto de la pesquisa desarrollada, se presentan postulados para la trasformacion de la practica pedagogica. EnglishThis paper outlines the development of the doctoral thesis Meanings of Pedagogical Practice in Teacher Training for Social Development. This research aims to identify the meanings that teachers attribute to pedagogical practice during their training, as a transformative and reflexive process, based on epistemological, theoretical and conceptual principles —mainly from the critical pedagogy of Paulo Freire—. The methodological design is characterized by an analysis, on the basis of the interpretation and understanding of the investigated object (hermeneutic-reflexive), focused on the subjects: on their relationship and interaction in the context of teacher training. As a result of the research, the principles for the transformation of pedagogical practice will be presented.

In this article, I attempt to move towards the construction of a genealogy about the relationship between feminist politics and antiracist black and indigenous struggles in Abya Yala, from a decolonial perspective. I explore the late rise of the antiracist, decolonial and ethnic-racial movements and fights in Latin America, observing the ideology of miscegenation and ample westernization processes as an obstacle to be overcome and faced, even by feminism, in its attempt to decolonize itself and face the racial imperial reason installed in its foundation. Finally, I analyze the cost for feminism in Latin America of persisting with this point of view and fragmented treatment of oppression centered on gender.

Este articulo fue escrito tras la muerte de Karl-Otto Apel. El autor hace un recuento del proceso de lectura de los escritos de dicho filosofo aleman, llevado a cabo por el profesor Enrique Dussel y un grupo de sus estudiantes, como preparacion para discutir con el propio Apel, quien estuvo en Mexico en un par de ocasiones. Luego, pasa a abordar el giro pragmatico para mostrar como, a traves de este y de las discusiones con el propio Apel, Dussel y quien escribe se replantearon asuntos fundamentales para avanzar, cada uno en su linea argumentativa, con su desarrollo teorico.

This article analyzes the relation between science fiction and the ontology of set theory, as a means to access to some diegetic process of science fiction genre and its connection with some social and economic phenomena. Also, it is set up a link among the here so-called quantum science fiction, string theory and the proposals by John Rieder, linked to the aesthetic implementation of the ontology of void set, in the context of some ideas developed by Alain Badiou, into this kind of cultural production.

This article shows how the type of question that crosses the philosophical and scientific work is marked by relations of domain characteristic of Greco/Roman tradition, that has twisted the own sense of science fetishizing the possibilities to produce and reproduce life. It tries to promote the generation of an other horizon where life is possible and it would make sense to live it.

This essay explores the topic of the lie and the truth as a problem resulting from a prejudiced interpretation of their presence in our daily relationships and social organization. It proposes the acceptance of a new type of approach in order to overcome this superstructural knot, which, as apposed to being moral and formally logical, is rather epochal, epistemological, erotic and contextual.
