Der Zytokinsturm – eine Komplikation des adulten Morbus Still 细胞风暴是一种死亡的症状

Zusammenfassung. Das Makrophagen-Aktivierungs-Syndrom (MAS) ist eine potenziell lebensbedrohliche Komplikation, die vorwiegend in Rahmen autoimmuner oder rheumatologischer Erkrankungen auftritt. Pathophysiologisch kommt es hierbei zu einem Zustand massivster Hyperinflammation im Rahmen eines sogenannten «Zytokin-Sturms». Wir berichten in diesem Fall von einer 42-jahrigen Patientin mit der Neudiagnose eines adulten Morbus Still, die im Verlauf ein MAS entwickelt. Wir beschreiben in diesem Bericht die typische Klinik, die Schwierigkeiten in der Diagnostik sowie die aktuellen therapeutischen Moglichkeiten bei Patienten mit einem MAS.

Factores que inciden en la motivación de los estudiantes para continuar estudiando Comunicación Social – Periodismo 影响学生继续学习社会传播-新闻动机的因素

This research sought to learn about the factors that affect the motivation of students to continue studying Social communication  – journalism; students worked with those who are the last semester (VII, VIII and IX) of the Soacha Regional Centre, one of the headquarters of UNIMINUTO in Colombia. The research is interesting because there have not been made research on these topics before, also which was evidenced by “case study” methodology that motivation is one of the most important factors so, that a student can decide or not to continue his university studies. At the time of answering to the research question, achieved to comply with the general objective “Identify the factors that affect the motivation of the students so that they to continue their university studies of Social communication - journalism UNIMINUTO program, headquarters Soacha”.

Estrategias didácticas en tecnologías web para ambientes virtuales de aprendizaje 虚拟学习环境的网络技术教学策略

The virtual learning environments (AVAs) have been a subject of discussion and questions mainly on finding the best teaching practices, which tools you can use them and how to achieve optimum utilization have better results in virtual education, for Therefore in this paper some elements about the characteristics, history, teaching, studies have virtual environments and web applications as tools to support teaching and learning, are set for a virtual tutor note the when planning, designing, creating and implementing online courses. Objetos virtuales de aprendizaje y el desarrollo de aprendizaje autónomo en el área de inglés. 虚拟学习对象与英语领域自主学习的发展。

This research focuses on two main aspects: the virtual learning objects as ICT tool for teaching and independent learning; with this we pursue to establish the relevance or not, of certain digital tools, represented as LO, that had certain characteristics, for support in the classroom, so that they fulfill an educational role for the teaching and learning processes, which demands methodologies and knowledge by the teacher and the right attitude by the student. Of course, to achieve that, the overall objective of the research is to “Evaluate the incidence of Virtual Learning Objects as digital didactic tool in teaching and in the development of autonomous learning in English in high school students of the Institution Bertha Gedeon Baladi “which was the chosen population. The methodology used was under the qualitative and quantitative approach with descriptive and evaluative. The research involved 54 students high school; the instruments used for data collection were surveys, interviews and direct observation, the validity of which was guaranteed by implementing a table triple entry into the categories were established, indicators, descriptors and instruments for data collection appropriate to the study methodology. For information analysis methodological triangulation that gave a more complex view of reality, therefore more complete and closer to it was used. The results revealed the high incidence of OVA as a motivating tool in the autonomous learning of the student and their preference to traditional materials, instead of resources lacking interactivity or multimedia.

The environmental education is a process that allows the individual to understand the relations of interdependence with the environment in the one that develops, is like that, since the reality bears biophysics in mind, social, political, economic in this respect it is necessary to generate in the company activities of valuation and respect for the environment. The environmental education is a dynamic and participative process orientated to the formation of critical and reflexive persons with aptitude to understand the environmental problematics of the local, regional and national context. In this frame the need is born of contextualized the labor that has become national in the construction of instruments that allow him the condition to look at the environmental education as a fundamental tool for the care of the natural resources and not as an isolated concept foreign to the community. In the present review their approaches the historical frame of the environmental education in Colombia his challenges, challenges and the way like are opening formative spaces and of projection for the suitable managing of the environment. In conclusion environmental education is a participatory process that must be born of the group in order to give management the natural resources of a region and community where professionals to do is oriental these processes in society.

Socialización de unidades didácticas para la enseñanza-aprendizaje de enlace químico a estudiantes que cursan asignaturas básicas en educación superior 高等教育基础学科学生化学键教学单元的社会化

In this research, a model for educational planning of teaching is presented; the design is based on Didactic Units and the perspectives to higher level education. This is intended to enhance understanding of Chemical Bonding Concept, identifying some of the difficulties students have to understand the interaction between atoms from the macroscopic properties of substances,with the complexity this demands. The research is empirical with the constructivist point or view. The test Covalent Bond and its structure was applied as a diagnostic tool to 42 students of Chemistry and Bachelor of Natural Science and Environmental Education of the Universidad Pedagogica y Tecnologica de Colombia, (UPTC) the perception of this topic becomes a field that allows to explain the natural phenomena and its accurate explanation allows, on one hand, to avoid the students adapt conceptual mistakes, and on the other, foster meaningful learning in them.

Para qué un aprendizaje contextualizado y coherente en la escuela. 为什么要在学校进行情境化和连贯的学习?

The results of a research about the teaching practice at the Institucion Educativa 20 de Julio-Escuela Ignacio Renjifo, Cali, 2003- 2004 are presented. The subject of study was the first grade (group A, afternoon shift), which is composed by children with an age range between 5 and 8 years old. After the observation of the dynamics of the understanding of information, norms and interpersonal relationships, it was possible to have a starting point: understand the mechanism through the students learn to read and write. This goal was related with legislative proposals which were foreign to the own cultural supplies of the students. The methodological view to analyze the process of education focused particularly on the observation of communicative strategies implemented inside and outside the classroom. Guiding elements were implemented in the pedagogy course development, under a vital laced trilogy: context, individual and academia.

La esencia de la formación de formadores en el contexto de la educación a distancia. 远程教育背景下培训师的本质。

The training of trainers in the context of distance education becomes a challenge for teacher’s degree program in Basic Education with emphasis in Mathematics, Humanities and Spanish language, inviting them to structure learning environments conducive to strengthening the apprehension of powers conceptual, educational, technological, and social work to ensure themobilization of knowledge in concrete situations and different scenarios. The objective of the article focuses on the importance of the training of trainers in the context of distance education so characterized, on the one hand, the trainer as a person who refines and contemplates his practice from a surrounding reality that impels the formation of values ethical, human, political, economic, social and immersed cultic in the role of teachers in the twenty-first century, and on the other hand, teachers in training as critical beings, advocates and peacemakers to think as teachers for life. Under this, a reflection between teacher training and professional development to the challenges that teachers face in training regarding their teaching practices supported from teaching and affirmed in the classroom through the teaching process is presented under the staging of competitions and performances from processes that generate autonomy to face the complex world in which we live.

Transformando la universidad en Colombia: Hacia la construcción de nuevos escenarios 哥伦比亚大学转型:迈向新情景的构建

This article raises the need to transform universities in Colombia, understanding that the challenge is to involve universities into the social life, betting on the transformation of the educators and the learners in the construction of a new eduactional setting, which consolidates a more fair and equal society. Responding to an integrative vision the same that allows dealing with problems outside disciplinary barriers and traditional pedagogic schemes, developing competences, knowledge and abilities that impact and propitiate open environments, flexibles of education. The university we must construct echoing Ribeiro is “An utopia in the world of the ideas”, capable of acting as an acceleration of the evolutive agency of society, link or modern expression of the national conscience and that interpretates the reality of the country. A university that shapes the new generations for facing and assuming the future in a responsible way in the face of the compromises of the new society that is developing, gearing their efforts to the investigation, but overall to the humanization of the knowledge.
本文提出了改造哥伦比亚大学的必要性,理解挑战是让大学融入社会生活,在新的教育环境的建设中,把赌注押在教育者和学习者的转变上,这巩固了一个更加公平和平等的社会。回应一个综合的愿景,同样允许处理学科障碍和传统教学方案之外的问题,发展影响和促进开放环境的能力,知识和能力,灵活的教育。我们必须建立与里贝罗相呼应的大学是“思想世界中的乌托邦”,能够加速社会的进化,连接或现代表达民族良知,并解释国家的现实。一所塑造新一代的大学,让他们以负责任的方式面对和承担未来,面对正在发展的新社会的妥协,将他们的努力集中在研究上,但总的来说,是为了知识的人性化。
