Hydrogen Production Technologies 制氢技术

Hydrogen is an important material in refineries. It is produced and also consumed in the various refining steps to manufacture transportation fuels from crude oils. In the US, the total hydrogen supply for refinery consumption is about 2900 MMSCFD. About 60% of the hydrogen demand is met by the hydrogen produced from catalytic naphta reforming. The remainder is generated by supplementary hydrogen production facilities which are nearly 90% by steam reforming. Other hydrogen supplies in refineries include recovery from the off-gases of fluid catalytic cracker (FCC) and coker, and partial oxidation (POX) of heavies and resids. This paper presents the overview of these technologies
