Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis faktor lingkungan eksternal dan internal yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dalam pemasaran UM Metro dan Menyusun strategi promosi yang sesuai bagi UM Metro.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel nonprobability sampling yang artinya teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang/kesempatan sama bagi setiap unsure atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel dan teknik sampel purposive sampling, yaitu responden dipilih secara sengaja dan teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SWOT dan Analitical Hierarkhi Process (AHP) Hasil Analisis SWOT dirumuskan bahwa pososi UM Metro berada pada kuadran I yaitu strategi Support growth oriented strategy (Strategi Agresif). Strategi agresif ini dimaksudkan memanfaatkan seluruh kekuatan dari UM Metro dan dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada atau dapat disebut juga strategi SO. Strategi promosi yang tepat berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan metode AHP hasil Menggiatkan promosi online dari berbagai media khususnya melalui media social dan website, Memberikan program beasiswa full (bebas biaya kuliah) dan tambahan biaya hidup baik dari pemerintah maupun dari pihak kampus untuk mahasiswa berprestasi secara akademik dan kerohanian, Mengikuti perlombaan maupun ajang kegiatan prestasi lainya, mengikuti kegiatan seminar nasional dan international, memberikan pelatihan softskill bagi mahasiswa, dan dipromosikan ke media social, media cetak dan elektronik guna mencetak lulusan UM Metro yang berkualitas.

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of students in solving problems of the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) type. The sample based on this research is Junior High School 05 Bengkulu City. The form of research used to analyze students' abilities in solving HOTS questions is a research method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study explained that "almost all" (92.5%) UTS questions were of the HOTS type. The characteristics in the UTS items are "almost all" (97.3%) synchronous items using indicators of competency achievement. Half of the stimuli used in the problem are pictures, while some of the mini are diagrams, tables, models & less based on are case fragments. While the characteristics of critical thinking questions as much as 85%, less based on half an indicator of focusing in questions.

Pembelajaran di masa Pandemi Covid-19 masih mengalami kendala untuk diselenggarakan secara tatap muka. Beberapa lembaga yang menyelenggarakan pembelajaran tatap muka memberlakukan protokol kesehatan yang sangat ketat. Namun selebihnya tetap menggunkan media online untuk pembelajaran, tidak terkecuali pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Pembelajaran online diberdayakan untuk memberikan layanan pembelajaran kepada seluruh mahasiswa. Hal ini menuntut pendidik untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran inovatif guna memfasilitasi belajar mahasiswa, sehingga hasilnya tetap berkualitas sebagaimana pembelajaran tatap muka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar biologi melalui melalui Scaffolding pada Virtual Blended Learning Mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan kelas selama 3 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil T.P. 2021/2022 pada matakuliah Telaah Biologi SMA Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan Scaffolding pada Virtual Blended Learning meningkatan hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa dari dengan peningkatan 20,82%. Presentase ini dilihat dari nilai sebelum tindakan dengan nilai pada akhir siklus 3. Selanjutnya, peneliti menyarankan agar pendidik menyelenggarakan pembelajaran dengan scaffolding pada virtual blended learning dalam pembelajaran online di masa Pandemi Covid-19.

The purpose of this study is the teacher's efforts to increase learning activities in thematic learning during the Covid-19 pandemic for grade VII students and the teacher's efforts to overcome inhibiting factors in learning activities in thematic learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative research method in the form of a narrative. The source of the research subject is the seventh grade students of SMPN 05 Bengkulu. In data collection, the tools used are observation and interviews. The results of this study are in an effort to increase thematic learning activities in SMPN 05 schools, the following conclusions can be drawn as follows: the teacher's efforts to improve thematic learning during the covid-19 pandemic at SMPN 05 are by teaching a teacher, when a teacher is creative in teaching and explaining learning to students. By implementing and pursuing the success of the learning carried out, it can be used as feedback for subsequent learning in order to minimize the obstacles that occur in the learning process .
