Facilities and infrastructure are all facilities needed in the teaching process, whether the process runs sequentially, smoothly, regularly, effectively and efficiently to achieve educational goals. This study aims to describe and explain why the principal still doubles as a teacher and why not recruit new educators and also to reveal the application of Human Resource management and the role of the principal in the kindergarten. The research method used is to use a qualitative descriptive approach, which guides research to explore or portray the social situation to be studied thoroughly, broadly and in depth. The results showed that there are still some kindergartens that still experience shortages in the fulfillment of human resources to support children's learning activities.

The research article is about a training program aimed at improving hair cutting skills using a mannequin as a tool for learning. The program was conducted for teacher who teach students with special needs and aimed to develop their technical skills, communication, and interaction with clients. The research method used in the study is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The study aimed to improve the skills of cutting hair using the Serbaneka (statue) media as a learning aid. The study was conducted in two cycles, and data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the use of Serbaneka media as a learning aid in hair cutting skills training was effective in improving the skills of the participants. The study also suggested several strategies to improve the teaching of hair cutting skills, such as using attractive teaching methods, incorporating hair cutting skills into the curriculum, and prioritizing the budget for hair cutting skills training. The recommendations of the research were to incorporate hair cutting skills into the curriculum of schools, to provide training for teachers and school administrators, and to promote the use of mannequins as a tool for learning. .

SMP Negeri 4 Tanjung Morawa is one of the schools that has implemented the Merdeka Curriculum since July, 2021. The Merdeka Curriculum is an option for learning recovery due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of the Independent Curriculum is to provide learning flexibility for teachers and students stipulated in the independent learning program. Differentiated learning is a learning approach in an independent curriculum that facilitates students in a fun learning process. Differentiated learning is designed based on the needs of students which include aspects of content, processes and products. The purpose of this study is that SMP Negeri 4 Tanjung Morawa can improve the quality of learning through a differentiated learning approach. From the calculation results using the Likert scale, differentiated learning on practical data presentation material of 72.53%. Overall, the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMP Negeri 4 Tanjung Morawa is quite good, but schools still need improvements in both teacher readiness, student readiness and school readiness in facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of the independent curriculum.

This study aims to find out the description of the ability of students in solving mathematical questions type Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) comparative material in class VII. This research uses descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects selected in this study were 3 students, the selection technique is based on each 1 student from a high-capability student group, 1 students from a medium-capable group and 1 student of a low-capacity group. Students with high cognitive abilities at C4 (analysing), C5 (evaluating), and C6 (creating) level are able to solve HOTS issues, as well as meet all phases of problem solving. But at the cognitive level C5 (evaluating) is not able to complete the entire phase of problem solving (3) Students with low cognitiveness at the level C4 (analysing), C 5 (assessing), and C 6 (creating) are unable to solve the HOTS issue and are only able to meet the stage of solving the problem of information compilation alone.

Science learning is learning related to natural knowledge that is learned from facts, concepts, and the discovery process. Natural science learning is often said to be difficult learning because it is abstract and logically mathematical. One way that can be used to improve students' cognitive outcomes is by using the experimental method, where students can conduct experiments independently about something they learn so that they will be motivated in learning. The subjects in this study were 31 students of class VII E SMP N 37 Semarang. The technique used to analyze the level of success of students in understanding the material motion and style can be seen from the completeness of student learning. It is said to be classically complete if it obtains a yield of 75%. The results of data analysis show that there is an increase in learning outcomes (cognitive aspects) can be seen from the average score achieved by students in learning using the experimental method and learning using the demonstration method is 77.5 ≥ 71, while student learning completeness in learning using experimental and learning methods using the demonstration method is 77.4% ≥ 51.6%. The conclusion from this analysis is that learning with experimental methods of motion and style material can improve students' cognitive aspects.

STEAM merupakan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan ilmu pengetahuan dan seni. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas IB MI Al Bidayah Candi yang mana sudah menerapkan pembelajaran dengan STEAM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran tematik terintegrasi STEAM sudah berhasil. Siswa terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan eksplorasi, esksperimen, dan kolaboratif. Tantangan yang dihadapi diantaranya sumber daya kurang, kurangnya pelatihan STEAM yang diintegrasikan dengan kurikulum, kurangnya waktu dalam mengelola penilaian. Peneliti merekomendasikan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran tematik terintegrasi STEAM. Rekomendasi tersebut berupa peningkatan pelatihan guru dalam menggunakan STEAM, pengembangan sumberdaya dan sarana yang memadai, dan pengembangan strategi untuk mengevalusi sesuai dengan pendekatan tematik.

The use of technology in the field of education is very important to do, because it can support the learning process to be more effective and efficient. The use of learning videos greatly influences learning outcomes and can help the learning process continue in conveying ideas. The use of learning videos is very helpful in conveying learning material that is difficult to explain. However, until now the use of learning videos is very lacking in teaching and learning activities, especially in learning Natural Sciences (IPA). This study aims to determine the use of learning technology in the form of the presence or absence of the influence of learning videos on students' natural science learning outcomes in junior high schools. The research method used is meta-analysis. Meta-analysis is a literature review or by reviewing the literature, analyzing research results that are on official websites or that have been officially published through campus internal publication media and/or scientific publication media. Individual happiness is the hope that humans want to achieve during life in the world. Many factors influence the value of happiness, including self-control and feeling useful for others. This research is to find out whether the teaching profession can achieve individual happiness which will affect organizational performance. The research method used is descriptive by conducting a survey aimed at obtaining information on teacher happiness using a Likert scale with the dimensions of feeling and the dimensions of the meaning of life. The conclusion of the positive respondent's perception on the statement that the dimensions of feelings and dimensions of the meaning of life affect individual happiness
