INVENTARISASI DAN KARAKTERISASI PADI LOKAL LAHAN RAWA DI KAWASAN KECAMATAN PULAU MALAN KABUPATEN KATINGAN LOCAL RICE INVENTORY AND CHARACTERIZATION OF SWAMP LAND IN THE REGENCY OF PULAU MALAN, KATINGAN REGENCY

Terdapat dua agroekosistem utama di Kalimantan Tengah yang dominan dimanfaatkan untuk usaha tani padi, yaitu lahan rawa dan lahan kering. Padi lokal spesifik lahan rawa banyak ditemukan di Kabupaten Katingan, terlebih di Kecamatan Pulau Malan masih didominasi oleh padi lokal lahan rawa dikarenakan Kecamatan Pulau Malan berada di daerah sepanjang sungai Katingan yang pada suatu waktu sering mengalami banjir, kedalaman rawa yang berbeda-beda membuat masyarakat sering mengalami kegagalan usaha tani dalam pengembangan bibit unggul. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi, menginventarisir dan mengkarakteristik serta menganilis jenis tanaman padi lokal dari kepunahan. Penelitian dilakukan di empat desa yang ada di Kecamatan Pulau Malan yaitu Desa Tewang Papari, Desa Tewang Darayu, Desa Buntut Bali, dan Desa Manduing Taheta pada bulan Desember 2021 – Juli 2022. Dari hasil inventarisasi terdapat 23 varietas padi lokal dengan karakter morfologi yang beraneka ragam, profil tanaman yang tinggi, jumlah anakan mulai dari sedang hingga sangat banyak, sebagian varietas memiliki aroma nasi yang harum dengan rasa nasi pulen, sedang hingga pera.

Aplikasi Mikoriza dan Rock Phosphate terhadap Pertumbuhan, Hasil, dan Kualitas Jagung Ketan 菌根应用和磷酸盐对糯米的生长、结果和质量

Pengguanan pupuk hayati mikoriza dan batuan fosfat (rock phosphate) dalam memacu pertumbuhan tanaman jagung telah banyak dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung dengan mengkombinasikan antara penggunaan mikoriza dan rock phosphate. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan di Dusun Sengir, Sumberharjo, Prambanan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen di lapangan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis pupuk hayati mikoriza yang terdiri dari 3 level yaitu tanpa mikoriza, mikoriza 5 g/tanaman, dan mikoriza 10 g/tanaman. Faktor kedua yaitu berbagai dosis pupuk rock phosphate yang terdiri dari 4 level yaitu  tanpa rock phosphate, rock phosphate 100 kg/ha (1,75 g/tan), 200kg/ha (3,50 g/tan), dan 300 kg/ha (5,25 g/tan). Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan uji Anova dan uji lanjut DMRT dengan taraf  5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh mandiri pemberian Mikoriza pada tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, bobot tongkol, panjang tongkol, dan diameter tongkol, dengan hasil terbaik pada dosis 10g/tan. Sementara itu, pengaruh mandiri rock phosphate terdapat pada parameter jumlah daun, diameter batang, bobot tongkol, panjang tongkol, dan diameter tongkol, dengan hasil terbaik pada dosis 300kg/ha.

TINGKAT KEPUASAN PETANI DAN STRATEGI KEBERLANJUTAN KEMITRAAN INTI-PLASMA KELAPA SAWIT DI KALIMANTAN BARAT 农民满意度和西加里曼丹棕榈油内持续性伙伴关系战略

ABSTRACTPlantation is one of the sector that drive economy of the community. However, plantation management at the farmer level still has problems. One of the ways to improve the welfare of farmers is by empowering farmers through partnership programs. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of smallholder palm oil farmer on inti-plasma partnership and the strategy for partenrship sustainabiliy at PT. Bumitama Gunajaya Agro, Nanga Tayap District, West Kalimantan. The Snowball sampling method was used for sample determination. Data were collected by observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Analysis model in this study is used a Likert scale and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the level of satisfaction of plasma farmers on the partnership pattern with PT. Bumitama Gunajaya Agro is in the satisfied category. Strategy for the partnership sustainability was grouped into four strategies, namely the S-O (strength-opportunity): collaborating with Ketapang Regency Cooperative office in plasma financial accountability reporting activities; the W-O (weakness-opportunity): Involving plasma smallholders in the management of plasma plantations by collaborating with the plantation office, and core companies must have ISPO and GAP certificates; the S-T (strength-threat): Provide compensation  to members of plasma farmers if at any time there is theft of fruit or land fires; and the W-T (weakness-threat): The core company cooperates with plasma farmers in training activities for handling land fires, as well as providing training to plasma farmers outside the plantation scope.ABSTRAKPerkebunan menjadi salah satu sektor penggerak ekonomi masyarakat. Peningkatan kesejahteraan petani dapat diupayakan salah satunya dengan memberdayaan petani melalui program kemitraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan petani kelapa sawit terhadap pola kemitraan inti-plasma dan mengetahui strategi keberlanjutan pola kemitraan inti-plasma di PT. Bumitama Gunajaya Agro Kecamatan Nanga Tayap, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis dan pembentukan model menggunakan skala likert dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan petani plasma terhadap pola kemitraan dengan PT. Bumitama Gunajaya Agro berada pada kategori puas. 摘要种植业是带动社区经济发展的重要部门之一。然而,农民层面的人工林管理仍然存在问题。改善农民福利的方法之一是通过合作项目赋予农民权力。本研究旨在了解西加里曼丹南加塔雅区Bumitama Gunajaya Agro小农棕榈油农户对合作伙伴关系的满意度及合作伙伴关系的可持续性策略。样品测定采用滚雪球取样法。通过观察、问卷调查和访谈收集数据。本研究的分析模型采用李克特量表和SWOT分析。结果表明,血浆农户对与PT. STRATEGI PEMASARAN IKAN MAS DI DESA SITU DAUN, KECAMATAN TENJOLAYA, KABUPATEN BOGOR

Rana Berkah Jaya is a company that produces fresh carp in Tenjolaya, Bogor Regency. Carp has a promising market opportunity both as a Sundanese food and for fishing ponds. These opportunities lead to increasingly fierce business competition. For this reason, it is necessary to study internal and external factors and develop a marketing strategy using IFAS, EFAS and SWOT analysis. Internal strengths factor are products with guaranteed quality; competitive prices; payment method; services; various sizes of fish. Weakness factors are: the number of products is limited; promotional technology; pond quality; water sources. External factors that are opportunities are: potential market; regular customer; many fishing ponds; lack of jumbo cultivators. while the threat factors are: similar fishery business; fish feed costs; pests and diseases; climate disturbance. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis show several alternative marketing strategies were obtained consisting of the SO strategy: maintaining various sizes for fishing pool needs; keep cheap price in order to be competitive; service optimizing to consumers. ST strategy is to improve product quality; improve product quality with better maintenance techniques. The WO strategy is to utilize social media technology for promotion; Forming business partners to maintain product continuity. The WT strategy is to utilize cultivation technology to minimize climate disturbances and looking for alternative water sources to avoid pests and diseases.

Carp has a promising market opportunity both as a Sundanese food and for fishing ponds. These opportunities lead to increasingly fierce business competition. For this reason, it is necessary to study internal and external factors and develop a marketing strategy using IFAS, EFAS and SWOT analysis. Internal strengths factor are products with guaranteed quality; competitive prices; payment method; services; various sizes of fish. Weakness factors are: the number of products is limited; promotional technology; pond quality; water sources. External factors that are opportunities are: potential market; regular customer; many fishing ponds; lack of jumbo cultivators. while the threat factors are: similar fishery business; fish feed costs; pests and diseases; climate disturbance. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis show several alternative marketing strategies were obtained consisting of the SO strategy: maintaining various sizes for fishing pool needs; keep cheap price in order to be competitive; service optimizing to consumers. ST strategy is to improve product quality; improve product quality with better maintenance techniques. The WO strategy is to utilize social media technology for promotion; Forming business partners to maintain product continuity. One way to produce seeds in a short time is through vegetative propagation by in vitro culture. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of a certain concentration of Benzyl Amino Purine (BAP) on the multiplication of taro shoots ( Colocasia esculenta L.). The research conducted at the Laboratory of the Food and Agriculture Security Service of Bogor City, in August 2020 – February 2021. The test was carried out with BAP concentration as a single factor in completely randomized design. Concentration of BAP with 4 treatment levels and one control. The treatments of growth regulators (ZPT) were P0 (Control), Pl (0.5 mg/L BAP + 0.2 mg/L NAA), P2 (1 mg/L BAP + 0.2 mg/L NAA), P3 (1.5 mg/L BAP + 0.2 mg/L NAA), P4 (2 mg/L BAP + 0.2 mg/L NAA). The replications number for each treatment and control level was 4, so that the total experimental units were 20. Observation parameters included height of shoot, number of shoots, leaves, and roots. This research showed that the application of BAP on Murashige and Skoog basic media affected the number of shoots also the roots in the multiplication of taro plants. The P2 was the best treatment in stimulating the multiplication of bentul taro plants in vitro. This treatment could induce shoot height, number of shoots, and leaves while the P1 treatment increased the number of roots.

Potensi Penggunaan Bahan Tanam Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) Melalui Teknik Penanaman TSS (True Shallot Seed)

Allium ascalonicum L. or generally known as shallot, is one of the commodities belonging to the important vegetables in Indonesia. In Indonesia, shallots are cultivated vegetatively with seed tubers which are also used as consumption tubers. because it is more practical and easy, and has a high success rate. Needs in large quantities will next planting material, forcing farmers to expend considerable cost to meet the needs of planting material especially made from tubers. One alternative solution the problem of planting material which at the same time increases the production and quality of shallots is the technology of healthy planting material, namely True Shallot Seed (TSS). TSS is the development of shallot planting material through seeds. TSS is considered better because it has the advantages of a lower seed needs, as well as more resistant to pest and diseases. There is no interaction between varieties with population density/planting spacing, however, the use of the Bima variety is considered to have tuber sizes that tend to be larger than the others, this is evidenced by the weight of fresh bulbs and dry bulbs that are heavier than the others. However, it has a growth tendency such as plant height and number of leaves per clump which is smaller than other varieties.
