This study explores the bilateral relationship between Pakistan and Turkey during the Cold War, in which the bilateral relationship had developed gradually. To understand why it had developed? We must transcend cultural and religious factors. The study argues that the development of bilateral relations was mainly due to the interest of the Western Allies and the strategic consensus between Islamabad and Ankara. Although the Cold War was dominated by bipolarity, in which two superpowers pursued their power and influence globally including the Middle East, it is by no means that other regional powers acted nothing role. Turkey had played a central role in getting Pakistan to join the regional pact, which was in West's strategic interest. Besides, Pakistan and Turkey stood out prominently in terms of the strategic consensus since 1965. Strategic consensus between them has helped to forge cooperation on key issues such as Kashmir and Cyprus. Our analysis shows that relationship between the two countries was caused by these two factors, in which cultural and religious factors are either ineffective or have little impact.

The present study was an attempt to examine influence of leadership styles upon professional motivation of lecturers (PE). The population of this current research comprised of the Lecturers (PE) performing in all government public colleges in Punjab. No sampling technique was preferred due to the accessible population in a particular study. Two self-designed, Likert type scales (the leadership style and professional motivation) were used for collecting of the required data. Overall, 80% return response rate was recorded. The collected data were tabulated and analyzed using both the descriptive and inferential statistics. The formulated hypotheses were tested with a significant level of 0.5. The study results from regression show significant influence of leadership styles on the professional motivation of lecturers. Similarly, prediction of professional motivation through the leadership styles over stepwise regression also provides the information about the dominant role of the transformational leadership style as compared to other leadership styles.

Different education sectors are playing active role in the development of students like performance, self-esteem, and confidence. To fulfill the study purpose, the researcher used 2 scales (Rosen Berg self-esteem and Dr. John confidence level scale) and collected the data from the students of both of the specified educational settings. The students of universities of the district Faisalabad were the study population, and students of 3 selective universities were the sample of the study. After data collection, the researcher applied one-way ANOVA to check the impact of all variables on students’ academic achievement. The study results showed no significant impact of both types of education on students’ academic achievement but it has a significant impact on their confidence level and the self-esteem. At the end of the paper, it was recommended that teachers need to focus on student confidence level and self-esteem to build their good personalities leading to the higher academic achievements.

The central theme of the study is to investigate influence of workload on burnout dimensions, especially emotional exhaustion, and explores the moderating effect of social support. Data has collected through the Cross-sectional method over questionnaire in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The overall level of emotional exhaustion among employees is high as compared to other professions. Both, the job demands and resources were associated with burnout, especially workload has main predictor of emotional exhaustion. It further suggests that exhaustion of the employees has been minimized by making reasonable demands in working environment. Also, from findings, social support influence workload and emotional exhaustion, where it concludes that resources increase level of emotional exhaustion and demands are decreased. Future research is needed to deal with the substantive problems and methodological limitations of the present study.

Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune condition that triggers the buildup of skin cells too quickly. This buildup of cells formed scaling to the surface of the skin. It became basically Inflammation and redness across the scales. Typical colour of psoriatic scales is whitish & silver, which occurs on the skin in dense red patches. Those patches can crack and bleed at times. (Dry Erythematous, Macules, Papules & Scales). Psoriasis is one the worst dermatological disorder in the world affects up to 3.5% and the Indian population roughly 0.44 to 2-8%. All the skin diseases in Ayurveda have been described under the broad heading of “Kustha Roga”. Kustha divided in 2 types: - Maha Kustha & Ksudra Kustha. Ekakustha is considered one of the Kshudra Kustha. Ayurvedic Samhitas have considered all type of Kustha is Tridosaja. On the basis of dominance of Dosha they have different types. So that Ekakustha is (Vata-Kaphaj) phenomenon. Eka-kustha is (Vata-Kaphaja) phenomenon. Psoriasis has a wide range of presentation from just a single spot to involvement of all over the body. When we carefully analyses the nature, we can see close resemblance of symptoms between Psoriasis & Ekakustha. This Comparative Clinical study shows that combined three procedures- Vaman Karma, Virechana Karma & Lepa by Sidhartak Churna is showing more effective re-sults in reliving Psoriasis in comparison of single procedure like Vaman Karma by Sidhartak Churna, Virechan Karma by Sidhartak Churna & Sidhartak Lepa is showing less relief than combined 3 procedure.

Dream of a mother is to get involved actively in upbringing of child, which is impeded if she is suffering from painful condition like rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in postpartum phase. It causes physical incapacity and psychological trauma as well. Present case is a patient who developed RA one month after full term delivery by caesarean section. In view of symptoms, she was diagnosed as case of Amavata. She received Ayurvedic treatment Simhanada Guggulu, Pratapalankeshwara Rasa, Dashamoola katutraya kashaya and combination of Swarnabhupati rasa, Tapyadi loha, Mahavatavidhvansa, Chopachini (Smilax china), Shunthi (Zinziber officinale) and Guduchi (Tinospora Cordifolia) for four months and course of Kala basti (medicated enema) along with application of medicated oil (Vishagharbha Taila Abhyanga) and sudation (Bashpa sweda) for ten days. Complete remission was seen after treatment for four months. The patient was free from oral analgesics. RA test titer that was 160 international units per milliliter (IU/ml) before treatment showed marked reduction (28.12 IU/ml) after 75 days of treatment and later dropped in normal range (6.1 IU/ml). Normal milestones were seen in the child receiving breast feeding. Application of Ayurvedic principles showed excellent results in this case where modern medical management options were limited due to lactation.
