Mucormycosis its Pathogenesis and Treatment 毛霉病的发病机制及治疗

Mucormycosis is an ailment that originates from a saprophyte. Mucorales are a group of a growing number of members who have mucormycosis. The environmental contamination with fungal spore and now in COVID-19 the high use of steroid, which increases the occasion of mucor. It is a worldwide infectious disease as well as there is no vaccine to treat mucormycosis. Therapies for mucormycosis involve a coordinated surgical and medical approach. Antifungal therapy, iron sequestration, and adjunctive therapy are the various therapies to treat mucormycosis that will discuss in the article. Also the pathogenesis, identification of mucormycosis will review here.

A Review on Analytical Method for Determination of Venlafaxine HCl in Bulk and Pharmaceutical dosage form 盐酸文拉法辛原料药和制剂剂型分析方法综述

Venlafaxine HCl is one of the antidepressant agent which comes under the category of serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor i.e SNRI. This medication is usually used to treat major depressive disorder in adult. It may help to improve the mood and energy level and also to regain the interest in daily activities in the depressed person. The present review focus on various approaches for the analysis on Venlafaxine in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage forms. The review represents the various analytical method like the RP-HPLC, HPTLC, UV Spectroscopy and Stability Indicating Methods which were used for the investigation of Venlafaxine in bulk and different dosage formulations.

Design, Formulation and Characterization of Microspheres containing Mesalamine for the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis 治疗溃疡性结肠炎的美沙拉胺微球的设计、配方和表征

The purpose of the present study was to prepare, characterize and evaluate the colon-targeted microspheres of mesalamine for the treatment and management of ulcerative colitis (UC). Microspheres were prepared by the ionic-gelation emulsification method using tripolyphosphate (TPP) as cross linking agent. The microspheres were coated with Eudragit S-100 by the solvent evaporation technique to prevent drug release in the stomach. The prepared microspheres were evaluated for surface morphology, entrapment efficiency, drug loading, micromeritic properties and in-vitro drug release. The microspheres formed had rough surface as observed in scanning electron microscopy. The entrapment efficiency of microspheres ranged from 43.72% - 82.27%, drug loading from 20.28% - 33.26%. The size of the prepared microspheres ranged between 61.22-90.41μm which was found to increase with increase in polymer concentration. All values are statistically significant as p<0.05. The release profile of mesalamine from eudragit-coated chitosan micro-spheres was found to be pH dependent. It was observed that Eudragit S100 coated chitosan microspheres gave no release in the simulated gastric fluid, negligible release in the simulated intestinal fluid and maximum release in the colonic environment. It was concluded from the study that Eudragit-coated chitosan microspheres were promising carriers for colon-targeted delivery of Mesalamine.

Case study on Deep Vein Thrombosis with its Systemic management 深静脉血栓形成及其系统治疗的个案研究

Deep vein thrombosis commonly known as DVT has globally about 1–2 per 1000 population cases. The rate of Mortality is high; About 6% death cases occurs within primary 30 days of DVT by the primarily through pulmonary embolism, and also about 13% of patients with the pulmonary embolism. Among treated patients, about 20–50% develop post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS) after DVT, and 3% develop chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension after pulmonary embolism.3,4 After 3–6 months of anticoagulation, VTE recurs in up to 40% of patients within 10 years. The risk of recurrence is two- to threefold higher after unprovoked than provoked VTE. Deep Vein thrombosis (DVT) is a life-threatening condition which may lead to sudden death as an immediate complication due to formation of thrombo-embolism. DVT is associated with various risk factors such as prolonged immobilization, inflammation, and/or coagulation disorders including muscular or venous injury. Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) frequently occurs in the lower limb. Successful treatment of DVT exclusively by the use of the different remedies has rarely been recorded in peer-reviewed journals. The present case report intends to record yet another case of DVT in a patient cured exclusively Since this report is based on a single case of recovery, results of more such cases are warranted to strengthen the outcome of the present study.

Machine learning as a branch of Artificial Intelligence is growing at a very rapid pace. It has shown significant benefits across a number of different industry verticals in helping them improve their productivity and making them less reliant on humans. The success and the growth of any industry depends on the manageability of massive data, using the data for predictions and deriving business value, automating the processes without the need of human intervention, provide satisfactory services to their clients and the security of client's information. Machine learning is a method that provides a way to transform the processes that leads to growth by using the statistical methods. The focus of this paper is to provide an overview of machine learning and highlight the various areas where machine learning is implemented by the business organizations and industries.

GST Calculation for Invoice Generation in IT Filing IT归档中发票生成的消费税计算

Goods and Services Tax (GST) Accounting and Billing System is arguably one of the most complex Information Technology (IT) Systems in the world – in terms of scale, size, and complexity. Under Goods and Services Tax, the returns of the buyer’s will be auto filled by data from the returns done by sellers and invoices uploaded by him/her. The software will have to match the data automatically from the returns and uploaded invoices and accept/deny/modify these invoices. The uploading of duplicate invoice is not allowed by the Goods and Services Tax system. All payments, uploading of invoices and filing of returns will have to be done electronically by all taxpayers only through the Goods and Services Tax portal. Access to and use of technology is therefore crucial for all taxpayers registered with the Goods and Services Tax Network, without which they cannot conduct business. This paper intents a proper invoice generation through the software and application that will be uploaded on the Goods and Services Tax Portal for filing Income Tax Returns.

Over three thousand years in India, the Ayurvedic system of medicine has been in use. The phytomedicine, which is modernized method of formulating different kinds of herbal medicines, has yielded a new herbal product as well as new system of herbal medicine. The plant Casuarina equisetifolia is evergreen tree; belongs to family Casuarinaceae generally, attain height up to 50 m, introduced into India. The presence of different chemical constituents responsible for pharmacological activity such as analgesic, anti-inflammatory, Anti-histaminic, Wound healing. This research article highlighted Pharmacognostic account as well as physico-chemical evaluation, which shows how it will effective in the treatment of disease and disorder using herbal medicine. In addition to that, the Stem-inner bark of Casuarina equisetifolia is phytochemically evaluated using three different extract of Casuarina equisetifolia such as Methanol, Ethanol and Aqueous extract to show which secondary metabolites are present and result is that Methanol extract shows maximum Phenol, Tannin, flavonoid and Terpenoid content followed by Ethanol extract and then aqueous extract so that one can conclude stem-inner bark of Casuarina equisetifolia responsible for different pharmacological activity.

Heavy Metal Concentration in underground water due to Fly Ash at Janjgir Champa region in Chhattisgarh 恰蒂斯加尔邦Janjgir Champa地区粉煤灰对地下水重金属浓度的影响

The present study focused on the groundwater contamination due to fly ash disposal of coal-fired thermal power plant into a non-liner ash pond. Tendubhata were selected as study site around ash pond of Marwa thermal power plant. Groundwater samples were collected on random basis using composite sampling method. Ten heavy metals (Ca, Cu, Cd, Cl, Zn, Pb, Ni, Cr, Mn, and Fe) were detected in coal, fly ash, and groundwater samples. Heavy metal concentration in coal and fly ash was assessed by Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence, while AAS was used for groundwater assessment. The observed results revealed the exceeding value of heavy metals prescribed by WHO for groundwater.
