Pharmacological Study and Phytochemical Study of Celastrus paniculatus Seed 芹菜种子的药理研究和植物化学研究

The Celastrus paniculatus wild belongs to family Celastraceae. In Ayurveda is known as ‘Tree of life’ and ‘Elixir of life’. It is commonly known as Malkangani and Jyothishmati in Hindi and Sanskrit respectively. The plant contains bioactive compound such as Alkaloids, Tannins, Flavonoids, Saponins, Steroids, Terpenoids, Phlobatannins, Cardiac Glycosides and Phenolic Compound. seed oil are the most used parts of this deciduous plant and oral and intranasal routes are most preferred for delivering this drug in Ayurveda. Different studies have show that it has various pharmacological activities which involve neuroprotective activity, rejuvenative activity, cardiovascular activity, analgesic activity, anti-inflammatory activity, anti-infertility activity, antioxidant activity, free radical scavenging activity anti-arthritic activity etc. Mainly oil from seeds is used for stimulating intellect, sharpening memory and in the treatment of brain related disorder of all the age category. It also reported as a potential nervine tonic, rejuvenator and an anti-depressant. Celastrus paniculatus Willd is one of the medicinal plant having its importance in health care system as a indegenous medicinal plant also. The seed involve steroid alkaloids and bright natural coloring matter, celapanine, celapanigine, celapagine, celastrine, and paniculatine are the important alkaloids.

The Omicron variant is quickly becoming the most common SARS-CoV-2 virus spreading throughout the world. To understand probable loss of protection against Omicron infection, it's critical to identify declines in viral neutralizing activity in serum of convalescent or vaccinated people. Antibodies against Omicron and various variants have been detected by scientists. These antibodies target non-evolving regions of the viral spike protein. A booster dose improves the quality and amount of the humoral immune response, which has been related to better protection against the disease's more severe signs. Vaccines and boosters must be provided promptly around the world to stop the virus from spreading.

Depression is a post-covid scenario in the householder’s life due to sedentary life-style due to covid. Work from home has impacted so many people making life sedentary. Raj yoga plays a important role in healing. Also, covid has laid importance and taught the importance of spiritual well-being. Practicing positive affirmations along with Rajyoga1, along with eating sattvic and energized ahaar (Diet), Following a (Routine) that is dincharya achaar, and creating positive (Thoughts) vichaar, and proper (Recreation and Relaxing) vihaar that is vihara plays a very important role in treating depression.

Study on Noise Levels in Chapra District sites due to Traffic Density 因交通密度而引致的恰普拉区工地噪音水平研究

Noise pollution is recently being recognized as a major health threat to both humans and other animals with the rapid urbanization along with increased vehicular moments resulted in unpredicted rise of noise pollution in the urban environment. This study was aimed to assess traffic noise in selected sites of Chapra District, and the observed noise levels were analyzed for parameters like Leq, Ln, TNI (Traffic Noise Index) and the results thus obtained revealed maximum noise intensity in Chapra town followed by Sonpur and Dighwara sites during the study period.

The water has become an emotive issue with the people. The paper presents groundwater quality assessments of Pilani Town District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan India. The water samples were collected from 10 open wells, tube wells and hand pumps in Pilani. Ground water is increasingly being sought as a source of drinking water due to the scarcity, non-availability and bacteriological pollution of surface water. This paper describes the important results of the Physico-chemical Assessment of the ground water samples of the open wells, tube wells and hand pumps of the urban areas in Pilani, District Jhunjhunu of Rajasthan. The different parameters determined are pH, TDS, fluoride, chloride, nitrate, sulphate, total alkalinity and total hardness. It has been observed that nitrate values are higher compaired to ICMR standards. Other parameters were found within desirable limits. The interesting fact is that the nitrate alone is making ground water unfit for drinking.

Mirabilis jalapa L. commonly known as Four O’ Clock plant is a perennial herbaceous medicinal plant well known for beauty of its flowers, sweet fragrance and folklore remedies or traditional uses. This plant contains various phytochemical and some are having been isolated from its parts, such as alkaloids, glycosides, carbohydrates, flavonoids, phytosterols (beta-sitosterol and stigmasterol), ursolic acid, oleanolic acid, trigonelline. A number of pharmacological activities are reported in this plant like anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative, anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-spasmodic, antinociceptive, anti-viral, diuretic, anthelmintic and urinary tract disorder. The present study is therefore aimed at providing a review of the literature on phytochemical and pharmacological properties of Mirabilis jalapa L.

Seasonal Primary Productivity Variation in Shatiya Wetland of Gopalganj (Bihar) 比哈尔邦戈帕尔甘杰沙提亚湿地初级生产力的季节变化

The primary productivity is basic aspect to understand water quality and fishery potentials. The water samples were analyzed for physico-chemical parameters and light and dark bottle method used to quantify productivity. The results indicated that productivity greater than respiration showed positive relationship with required biomass at wetland sites to productivity. The primary producers constitute a significant position in trophic limit in wetlands and showed fluctuations in net and gross primary production along with community respiration and chlorophyll content. These parameters exhibited bimodal fluctuations in primary productivity during summer and winter seasons except monsoon period. Seasonal variation in the rate of primary production does not remain same throughout the year.

The primary producers constitute a significant position in trophic limit in wetlands and showed fluctuations in net and gross primary production along with community respiration and chlorophyll content. These parameters exhibited bimodal fluctuations in primary productivity during summer and winter seasons except monsoon period. Any pharmaceutical industry's primary goal is to consistently produce products with the required characteristics and quality at a reasonable cost. A method must be developed for the discovery, development, and evaluation of medicines in pharmaceutical formulations. The primary goal of this review paper was to examine the creation and validation of the medicine formulation technique from the beginning. applies to the entire commercial batch of the product. When an analytical approach is used to obtain results for the quality of medicine-related samples, it is critical that the results are accurate. A validation policy is specified in the pharmaceutical industry for how to execute validation, types of validation, and validation policies to meet the requirements of good manufacturing practise (GMP) laws. Validation is critical to the efficient operation of pharmaceutical companies. Stability and validation were undertaken at every stage, from raw material to completed product. The method was appropriately established, and validation parameters were discussed using the example of various substances in terms of accuracy, specificity, precision, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantitation (LOQ), ruggedness, robustness, and system suitability testing. For the routine and stability analyses, all validation parameters are utilised.
