The Effect of the Shielding Gas Flow Rate on the Geometry, Porosity, Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Laser Weld Joints 保护气体流量对激光焊接接头几何形状、孔隙率、显微组织和力学性能的影响

Abstract In this research, studied was the microstructure of AW5083 aluminium alloy butt laser weld joint fabricated under the Ar + 30 vol. % He shielding gas. The light and electron microscopy, computed tomography, microhardness measurements and tensile testing were used for evaluation of the weld joint properties. Porosity volume in the weld metal (WM) was observed by the computed tomography (CT). The volume of porosity in the weld No. 1 was 0.05 mm3, while that in the weld No. 2 was 1.45 mm3. The width of the weld No. 1 was 4.69 mm, the average tensile strength was 309 MPa, and the average microhardness was 55.7 HV0.1. Polyhedral grains with an average grain size diameter of 48 μm were present in the heat-affected zone. The fusion zone (FZ) was of a dendritic structure with an average grain size of 20 μm. Three intermetallic compounds β-Al3Mg2, γ-Al12Mg17 and Al49Mg32, which were identified by transmission electron microscope (TEM) analysis, were present in inter-dendritic areas of the WM. The weld joint was characterized by ductile fracture in the base metal (BM). In the FZ, a small number of Al2O3 particles of irregular shapes were observed.

Design of Single-Purpose Milling Machine Prototype and its Verification With Respect to Defined Criteria 单用途铣床样机的设计及其标准验证

Abstract The application of individual components in the milling machine design must be monitored because of the mechanical load affecting individual parts. For this reason, defined and monitored parameters within the design include, for example, individual fixed elements, the acting forces and the material properties of individual parts. In fact, the material properties are one of the main criteria included in the control calculations and numerical simulations that were developed to verify the proposed structure.

Influence of Surface Roughness on Selected Geometric Characteristics of Laser Beam Welded Joints of AW 2099 Alloy 表面粗糙度对aw2099合金激光束焊接接头选择几何特性的影响

Abstract Al-Li alloys are used in various industries owing to their good mechanical and physical properties. However, one of the limiting factors of welding the aluminium alloys by laser beam is the high reflectivity of the beam and thus the reduced efficiency of the laser. Reduction of reflectivity can be achieved by increasing the surface roughness, which may have a beneficial effect on the absorption of the laser, resulting into affecting the weld bead dimensions. The paper deals with the analysis of the influence of surface roughness of welded materials on geometry of welded joints. Specimens of AW 2099 alloy 2099 with a thickness of 3 mm were milled to achieve different levels of roughness, and then laser welded. Characteristic dimensions of the welds (weld surface/root width) were measured. The obtained data were statistically analysed using the ANOVA method, in order to assess statistical significance of the influence of individual roughness parameters on the geometric characteristics of welds. The results of the analysis showed that, within the monitored range and surface roughness parameters, only the influence of roughness parameter Rq, Rz on the weld root width can be considered statistically significant.

Process Schedule of Material Flow Activities in iCIM 3000 iCIM 3000中物料流活动的工艺计划

Abstract When the modeling production or assembly processes, it is decisive to choose the type of model that allows the process to be simulated as efficiently as possible. The technical preparation of production must respect the impact of randomly changing the order conditions and, at the same time, specific working conditions. The complexity of such a system can be modelled using simulation models. These simulation models can be designed based on the work algorithm of the production line in question. An algorithm is a finite sequence of well-defined instructions to accomplish a task. The final solution to the concept of a flexible production and assembly system will be to design a simulation model; algorithm is part of this simulation study.

Use of Nesting Workstations in Assembly 在汇编中使用嵌套工作站

Abstract Over the years there has been a fixed idea that components just enter the assembly floor and that assembled products leave it subsequently after certain operations have been executed on such products. Besides, there is a common notion that only small and simple products can be assembled on the so called “assembly nests”; however, the dimensions of objects assembled inside these keep increasing. Nowadays, even an aircraft, a boat, etc. can also be assembled on a moving trolley. This is possible given to the fact that the trolley with the product and with the operators themselves may come to the same storage of parts, while the system does not need to be balanced in time. On the other hand, in assembly nested layouts, the productivity of one operator is usually higher than the productivity on the line station and this because such lines are not often time balanced. Besides, this is also enhanced by the fact that more than one operator can work on a single nest. In this regard, the present paper seeks to identify the ways of combining or assembling components into products, and to analyse quality of the abovementioned assembly approaches.

Work 4.0 Competencies in the Female Optics 工作4.0胜任女性光学

Abstract Recently, the research in Industry 4.0 has been focused not only on the technological aspects of Industry 4.0, but also on the wellbeing of the workers and their autonomy and job satisfaction. In this paper, specific requirements related to Industry 4.0 implementation are reflected with regard to female element. Based on the analysis of the key challenges of the Industry 4.0 development, specific challenges in human capital of women are pointed out, such as e.g. the social skills, maintenance of non-routine jobs, and support to adaptation to Industry 4.0. The aim of the paper is to analyse if women in Slovakia are prepared for the of Industry 4.0 development in terms of digital access, digital literacy and digital attitudes (patterns of digital participation).

Usage of Online Marketing Tools in Industrial Companies 工业公司在线营销工具的使用

Abstract In this paper, we present the results of a secondary research regarding the use of online marketing tools in industrial companies. We focused on researching the theoretical foundations of online marketing, especially in the field of using its SEO and PPC tools. We defined the basic concepts, described the principles of individual tools and dealt with their comparison. Based on the study of data from published studies, we analysed the use of online marketing tools in the conditions of industrial companies operating in the Slovak republic. In future, it will be appropriate to expand the research and focus on the specifics and comparison of these tools’ utilisation in different types of industrial companies.

Abstract The rapid development of digital technology and its applications in almost all business areas has resulted in the emergence of new terms such as e-supply, e-administration, e-CRM, e-sport, m-commerce etc. This paper describes one of the logistics models in e-commerce based on outsourcing of logistics services, i.e. dropshipping. Presented are logistics processes in e-commerce, various logistic models, applied IT technologies and innovations, as well as principles of functioning and determining marketing methods for this type of trade. The research was conducted on the example of an online store selling toys and children’s articles, which operated on the market based on the dropshipping model. A comparative analysis of the dropshipping warehouse offer was the main part of the research.

Determinants of Industry 4.0 Technology Adaption and Human - Robot Collaboration 工业4.0技术适应与人机协作的决定因素

Abstract Aim of the paper is to analyse specific factors of human-robot collaboration and adoption to Industry 4.0 technologies in relation to working in mixed teams and in virtual work environment. Based on literature review and current findings in unified theory of technology acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model and its extensions, new endogenous factors might be included/considered, in a UTAUT model, namely emotional attitude (trust towards technology, perceived threat) and new moderators such as a location of organization and type of workplace-based training in organization. Team identification and self-extension process are intended as drivers for development of positive attitudes in human-robot collaboration and prerequisites of sustainable human-robot interaction. Regarding the findings in human-robot collaboration, the authors suggest including the type of personality and the attitudes towards Human-Robot collaboration among the extended factors of technology adoption within Industry 4.0 strategy. Emotional attachment acts as a relevant factor of successful Human-Robot collaboration that can be maintained by a support of team identification and self-extension process. For the development of positive attitudes in human-robot collaboration, principles of personalized design can be applied, e. g. engaging the workers in designing specific features of the robot. It can be supposed that specific models of technology adoption - as UTAUT/UTAUT2 will require new extensions in a context of work analysis in a virtual work environment, e.g. health and psychological assumptionsIn the paper, subjective assessment of the increase in well-being of the workers after the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies is identified as one of the new Industry 4.0 outcomes within the human capital definition of Industry 4.0.
