Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi dan mengidentifikasi kendala penerapan ISO 9001: 2008. ISO 9001: 2008 menetapkan persyaratan dan rekomendasi untuk desain dan evaluasi sistem manajemen mutu. ISO 9001: 2008 bukan merupakan standar produk karena tidak menentukan persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh produk (barang atau jasa). Penerapan ISO 9001: 2008 diharapkan dapat menghasilkan layanan yang berkualitas. Mengingat pentingnya ISO 9001: 2018, banyak organisasi yang membutuhkan sistem manajemen mutu yang baik dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnisnya, salah satunya adalah rumah sakit. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Desain penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data lengkap dengan wawancara dan pengecekan dokumen. Setelah itu, mengumpulkan data sebagai sumber informasi untuk mengevaluasi pengendalian internal dan menarik kesimpulan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak adanya sertifikasi halal pada produk makan olahan terhadap minat beli masyakat muslim di Kota Kendari.. Metode penelitian merupakan metode survei dan alat analisis yag digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen secara keseluruhan menyatakan bahwa bahan makanan olahan yang memiliki sertifikasi halal dan makanan yang bersertifikasi halal merupakan hal yang sangat penting diketahui sebelum makanan tersebut dikonsumsi, Berdasarkan hasil olahan data meunjukkan bahwa variable sertifikasi halal dan variable bahan makanan olahan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan

This paper examine the relation between women’s income, women’s education, and the percentage of women as professional workers toward women’s life expectancy in Indonesia. This research use random effect model with 34 Provinces data from 2010 to 2017. This paper show that women’s income, women’s education, and the percentage of women as professional have positive and significant effect to women’s life expectancy in Indonesia. This paper show that women’s education has bigger effect on women’s life expectancy in Indonesia than women’s income and percentage of women as professional workers.

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance of the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 143 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have negative and significant effect on the employee performance, but work-family conflict have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship work-family conflict and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang through enhancing work-family conflict management practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

The growth of delivery services sector in Indonesia continues to grow every year. JNE Express and J&T Express are two major delivery services companies in Indonesia. To be able to survive in the intense competition of delivery service companies, companies need to implement the best service quality to consumers. Delivery services that have good service quality will certainly be more attract to consumers. This study is a comparative analysis which aims to describe the differences in service quality of JNE Express and J&T Express. The data in this study used primary data collected through questionnaires to 400 respondents. Research instrument used is five dimensions of service quality based on SERVQUAL Model and used Mann Whitney U-Test for data analysis technique. The results of descriptive analysis shows that service quality of J&T Express gets higher average than JNE Express. Based on the results of Mann Whitney U-Test shows that there are differences in reliability, responsiveness, and assurance dimensions. But, there are no difference in tangible and empathy dimensions. It can be concluded that there are differences in the service quality of JNE Express and J&T Express delivery service in Indonesia.

Tujuan dari riset ini ialah untuk mencari informasi, serta menganalisis penerimaan salary pegawai dimasa pandemi pada toko ban di wilayah Cikarang. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dua responden kunci. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan memakai pedoman wawancara. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa selama pandemi COVID-19, tidak terjadi perubahan komponen penggajian. Namun ada perubahan dalam sistem penggajian dalam bentuk kenaikkan gaji pokok karyawan. Selain itu, ditemukan hasil bahwa kenaikkan gaji dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan. Dengan adanya kenaikkan gaji, karyawan memiliki kesempatan lebih untuk menyalurkan perasaan stress, sehingga berdampak terhadap motivasi kerja yang berakibat terhadap peningkatan penjualan ban secara bulanan. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa karyawan ingin pengurangan jam kerja karena ditemukan pada jam-jam tertentu hampir tidak terdapat konsumen sehingga hanya membuang-buang tenaga karyawan jika toko terus dipaksakan buka.

Salah satu faktor penting yang dapat menentukan volume penjualan suatu produk adalah menjaga tingkat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap kualitas suatu produk sehingga akan mendorong peningkatan kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk tersebut. Logo De Corps sebagai salah satu brand yang dipasarkan melalui Matahari Departement Store Sukabumi sangat banyak dinikmati oleh konsumen. Tetapi persaingan yang sangat ketat di bidang ritel saat ini sangat memungkinkan dapat menggerus konsumen dengan brand Logo De Corps tersebut. Untuk itulah dibutuhkan strategi yang tepat agar dapat menjaga kepercayaan konsumen terhadap merek Logo De Corps tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran mengenai masing-masing variabel mandiri seperti yang ditunjukan dalam judul penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survei. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa customer service dan kepercayaan merek mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Banks manage liquidity carefully because of differences in fund tenor collected and channeled. Meanwhile, at the same time, it must fulfill transaction needs, reserve requirement, current liabilities, and be cautious in facing sudden liquidity needs. Therefore, bankshold a sufficient amount of liquid assets. Liquidity management tends to be a trade-off. On one side, insufficient liquid assets can cause banks to be unable to carry out transactions with its customers or fulfill its maturity obligations. On another side, high liquid assets can result in a lost opportunity, because the liquid assets do not provide a return. The purpose of this research is to analyze what factors influence the level of banks liquid assets. This research was conducted using a dual regression model to analyze the variables studied, with a case study of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri from 2016-2017.The dependent variable was the level of liquid assets. Meanwhile, the independent variables were the amount of third party funds, financing growth, financial market access between banks, current liabilities, and previous month profit. The research results reveal that two variables are statistically significant towards bank liquid assets, which are third-party funds and previous month profit. Third-party funds and previous month profit have a positive and significat influence towards liquid assets. Meanwhile, the other variables do not significantly determined liquid assets.

Therefore, bankshold a sufficient amount of liquid assets. Liquidity management tends to be a trade-off. On one side, insufficient liquid assets can cause banks to be unable to carry out transactions with its customers or fulfill its maturity obligations. On another side, high liquid assets can result in a lost opportunity, because the liquid assets do not provide a return. The purpose of this research is to analyze what factors influence the level of banks liquid assets. This research was conducted using a dual regression model to analyze the variables studied, with a case study of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri from 2016-2017.The dependent variable was the level of liquid assets. Meanwhile, the independent variables were the amount of third party funds, financing growth, financial market access between banks, current liabilities, and previous month profit. The research results reveal that two variables are statistically significant towards bank liquid assets, which are third-party funds and previous month profit. Third-party funds and previous month profit have a positive and significat influence towards liquid assets. Berbagai macam alternatif pilihan untuk berbelanja telah ada tersedia saat ini dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi di era revolusi industri 4.0. Belanja dipasar modern dan e-commerce menjadi pilihan bagi konsumen untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh customer behavior terhadap e-commerce dan pasar modern dengan lokasi penelitian di khususkan di Medan Tuntungan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kausal kompetitif yaitu dengan menggunakan data primer. Banyaknya populasi yang digunakan dalam menjawab pertanyaan pada penelitian yaitu berjumlah 59 orang. Sedangkan untuk memperoleh data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden yang dijadikan objek penelitian. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Structure Equation Models (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,779 dan nilai t-value sebesar 4,262. Artinya, pengaruh customer behavior terhadap e-commerce sebesar 77,9%. Indikator kepercayaan adalah indikator yang paling besar mencerminkan customer behavior. Customer behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pasar modern dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,776 dan nilai t-value sebesar 11,681. Artinya, pengaruh customer behavior terhadap e-commerce sebesar 77,6%.
