The most devastating pandemic to ever infiltrate humans is COVID-19. An automatic detection system is an instantaneous diagnosis option to prevent COVID-19 transmission. The objective of this research work is to propose a novel CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) based Covid-19 detection system to classify the radiological (chest X-ray) images into binary classes (Covid-19 and Non-Covid-19) and three (multi) different classes ( Normal Lungs, Lungs infected by Covid-19 and Lungs infected by Pneumonia). The efficiency of the proposed CNN(CoronaNet) model is compared with six existing pre-trained models (AlexNet, GoogleNet, VGG-16, SqueezeNet, Inception-V3 and ResNet-50) for identifying Covid-19 from radiological images. The computer experimental results demonstrate that the proposed CoronaNet model has achieved an overall accuracy of 96.4% for binary-class classification (Covid-19 and Non-Covid-19) and 94.4 % for multi- class classification (Normal, Covid-19 and Pneumonia). The proposed technique could be a useful tool for radiologists to diagnose and treat Covid-19 patients promptly.

Every year lot of children are passing away due to hyperthermia and coronary heart strokes. This is happening because the children are left inside the car unknowingly. Many incidents of such cases are increasing rapidly in the past few decades. These incidents are recognized as the automobile injuries and for this, a research has been done to know more about the fat situations of the surroundings of such instances. By the research it is known that there are two elements which made the kids more liable to hyperthermia when compared to adults. A systematic rationalization about how this can be appeared that the children are left unknowingly by their parents in the vehicle can be identified with working memory, it builds up the pressure obstruction and impends to a particular interest. In past two years, 16 children of these cases in Italy and 53 children of these cases in US of infant hyperthermia because of abandonment in vehicles were perceived. These discoveries propose that instructive bundles and writing for guardians concerning auto insurance should incorporate such data about these threats of the heart stress, in fact such actions are unknowingly happened and not intentionally done. In triumph over these issues a prototype has been proposed by means of the child safety alert system.

Wireless infrastructure-less networks provide network resources independent of location. These networks are mobile, resource heterogeneous, peer-to-peer, self-forming, and adaptable. Health management, military, and disaster aid use such networks for reliable communication. These networks use routing to connect source and destination nodes and forward data packets. Network nodes' buffer sizes hinder efficient routing. We present a buffer-aware route-finding system that optimises nodes' packet processing based on their residual buffer size using the knapsack algorithm. Our buffer overflow-prevention method improves network performance. Using the NS-2 simulator, the suggested mechanism reduces packet loss, improving network performance. Our work proposes an effective routing protocol for wireless infrastructure-less networks that takes into account nodes' restricted buffer sizes. The proposed system could be used where efficient and reliable communication is needed.

It is said that a camera cannot lie. However, in this digital era, it has become abundantly clear that it doesn’t necessarily depict the truth. Increasingly sophisticated machine learning and artificial intelligence with inexpensive, easy to use and easily accessible video editing software are allowing more and more people to indulge in generating so-called deep fake videos, photos and audios.. These clips, which feature fabricated, altered and fake footage of people and things, are a growing concern in human society. Although political deep fakes are a new concern, pornographic deep fakes have been a problem for some time. These often purported to show a famous actress or model or any other woman, involved in a sex act but actually show the subject’s face superimposed onto another woman’s body who is actually involved in that act. This feature is called face-swapping and is known as the simplest method of creating a deep fake. There are numerous software applications that can be used for face-swapping, and the technology used is very advanced and is accessible. Deep fakes raise questions of personal reputation and control over one’s image on the one hand and freedom of expression on the other. This will have a significant impact on user’s privacy and security. Increasingly, governments around the world are reacting to these privacy evading applications for e.g., India banning TikTok and the USA investigating the privacy issues of TikTok and in the process of enacting laws to reduce the impact of deep fakes in the society. The study in this paper includes the ethical and legal implications surrounding the deep fake technology which also includes the study of several international legislations and analysing the position of India in tackling the crime of deepfake.

A simple and easy task such as parking is thought as a tedious and time-consuming process due to mismanagement of parking system. Current parking systems involve huge manpower for management and requires user to search for parking space floor by floor. Such conventional systems utilize more power, along with user’s valuable time. This paper presents a Smart Parking & Energy Management solution for a structured environment such as a multi-storied office parking area. The system proposes implementation of state-of-the-art Internet of Things (IoT) technology to mold with advanced Honeywell sensors and controllers to obtain a systematic parking system for users. Unoccupied vehicle parking spaces are indicated using lamps and users are guided to an empty parking space, thus eliminating need for searching for a parking space. The occupied parking spaces are virtually stored to the cloud to be accessed by central system and direct the upcoming cars to empty spaces. The automatically controlled light illuminance helps reduce energy usage, along with lighting up the parking space to the user whilst in the parking space. The entire system being fully automatic leads to reduced manpower involved and improves illuminance aesthetics of the parking area. This paper aims at improving user’s time value and convenience in a parking system.

Women Entrepreneurs are the women who initiate, organize and operate the business. They are the ones who own and manage the business and to earn more profits with their creativity and new ideas to run a business. In the initial stage, they start their business with small scale and expand to large scale business. Women undertake all the risk and face many challenges in their business. Their strong feeling to do something is an inbuilt quality who is capable of providing values in both family and social life. This Women Entrepreneurship can make a strong contribution to the economic well-being of the family, communities, women's empowerment and poverty reduction. Women Entrepreneurs engaged in some of the business-like AgarBatti making (Incense stick),Papad Marketing, Embroidery, Handicraft, catering services, Running restaurant, snack bars, Small retail shops, Beauty Parlour, Pickle Manufacturing etc.

People who listen to community radio are better able to take part in civic discourse, government, economic development, poverty alleviation, and anti-corruption campaigns. There is no natural audience for community radio. What is needed is to connect Community Radio to people's most pressing concerns and to ensure that people see their issues in the context of their right to development." It's a study on the effectiveness of Community Radio (CR) in India, as well as on the level of community involvement in the programme. By examining the efficacy of selected indicators, this study aims to bridge the knowledge gap that exists between the broadcaster and the beneficiaries. Community radio stations in India have been singled out for examination, with an eye toward documenting and analysing their own internal structures as well as their finances. An important factor in supporting a community radio station's long-term viability is the number of populations it serves, which in turn attracts more revenue in the form of advertising, which in turn improves the station's sustainability. Lacking policy, Nepali radio stations self-identify as "Community" or "Commercial" stations based on their stated mission statements and goals and the way they programme.

State estimation is an essential part of every energy control management system. Accurate estimation of state or operating state is essential for security control and monitoring of power systems. Power system state estimation is a procedure to estimate true state from the inexact state of a power system. The conventional state estimator provides estimates of the power system states, i.e., bus voltages and angles which is obtained. State estimation is a computational technique for electrical power system. It empowers the calculation of the power flows of the electrical power system which are not observed or not directly measured. State estimation is a computer program that detects, isolate and eliminate the incorrect or bad measurement data and estimates the accurate state. The magnitudes of bus voltage and phase angle are the states variables for an electrical power system. This paper outlines Weighted Least Square (WLS) estimation techniques and simulated estimation for standard IEEE systems.

The term 'public service advertising', although familiar to all of us, has never been exposed to critical analysis in India till 2000 onwards as the growing popularity and inescapability of media messages through advertising has reached to a crescendo during the times of a transition from one-dimensional print media to digital media. And in this process of change-over, the intent of 'public service' which means to mobilize the public to take action for a common goal or objective, has got affected. Public service advertising with all ennobled and embellished connotations, catalyzing social change or transformation is nothing new. However, the problem arises when under the garb of 'public service' the centers of power, media elites or communication strategists, try to propagate their own world views through constantly bombarded different social media platforms, the grey areas of borderline between public service or public good and personal interest and personal benefit get obliterated. This research study will try to highlight the issues of propagandist intent of public service advertising and how the ideals of social change or social development through development communication strategies is taking a drastic turn towards forging a mass consensus on false assertion and fake identity. The article has used quantitative analysis methodology to analyze the various understanding of the concept of 'public service advertising' and for that matter, social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram are used as its variables for analysis. The sample size used for this study is 150 respondents. The study has concluded from the detailed analysis that the alarming scenario of diluting the phenomena of 'public good or public service' has created a huge propensity towards creating a hegemony, ie, self-glorification or self propaganda and the 'social development' intent of the social messages or public service messages is getting diluted because of the growth of strategic communication interfaces or equipped professional elites working as political actors.
