The advantage offered by kinetic studies in the gas phase is that the velocity coefficient is not affected by surfaces, catalysts or solvents that interact with the substrate. So far, gas phase thermolysis of esters derived from oxalic acid have been scarcely studied. In this investigation, the kinetic study of the thermal decomposition of ethyl chlorooxoacetate between 543–593 K and 76–209 mbar was carried out, using a static vacuum system whose operation are widely described. Total pressure measurements and chromatographic products analysis indicates consecutive first order reactions, unimolecular and homogeneous for substrate decarbonylation, followed by ethylene elimination, unlike the ethyl oxoacetate thermolysis, which proceeds by parallel decarboxylation and decarbonylation pathways. Arrhenius equation for the reaction studied between 543.2 – 593.1 K was found to be log k 1 = (13.22 ± 0.45)– (179.4 ± 4.9) kJ mol –1 (2.303RT) –1 and velocity coefficient at 623 K significantly larger than for the decarbonylation of ethyl oxoacetate, suggesting that chlorine substituent would have a greater tendency than hydrogen to migrate to the adjacent carbonyl, forming more rigid bonds transition state

The present research includes the study of photovoltaic systems and current techniques for maximum power point tracking, in relation to irradiance and temperature, a flap of proposing a reconfigurable PV scheme, simplifying the number of actuator components in the arrangement solar monitoring and regenerative heat recovery circuits, applying neural control in the adaptation of the coefficients of efficiency of the stages of the system. The method consists of identifying the correspondence of the SFVs with the LFSR circuit architecture and the identification of adaptive coefficients, in order to generalize the optimization model on a parameterized ANN. The VHDL description of the architecture was made for its synthesis on FPGA technology, in order to efficiently deal with the computational complexity, parallel processing and technical-environmental feasibility of the design. The results present an alternative technique based on self-similar circuits, with stages of adaptive gain, storage and configurable feedback. This research leads to the concept of intelligent concentration systems, which provides a valuable model, which can be applied in the area of engineering, design and scientific research.

Lead-lag compensators are still used for the control of various real systems, therefore, they are an indispensable topic in the study of automatic process control. In the teaching of control theory, the need for didactic systems is evident to offer the possibility of experimenting with analog controllers, this way the theoretical knowledge is strengthened with practice. The object of this work is to describe the design and implementation of a control module based on lead-lag controllers as a physical tool in teaching the theoretical principles of automatic control. The control module was built with easy use and low cost elements in Venezuela. This module features four independent sub-modules: two controllers and two electrical systems to be controlled, which can be connected to each other. The results obtained with the control module slightly differ from the simulations. This designed module allows the user to develop analysis skills in control systems by single, friendly and safe interaction when varying controller parameters.
