This study aims to know the effect of Hadrah Rodad Dance on adolescent religiosity. The subject of this study is male adolescents, who are 12 to 15 years old and being students of Islamic Junior High School (MTs) in Lamongan regency. There are 60 adolescents who are chosen, and they are grouped into two groups randomly. The first group consists of 30 adolescents as an experimental group. The second group consists of 30 adolescents as a control group. Type of this study is experimental research using pretest-posttest control group design. The research data is taken by using a religiosity scale. The data analysis technique used is analysis of covariance (ANACOVA) which is obtained by F = 67,744 and Sig/p = 0,00. It means that there is a significant difference between the group of adolescent religiosity which gets the treatment of hadrah rodad dance (experimental group) and the group of adolescents who do not get the treatment of hadrah rodad dance (control group). After the groups have been given the treatment of hadrah rodad dance, there are different results of the groups. The religiosity average of the experimental group is 37,37 which is higher than the religiosity average of the control group, that is 5,76. The results of the study prove that the dance of hadrah rodad is an effective way to improve adolescent religiosity .

This research aims to observe the effectiveness of supportive group therapy to improve the optimism of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing the hemodialysis. The subject was divided into the experimental group (n= 4) and control group (n = 4). The research design was pre-test post- test control group and was measured by three times (pre-test, posttest and follow-up for two weeks). Life Orientation Test (LOT-R) developed by Scheier and Carver (1985) was the measurement tools used to measure the optimism. The training module was arranged based upon the supportive group theory by van den Heuvel, et al (2002). The results showed that the subject in the experimental group had a significant increase in the optimism score in comparison to the control group that was given no supportive group therapy. The implication and limitation in the research finding would be the discussion.
本研究旨在观察支持团体治疗对改善慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者乐观情绪的效果。将受试者分为实验组(n= 4)和对照组(n= 4)。研究设计为前测后测对照组,分为前测、后测和随访三次,为期两周。Scheier和Carver(1985)开发的生活取向测试(LOT-R)是用来测量乐观情绪的测量工具。培训模块的安排基于van den Heuvel等(2002)的支持群体理论。结果显示,实验组受试者的乐观得分明显高于未给予支持团体治疗的对照组。本文将讨论研究结果的意义和局限性。

8-10 years old are the end period of children where children start to think logically, critically, creatively, and scientifically. Along with so much cases on child sexual violence, sex education is important to understand self, environment, and people around. Sex education is an effort to educate and direct proper sexual behavior in children. In Indonesia, sex education for children is still considered as taboo, especially at the age of early and middle age of children. Parents assume that sex education is inappropriate for young children. Psychoeducation needed to improve attitudes of parents in providing sex education on children. Subject of research are parents in grade III of SD Negeri M Malang (N=19). This research is pre-experiments research with one group pretest posttest design. The results showed an increase in parents attitudes before and after intervention (t =-2,932; p = 0.009). Thus, it can be concluded that the psychoeducation effective to improve the attitude of the parents in giving sex education on children

This study aims to examine the influence of quantum learning training on increasing interest in science learning to students . Subjects in this study were 8 students of class IV SD Negeri Ponjong II Gunungkidul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta with less learning interest in science subject. The data was analized by a scale of interest in learning science subject with GUTMANN scale model compiled by researchers. Experimental designed employed was pretest – posttest control group design. Subject in this study was randomly divided in two group, experiment group and control group that consist of 4 subjects in each groups. Mann Whitney U was used to analize the differences between the pretest, posttest, and follow up from gained score. The result of score analysis pretest – posttest was 0,021 and pretest – follow up score was 0,020 ( p < 0,05), mean rank of experiment group was 6,50 and mean rank of controlt group was 2,50 which indicated that experiment group has a higher level of interest in learning science. This showed that quantum learning training could increase student’s interest in learning science subject at SD Negeri Ponjong II Gunungkidul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

Today, fathers are more involved in children’s caretaking. This role has shifted the views about family. Fathers who had the function as breadwinners are now also taking the role as caregivers. Unfortunately there are still some inadequacy in caregiving by fathers, especially in communicating with children. This issue needs to be handled because father’s competence in caregiving affects the development of the children to produce positive behavior. Fathers need an intervention to increase their knowledge and skills to communicates with children. One intervention that gives maximum effect is by trained fathers to increase knowledge and skills on active listening. This research is a one group pretest and posttest design type which involved 5 young adult fathers with children aged 4-6 years old and was performed in Depok, West Java. The final result shows a significant differences in fathers’ active listening knowledge and skills before and after receiving the father active listening program

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy training on work engagement of nurses at regional general hospital in South Sulawesi. The hypothesis of this study is self-efficacy training can improving work engagement of nurses at regional general hospital in South Sulawesi. The subjects of this study were 12 nurses, 6 nurses for the experimental group and 6 nurses for the control group from four care rooms: interna (I and VII), child (II), and surgical (V) with civil service status the hospital is at least 1 year, minimum education D3 Nursing and has a level of work engagement included in the category of medium. This study used the scale of work engagement (UWES) adapted by Christian, Hastjarjo, Ancok, and Meiyanto (2013) and the self-efficacy scale compiled by Valentino and Himam (2013) using self-efficacy dimensions expressed by Bandura (1977,1986). This research is a quasi experimental research with non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design using Mann-Whitney and Friedman’s test analysis technique. The result of data analysis showes that the hypothesis was rejected.
本研究旨在探讨自我效能感训练对南苏拉威西地区综合医院护士工作投入的影响。本研究假设自我效能感训练可以提高南苏拉威西地区综合医院护士的工作投入。本研究的对象为12名护士,实验组6名,对照组6名,分别来自内科(I、VII)、儿童(II)、外科(V)四个护理室,具有公务员身份,在医院工作至少1年,最低学历D3护理,工作投入水平为中等。本研究采用Christian, Hastjarjo, ancock, and Meiyanto(2013)改编的工作投入量表(UWES)和Valentino and Himam(2013)采用Bandura(1977,1986)表达的自我效能维度编制的自我效能量表。本研究采用Mann-Whitney和Friedman检验分析技术,采用非随机前测后测对照组设计的准实验研究。数据分析结果表明,假设被拒绝。

In today's modern society, including in Indonesia, there is an environmental crisis. This environmental crisis can be overcome by changing people's behavior and perspective by intervening to the community as early as possible. Storytelling can be one way to increase children's understanding about respect for nature. This study aims to knowing the effectiveness of storytelling to increase understanding of respect for nature in children aged 5-6 years. This study involving 31 children from TK Negeri Pembina, Kuningan, as participants. Intervention is done by reading four tales in four days. Understanding of respect for nature is measured using a measurement tool created by the researcher, in the form of six illustrations that depicting the behavior of respect for nature. The statistic analysis using Wilcoxon signed-rank test showed the difference of mean value of respect for nature understanding is significant (p <0.05) between before and after reading tales. The result of post-test 2, which done two weeks after the intervention still shows an increase score from the pre test.

This experiment research aimed to examine the effect of Keajaiban Doa Islamic Training to improve emotional well-being of high school students in SMK “X” Yogyakarta. This research used non-randomized Pre and Posttest Control Group Design. Participants of this research were divided into two group, control and experiment groups. Keajaiban Doa Islamic Training was only gave to 14 respondents from experiment group and have identified as low emotional well-being score. They were asked to complete Simsek’s emotional well-being scale (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,86) before and after experiment. The result showed significancy p=0.00 (p < 0.05) for the comparison level of g score on experiment and control respondents at pre and posttest. It means that Keajaiban Doa Islamic Training could improved emotional well-being of high school students in SMK “X” Yogyakarta. The aim of this research is to look at the effect of taubat dan istighfar or repentance and seeking forgiveness therapy on anxiety. The subject of this research is psychology students. The research was carried out in the form of quasi-experimental, using pre-test analysis, post-test analysis, and follow-up. Before the treatment, all of the subjects were given the anxiety scale using the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), in which subject with high and moderate anxiety will be used as research subjects. The data were analyzed using the T-test method to measure the significance and effect size on both variables. The results are r= 0.8 (.00< r <1.00) and p= 0.003 (p<0.05) in which shows that there is a significant effect on anxiety before and after therapy was given, and there variabilities or effects produced by the therapy. Based on this research shows that the repentance and seeking forgiveness therapy effective in lowering the anxiety level for Undergraduate students.
