Risk prediction is an important part of the information security system. At present, information security system needs an effective prediction method urgently. In accordance with the information security risk assessment process and combination of assets, threat, vulnerability and safety control measures, to strengthen the correlation among these factors and make the prediction results more objective for the target, the authors put forward a model based on the combination of the grey theory and analytic network process(ANP) with information security risk prediction. First, the model predicted value of each element is obtained by grey theory GM(1,1), and then establish the weight of each risk assessment element through the analytic network process (ANP) by analyzing interdependency and feedback, finally, set up systematic risk fuzzy comprehensive calculation to process data and build accurate mathematical model by combining with the risk assessment level. That is [0,1],to achieve a more accurate risk situation prediction through the quantitative results so of realistic significance for information system security.

The study was done in order to overcome the disadvantages of classical optimization algorithm for reservoir optimal operation, such as curse of dimensionality and early maturity. Particle swarm optimization algorithm based on the niche, crossover and selection operators (NCSPSO), which carry out diversification treatment with history best position of particle in the process of optimization, was presented in this paper. The mathematical model and procedures for reservoir optimal operation by using NCSPSO were proposed in detail. The mathematical model was applied to specific reservoir. Study results show that this method has higher efficiency and performance in reservoir optimal operation and enhanced energy. NCSPSO will be a new method to solve the problem of reservoir optimal operation.

In this paper, an approach is presented to realizing a simple, multifunctional digital channelized structure which is easily implemented in hardware according to the concept of modularity of software radios. The proposed architecture based on the uniform digital channelized structure of band-pass filter bank provides four kinds of channel structures which are formed by different combinations of the decimation factor M and the arrangement of filter group. In the proposed implementation of the filter group, the number of filters K is related to M by K=M or K =2M, and simultaneously the arrangement of filter group can be selected to be even or odd. Through flexible module configuration, this architecture is simply achieved in FPGA hardware.

An active Fault Tolerant Control (FTC) technique for a low-cost and fixed-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) subjected to several scenarios of sensor and actuator faults is presented in the paper. To implement the FTC system, a Fault Detection and Isolation (FDI) block based on Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) is used to detect and identify various sensor and actuator faults, and a control reconfiguration system is applied to carry out corresponding recovery actions according to the messages provided by the FDI module when the UAV breaks down. Simulation results showed that the proposed method is satisfied for the UAV with sensor or actuator faults.

The Wiener filtering deconvolution algorithm applied to the correlation identification method which stability is poor and identification effect is undesirable that caused by the noise change of outside the band. The reasons of Wiener filtering deconvolution algorithm which adaptive of noise is unsatisfactory is analyzed by this undesirable consequence. The incremental wiener filter that used in correlation identification method is proposed: We study the characteristic of incremental wiener filter that solution is allowed for iterative estimation to improve Wiener filtering deconvolution algorithm further. Finally, the experiments indicate that the incremental wiener filtering deconvolution algorithm has better filtering effect to the noise that can improve the precision of deconvolution and obtain better recognition effect in the application of the correlation identification method

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is an effective technique in wireless communication use. However, high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) is a big problem in OFDM signal. High PAPR can lead to significant distortion when signal passed through the nonlinear equipment, such as a transmitter power amplifier. Clipping is a simple and efficient way to reduce the peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signals. However, clipping causes in-band distortion and out-of-band radiation. In this paper, a self-adaptive EVM (Error Vector Magnitude) method is proposed to reduce the PAPR of OFDM signals. Our self-adaptive EVM method consists of two independent parts, the first part to realize in-band noise processing, and the second part to satisfy the out-of-band spectral constraint. Achievable PAPR reduction results vary depending on different simulation requirements. Our results show that self-adaptive EVM method is a promising technique for crest factor reduction (CFR) when transmitting OFDM signals via linear amplifier. By using this method on a 64QAM Wimax signal with 2048 subcarriers, a 6.4dB PAPR reduction at the 10−4 complementary cumulative distribution function (CCDF) level can be obtained.

Digital PID control is a practical alternative for industrial production process, but it is not adequate for high speed processing. Using the modular method and the single process state machine design method, a hardware design scheme based on FPGA is presented to realize incremental digital PID controller. And the FPGA system is designed, compiled and simulated in QuartusII environment. The controller, which has high speed characters of state machine, the extendibility of digital PID, the real-time characters built by FPGA as well as software's flexibility well, provides an advisable method and heuristic information for the design of non-linear controllers. By VHDL simulation, the improved version is proved to be effective.

This paper introduces a novel and light weight lower extremity exoskeleton, used for carrying heavy load in the individual soldier combat system. This exoskeleton has six degree of freedom per leg, only one of which is powered by the motor. In order to provide a reference for the exoskeleton mechanical structure and drive unit, the mechanical topology is designed and analyzed by Adams software to make a optimization and derive the drive joint kinematic parameters. Considering the safety and comfort for the wearers, a gravity balanced system has been designed in the hip joint to supply power for movement. The critical hardware arrangement aspects and control system are summarized.

The microcosmic topology structure of a network are known to have great influence on its macroscopic behavior. To go one step closer to biological system which displays sparsely connected architecture and complex network property, we studied a general sparely connected associative memory model using signal-to-noise analysis. Theoretical solutions for the computational performance of this model with arbitrary degree distribution are derived. Numerical simulations are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness and rationality of the theoretical determinations, and have shown great consistence with them.
