Digital PID control is a practical alternative for industrial production process, but it is not adequate for high speed processing. Using the modular method and the single process state machine design method, a hardware design scheme based on FPGA is presented to realize incremental digital PID controller. And the FPGA system is designed, compiled and simulated in QuartusII environment. The controller, which has high speed characters of state machine, the extendibility of digital PID, the real-time characters built by FPGA as well as software's flexibility well, provides an advisable method and heuristic information for the design of non-linear controllers. By VHDL simulation, the improved version is proved to be effective.

This paper proposes a dynamic allocation strategy for networked control system with two constraints. The first constraint confines the bandwidth of each control loop in a bounded interval, and the second one makes the overall bandwidth allocation not beyond the network capacity. The scheme contains four steps. In the first step, the error of each control loop is estimated using the mean absolute error. In the second step, a desired bandwidth algorithm is designed by referring to the estimated error, which satisfies the first constraint. In the third step, dynamic weight is determined via quadratic mapping method. In the forth step, the ideal bandwidth allocation strategy is presented for ensuring the second constraint. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed allocation strategy.

This study takes the local network design project of C Telecommunication operator in Yunnan (China) in 2014 as an example, uses a combination of schedule management principle and related methods to analysis how to ensure the quality and control the cost at the same time. In order to win customers in the fierce competition of telecommunication design market, some activities must be carried out, like project decomposition, job ranking, duration estimation, scheduling and others. And some measures helps to optimize the schedule management of the design project are also very important, like baseline setting, regular meeting and process tracking.

Primary frequency control (PFR) is vital to power grid stability. Its performance are hard to improve effectively due to generating unit equipment limits. Condensate flow rate can be regulate initiatively during short time period of PFR. Then heat regenerations of deaerator and heat exchangers can be released to help to increase or decrease generation power, which may great improve PFR performance without sacrifice security and stability of generation units. Condensate regulation is studied in this paper for PFR. Mathematic models were built with identifications using test data. The results show limits of traditional PFR controller and only slight improvements can be observed during grid disturbance simulations. New PFR controller may need to release condensate regulation functions.

As a neutral and open data format, the Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) specification is used to describe and exchange information within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. It is the international standard for openBIM. However, the lack of semantic information greatly hinders its application. Ontology technology, on the other hand, can be used to supplement the semantic information to facilitate intelligent uses such as information integration and ontology reasoning. This paper reviews the current research development of ontology technology in the area of building information modeling (BIM) and proposes an intelligent application framework based on BIM and ontology. Key issues for its implementation are also discussed.

The improved Hausdorff distance (Hausdorff distance: HD for short) is often used as a similarity measure in the scene matching navigation system for its high adaptability. To solve the problem of poor real-time with HD-based match, roughness-to-precision hierarchical match method is often used based on multi-resolution technique. However, this method is not suitable for the case of small actual image. By analyzing the characteristic of HD and the adaptability of hierarchical match based on wavelet decomposition, an adaptive fast scene matching method combining pixel-jump search with wavelet decomposition is proposed in this paper. Simulation results show that the proposed adaptive method takes less time than the wavelet-decomposition based matching method, and that the match point is still correct in the case of small actual image.

Classification is the basis of electrocardiography (ECG) analysis. In the last decades, a large number of methods were proposed to deal with the classification of ECG beats. In this paper a kind of deep learning method is introduced into ECG beats classification. We create a classifier with stacked sparse autoencoder (SAE), and then combine the softmax regression with the SAE networks to consummate the classifier, from which we can get higher accuracy in the classification task. In the deep networks architecture, we use the stacked sparse autoencoder to get high-level features. Experimental results with the MIT-BIH ECG dataset confirmed that classifier build in this autoencoder based deep networks method perform better in the classical classification problem.

Deep neural networks(DNN) is an important method for machine learning, which has been widely used in many fields. Compared with the shallow neural networks(NN), DNN has better feature expression and the ability to fit the complex mapping. In this paper, we first introduce the background of the development of the DNN, and then introduce several typical DNN model, including deep belief networks(DBN), stacked autoencoder(SAE) and deep convolution neural networks(DCNN), finally research its applications from three aspects and prospects the development direction of DNN.

A data acquisition and monitoring system of machine tools is designed, which is based on Zigbee and GPRS wireless communication technology. The monitoring and alerting about the safety status of the machine tools operates via the acquisition of such physical parameters as temperature and noise. The hardware such as the CC2530 RF circuit and power module is designed. Based on the CC2530 module and SIM900 module, the wireless transmission and SMS alarm can be accomplished. The detailed design process of the software is also given in this paper, besides, the data monitoring is carried out on the PC software platform. It turns out to be a success of this security monitoring system which integrates the data acquisition and transmission of machine tool and alarm system under the industrial environment. This software platform overcomes the shortcomings such as the poor realtime performance of traditional CNC machine tools monitoring system and the difficulty of data transmission, and shows an extensive range of applicability.
